Karakteristik ibu-ibu wirausaha di Kota Madiun dan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi berwirausaha

The purpose of this research was to identify the characteristics of entrepreneurial housewives in the city of Madiun and its effects on the motivation of entrepreneurship. The samples taken were 120 respondents. The technique of data collection was by giving questionnaire to the housewives running their business in the city of Madiun. The techniques of data collection were descriptive and multiple linear regression. The result showed that housewives running their business have different characteristics; they are different in terms of their age, their time spent for their business, their average turnover per month, their education, their husbands’jobs, their number of family members, and their average expenditure for basic needs each month. Some of the charactristics affected housewives’ motivation in entrepreneurship; they were their education, their husbands’ jobs, mothers to berwirausaha is education, and their average expenditure for basic needs each month. The other caharacteristics, namely their age, their time spent for their business, their average turnover per month, and their number of family members, did not significantly affect housewives’ motivation in entrepreneurship

Faktor-faktor yang mendukung sikap home industri brem madiun dalam implementasi penggunaan arang briket sebagai energi alternatif

Madiun is one of industrial towns producing local specific snack called brem. Up to now, the home industries which produce brem still use wood as the main fuel. Constant use of wood as fuel may cause a great exploitation on trees and forests that serious environmental damages result. In order to prevent the bad impact on environment, the industries are obliged to make use of alternative energy in their production activities. The implementation of this strategy requires both internal and external supports of various groups of society. This study aimed to determine the degree of trust / expectation evaluation, normative belief, and motivation of those home industries in their support toward the implementation of briquette charcoal as an alternative energy. The analysis was carried out using the method of different scale and factor analysis. The result showed that (1) the degree of trust/expectation, evaluation, normative belief, and motivation of the home industries in their support toward the implementation of briquette charcoal as an alternative energy was relatively high, but still variant between the degree of belief and that of evaluation (2) the factors that supported the attitudes of those home industries in the implementation of briquette charcoal as an alternative energy were the importance of energy for the home industries, the possible usage of alternative energy, energy saving acts, and friends, family as well as others (workers)

The quality of education can run continuously if it is correlated to the strategy planning which refers to the decided goals. Then, the strategy planning is changed into operational planning which is implemented every year. The Faculty of Engineering-University of Widya Mandala Madiun is one of the faculties which are located in Madiun among the faculties in other universities of different towns. Along with its effort to develop the mentality of the nation, the Faculty of Engineering-University of Widya Mandala Madiun is hoped to be capable of running its duties well and can fulfil the demands of the user. Identifikasi kebutuhan konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi sambal pecel

The purposes of this study are (1) to search the product attributes of sambal pecel based on customers’ perception and (2) to identify the need of customers on sambal pecel. The respondents of the research are Madiun communities (n1, n2) as well as producers and sellers of sambal pecel (n3). The sample n1 = 100 is meant to find the product attributes of sambal pecel; the sample n2 = 30 is meant to know the importance level of the product attributes of sambal pecel, and the sample n3 = 30 is meant to identify technical respond of the attributes and the importance level of the product of sambal pecel. Those samples were collected using convenience sampling technique. While, the data analysis employed descriptive method. The results indicated that the attributes which determine costumers to consume sambal pecel are the flavor (of jeruk purut leaf), the colour (reddish brown), the taste (hot and sweet)and the texture (soft). Then, the factor that supports the flavor of jeruk purut leaf is the application of the leaf and fruit of jeruk purut. The factors that support the colour are the type of the nut, Java sugar, big red chili, and the frying process. The factors that support the flavor spicy are acid fruit, salt, garlic, Java sugar, kencur, big red chili, small chili and the frying process. The factor that supports the texture is the milling process

