    Studi Numerik Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur Air Heater Terhadap Karakteristik Pengeringan Batubara Pada Fluidized Bed Coal Dryer Dengan Tube Heater Tersusun Aligned

    Kebijakan pemerintah lewat rencana bauran energi nasional secara jelas memprioritaskan pemakaian batubara hingga 33% untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan energi nasional. Sebagian besar cadangan batubara Indonesia adalah batubara dengan kualitas rendah. Batubara kualitas rendah cenderung memiliki kandungan air yang besar sehingga kurang efektif dalam pemakaiannya sebagai bahan bakar. Penelitian terkait model pengeringan batubara khususnya fluidized bed coal dryer menjadi menarik untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk membantu memecahkan masalah terkait energi batubara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode numerik berbasis komputasi (CFD). Pemilihan kondisi simulasi digunakan model turbulensi k-ε realizable dan skema interpolasi first-order upwind. Pemodelan perpindahan massa dilakukan dengan menggunakan model species transport dengan melakukan pengaturan moisture content water pada permukaan batubara. Pada penelitian ini divariasikan temperatur udara pengering, yaitu 316 K, 327 K, 339 K. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui karakteristik pengeringan pada ruang pengering batubara tipe fluidized bed dengan tube heater tersusun aligned. Hasil post processing kuantitatif menunjukkan peningkatan temperatur air heater diikuti dengan peningkatan koefisien perpindahan panas dan massa serta laju perpindahan massa. Pengurangan laju moisture content terbesar didapatkan pada temperature air heater 339K diikuti temperature 327K serta 316K. Konfigurasi tube heater secara aligned menimbulkan proses heating dengan humidifikasi yang ditandai dengan peningkatan temperatur dan humidity ratio serta nilai relative humidity udara di sekitar tube heater yang lebih rendah daripada batubara di sekitarnya

    Aplikasi Pencatatan Transaksi Keluar Masuk dan Peramalan Obat Menggunakan Single Exponential Smoothing pada Apotek Farmata

    Apotek Farmata is a pharmacy that sells various kinds of medicinal equipment. With these drugs, consumers can find the drugs they need. The problem that is currently occurring at the Farmata Pharmacy is that the Pharmacy Admin does not know exactly how many drugs will be ordered for the following month, this has resulted in some drug requests by customers not being fulfilled because drug supplies cannot meet consumer demand. Based on the above problems, the solution offered is an application for recording drug in and out transactions which will be integrated with the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used to forecast the average drug demand data every month and is not influenced by trends or seasons. In this study, the Single Exponential Smoothing method is used because the level of error is relatively small. This is done so that the drug does not pass the expiration date. The application produced in this study is the application of recording transactions in and out of and forecasting drugs at Pharmacies Farmata using Single Exponential Smoothing. The results of application testing with black-box testing are that every function of the application is running well

    Pengayaan Polifenol Total Dari Daun Kadamba Menggunakan Metode Ekstraksi Berbantu Mikrowave Berbasis Pelarut Hijau: Total Polyphenols Enrichment From Mitragyna Speciosa Korth Havil Leaves Using Green Solvent Based Microwave-assisted Extraction Method

    The present study aims to optimize the natural deep eutectic solvent (NADES) as a green solvent-based microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of total polyphenols content (TPC) from Mitragyna speciosa Korth Havil leaves using response surface methodology (RSM). Preparation of natural deep eutectic solvent (NADES) as a green solvent was performed by melting the two-component of Malic acid and glucose using a magnetic stirrer. The leaves sample was extracted using the NADES-MAE method with various extraction conditions with four factors and three levels (Box Behnken Design) and optimized using RSM with licensed software of Design Expert V12. TPC was determined using a Folin-Ciocalteau reagent and absorbance was measured on a UV-VIS spectrophotometer at 770 nm and gallic acid as a standard. This study was obtained the optimum extraction conditions include: NADES ratio (Malic acid: glucose) of 1:2 g/g, 50% microwave power, a solvent-sampel ratio of 12:1 mL/g, and extraction time for 7 minutes. The optimum conditions were obtained according to the equation formula: TPC = 165.17 – 33.97X1 + 38.36X2 – 6.08X3 + 16.12X4 – 62.77X1X2 + 79.61X12X2, where a R2 value = 0.7102 with a TPC prediction of 402.087±43.81 mg GAE/g sample.
