Present and Future Experiments in Non-equilibrium Reactor Antineutrino Energy Spectrum

Considerable efforts that have been undertaken in the recent years in low energy antineutrino experiments require further systematic investigations in line of reactor antineutrino spectroscopy as a metrological basis of these experiments.
