    Using Deception Baked by Military Assets to Delay Transition from Western Hegemony to Multipolarity

    The period of colonial and neo-colonial domination of Anglophone and a bunch of other Western Europe countries is going to its very end. The collapse of Soviet Union by 1990 made possible the development of USA hegemony and with Eastward expansion of its military brunch NATO. In spite of human capital of EU it managed to become vassal to US, grace to incompetence and corruption of its leaders. In the modern era, powered by computer revolution, the economic gap between western Caucasian race dominated states and rest of the planet shrinks, and national “Brain Power” of each nation become the driving power for progress, prosperity and obvious for a multi-polar world. Confronted to this new reality, US makes extraordinary efforts to maintain its hegemony and status quo using the entire arsenal of political, economic and military assets, with disdain for morality or fairness for effectiveness reasons. In contradiction to a reasonable approach of the problem, understanding the roots of the difference in National Brain Power , and take necessary corrections, while integrating in the new world order as a smart power, US under military industrial stake holders pressure, decided to use its military assets, in which it invested $1tn every year, and to push the world towards a path of the and destruction, at the opposite of the path of cooperation and development the new emerging powers are proposing, that for sure is prone to a bd finality, accelerating the decay of the “western civilization capitalist model

    Corrosion control of steel components exposed to thermal cycling using radioactive tracers

    International audienceThe aim of the experiments presented in this paper was to choose from the project-recommended types of steel, the most suitable one for manufacturing the inner surfaces of the fire tube of an inert gas generator (IGG). Typically, such generators are used on oil tankers for maintaining an inert gas cushion above the oil's surface in order to prevent accidental combustion. For this approach, we employed the Thin Layer Activation (TLA) technique. Several steel samples have been activated either by 14 MeV proton or 8.5-12.5 MeV deuteron beams. The principle of measuring method, including the calibration procedure for transforming the resulted decreases in radioactivity into material loss data, have been presented in detail in the paper. The real workking conditions-exposure to H2O, CO2, and SOx compounds (ca. 1-2.5% in regular Diesel oil) having temperatures up to 700°C were assured by mounting the steel samples in a similar tube to the one used offshore. For high accuracy results, the experiment required a dedicated calibration set-up, designed particularly for this application. The main outcome of the experiment was a classification of the different kinds of steels used (brands and/or manufacturers will not be specified in the paper) in accordance with the resistance to erosive corrosion induced by fuel-oil burning products

    Because of the travel restrictions between China and other countries of our keynote speaker, the 9th annual 2021 International Conference on Material Science and Environmental Engineering [MSEE2021] was held on November 27th, 2021 (Virtual Conference). The conference was held via Tencent Meeting Application. MSEE2021 aims to bring researchers, engineers, and students to the areas of Material Science and Environmental Engineering. MSEE2021 features unique mixed topics of Material Science and Advanced Materials, Material Engineering and Application, Environmental Science and Engineering and Mechanical Design and Technology. We received over 197 submissions from various parts of the world. The Technical Program Committee worked very hard to have all manuscripts reviewed before the review deadline. All the accepted papers have been submitted to strict peer-review, and selected based on originality, significance and clarity for the purpose of the conference. The conference program is extremely profound and featuring high-impact presentations of selected papers and additional late-breaking contributions. We sincerely hope that the conference would not only show the participants a broad overview of the latest research results on related fields, but also provide them with a significant platform for academic connection and exchange. There are two keynote speakers and four invited sessions. The keynote speakers are internationally recognized leading experts in their research fields, who have demonstrated outstanding proficiency and have achieved distinction in their profession. The proceedings would be published by IOP Journal of Physics Conference Series. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the members of Technical Program Committee and organizers for their enthusiasm, time, and expertise. Our deep thanks also go to many volunteers and staffs for the long hours and hard work they have generously given to MSEE2021.