Pembuatan dan pemanfaatan web Desa Brumbun sebagai sarana transparansi informasi

The utilization of technology in indonesiawas very lacking, so was the digital literacyapplication; in effect, the utilization of technology had not reached the productive phase.Information and the potential especially in rural areas had not been fully published well and widely because of not utilizing current technology. One of the right and effective means that was not used was a website and youtube. Brumbunwas one of the villages located in WunguSubdistrict, Madiun Regency currently developing both the village and tourism potential. Activities had been carried out to support the village program on information openness, potential, and tourism. The activities were: 1) establishing the Village Information and Communication Technology team, 2) makinga Website, 3) making YouTube channels, and 4) training website admin and news writing.The community service activities had a positive impact on the village officials, the Brumbun Village tourism awareness group, the village community, and the wider community receiving the information provided.This event had been reported to KOMINFO Madiunregency to get the sub domain name of DINAS KOMINFO. DINAS KOMINFO appreciated these activities and hoped that this was able to the pilot project for other villages Madiun regency

System Dynamic Analysis of the Fleet Availability and Reliability Influence on the Lead Time of the Delivery Order Process

The inventory replenishment process in the warehouse becomes difficult if there is uncertainty. It can cause warehouse performance not to be as expected. The warehouse is an important part of the supply chain subsystem, which smooths the flow of goods from upstream to downstream throughout the system. This paper uses system dynamics modeling to analyze the replenishment of raw materials where there is randomness in availability and reliability and their effects on the delivery lead time of the fleet. The model obtained is much simpler but more robust when compared to the analytical-mathematical model or the discrete-events simulation. Tests on the model show that the model can behave as it should logically. Several experiments were conducted to see how fleet availability's reliability can affect the delay in receiving or delivery lead time. One interesting thing revealed is that reliability does not have to be 100%, but there is a certain minimum threshold for the system to perform well. This is different from availability, which must be 100%

Penerapan economic order quality guna mengevaluasi jumlah pemesanan dan persediaan bahan baku (studi kasus di Perusahaan Tahu “Sari Murni” Madiun)

Material stock is an important factor to make production process run successfully. It is due to the fact that without material stock, a company cannot increase its production in a short time to fulfill the increasing demand of consumers. The lack of a company to fulfill consumers' need on time may cause them to get rid the product is indispensable to offter customers the best service, to do efficient production process, and to arrange the stock availability at determined levels, so that the invested money is stable. The study is aimed to reveal the amount of economical order, that of re-order point, annual order frequency, and the total cost of order system performed in a year in the tofu company "Sari Murni" of Madiun. The research shows that (1) the amount of economical order for one order which reguires minimum total cost is 13,765 kilogram, (2) that of re-order point in which the rest of stock is up to 3,615.084 kilogram should make a re-order, (3) annual order frequency is 22, and (4) the total cost of order in year is Rp. 959,113,046

Motivasi, komitmen berwirausaha dan jaringan usaha serta pengaruhnya pada keberlanjutan usaha

Keberlanjutan usaha sebagai konsep penting dalam penentuan keputusan keberlanjutan operasi usaha. Kunci keberlanjutan usaha mencakup keuntungan ekonomi dan non ekonomi bagi individu, ekonomi, dan masyarakat. Industri sambal pecel Kota Madiun untuk bisa survive harus memiliki motivasi, komitmen, dan jaringan usaha dalam menjalankan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran penting motivasi, komitmen berwirausaha, dan jaringan usaha serta pengaruhnya terhadap keberlanjutan usaha, suatu studi pada UMKM Sambal Pecel di Kota Madiun. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitaif untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel yang diteliti. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah UMKM sambal pecel yang berada di wilayah Kota Madiun dengan jumlah responden 57 UMKM sambal pecel. Motivasi berwirausaha, komiten berwirausaha, dan jaringan usaha memiliki peran penting dalam keberlanjutan UMKM sambal pecel Kota Madiun. Hal seperti yang dibuktikan dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang telah membuktikan hasil signifikansinya pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha, komiten berwirausaha, dan jaringan usaha terhadap keberlanjutan jalannya UMKM sambal pecel Kota Madiun
