Holomorph of generalized Bol loops II
The notion of the holomorph of a generalized Bol loop (GBL) is characterized
afresh. The holomorph of a right inverse property loop (RIPL) is shown to be a
GBL if and only if the loop is a GBL and some bijections of the loop are right
(middle) regular. The holomorph of a RIPL is shown to be a GBL if and only if
the loop is a GBL and some elements of the loop are right (middle) nuclear.
Necessary and sufficient condition for the holomorph of a RIPL to be a Bol loop
are deduced. Some algebraic properties and commutative diagrams are established
for a RIPL whose holomorph is a GBL.Comment: 18 pages, 5 figures. arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with

Re-Appraising Revolution and Change in International Politics: A Case Study of America Revolution 1776, French Revolution 1789 and Russian Revolution 1917
Change and continuity are characteristics of human history. Strategic change in any society
has significant impacts that becomes reference points for similar transformation in the near future.
Fundamentally, the numerous internal upheavals that characterized North Africa and Middle East that
culminated in a change of government in these countries has raised fundamental question about
subject of change and revolution. Such questions include: is every change a revolution and does every
revolution culminate in a change? What are the distinguishing features of change and the significance
of such change for contemporary international politics? Using secondary data derived from books,
and journals, the paper therefore examines the revolution and change in international politics drawing
from historical examples of America and France Revolution. Also, noting the causes and implications
of these of revolution on International Relations. It also seeks to distinguish between socio-political
upheaval and internal disruptions that may culminate in change from revolution, that is, a vital change
that affects institution, structure and value system of a society. The paper recommends a cautious use
of the term revolution from change of government
Impact Of Global Climate Change On Women's Health: An Overview
Global climate change is a topical issue in multidisciplinary discourse. Specifically, the
vulnerabilities and health risk posed by climate change to the health of women have been a
major concern. This paper presents a descriptive analysis, utilizing secondary data, to examine
the link between climate change and the health of women. The study finds that climate change
affects women more than men. More so, vulnerabilities of women to the numerous life·
threatening effects of climate change have been exacerbated by the insensitive nature of most
climate change response programmes and policies. The study concludes that solving the health
implications of climate change on women goes beyond drafting a special protocol or framework
protecting women. Rather, there is need for collective effort of all concerned to act responsibly
towards the environment. Therefore, the study recommends among others, the need to create
knowledge based jobs for women as a way of ameliorating the impact of climate change on the
health of women
WORKLOAD AND AREAS OF SPECIALISATION AS CORRELATES OF JOB STRESS AMONG UNIVERSITY LECTURERS IN SOUTHWESTERN NIGERIA
This study investigated the influence of workload and areas of specialization on job stress among university lecturers in Southwestern Nigeria. A survey research design was used in the study. The population of this study comprised all university lecturers in Southwestern Nigeria. The sample consisted of 1358 lecturers selected through stratified random sampling technique. An instrument titled “Questionnaire on Stress Assessment” was used to collect data. The validity of the instrument was ascertained while test-retest reliability method was used to determine the reliability and a reliability coefficient of 0.92 was obtained. Data collected was analysed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe Multiple Comparison test. The results showed that lecturers’ workload and areas of specialization have significant influence on lecturer stress level (F = 5.178, p < 0.05, and F = 10.503, p < 0.05 respectively). It was concluded that lecturers’ workload and areas of specialization have significant influence on stress experienced by university lecturers. It was therefore recommended that the university administrator and government or private owners should look into lecturers’ workload and consider the excess so that necessary steps could be taken on how to normalize it. There should be an improvement in the working conditions of university lecturers. Article visualizations
A Note on the Multiplicity of Solutions of a Boundary Value Problem Arising From the Theory of Microwave Heating of Cancerous Tumor.
This paper investigates the multiplicity of solutions of a boundary value problem arising from the theory ofmicrowave heating of cancerous tumor. It is shown that the problem has two solutions. However, prescribing an initial gradient results in the existence of a unique solution. Keywords: Cancer, Heating, Hyperthermia, Multiplicity, Tumo
National Civil Aviation Policy Implementation in Nigeria: An Empirical Study
The study examined the various programmes put in place by the Ministry of Aviation towards the implementation of government policy on civil aviation and assessed the extent of implementation of the national civil aviation policy in line with the set goals and objectives in Southwestern Nigeria. The study utilized primary and secondary sources of data. Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaire and conduct of in-depth interviews. In all, 193 copies of questionnaire were administered to the staff of Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA); Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN); Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) and Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) in the three selected States (Lagos, Oyo and Ondo) of Southwestern Nigeria. In-depth interviews were conducted on eight Directors in the four aviation agencies to complement data obtained through questionnaire. Secondary data were sourced from books, official publications, academic journals, newspapers, magazines and internet materials. Data collected were analysed using simple percentages, frequency counts, mean values, and rank. The results showed that adequate personnel training (84%) and the development of institutional infrastructures for aviation agencies (76%) were programmes put in place by the Ministry of Aviation towards the implementation of civil aviation policy. On the extent of implementation, the study however revealed that, technical personnel were not adequately trained for professionalism and efficiency in air operations (with a mean value of 3.582) and all necessary equipment, technologies and institutional infrastructures were inadequately provided to civil aviation departments and agencies to prevent and counter new and emerging threats (with a mean value of 3.144). The study concluded that government policy on civil aviation in Southwestern had been poorly implemented to date.
