Spiders (Aranei) of the Lower Volga Region (Astrakhan and Volgograd areas of Russia) with the description of new taxa
Based on the original material and literature
data the annotated species list of spiders is presented for
the Lower Volga Region (the Astrakhan and Volgograd
areas of Russia). At present 254 species from 23 families
are recorded in the region. Of them in the Astrakhan area
— 177 species from 22 families, in Volgograd area — 149
species from 19 families are revealed. The genus Bogdocosa
Ponomarev et Belosludtsev gen. n. (Lycosidae) with
type species Bogdocosa baskuntchakensis Ponomarev et
Belosludtsev sp. n. is described from the Astrakhan area of
Russia. The new species Haplodrassus caspius Ponomarev et
Belosludtsev sp. n. (Gnaphosidae) from the Astrakhan area

ОТНОШЕНИЯ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВА И НЕГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ВОЕННЫХ ФОРМИРОВАНИЙ В КОЛУМБИИ: ГЛУБИННЫЕ ПРИЧИНЫ НЕВОЗМОЖНОСТИ МИРА И ВЛИЯНИЕ НА КОЛУМБИЙСКОЕ ОБЩЕСТВО
In this article an attempt has been made to analyze, on the basis of a study of open sources, the nature of the established relations between the national government and non-state armed units in Colombia, as well as the impact of the guerilla issue on the Colombian society. The objectives of the work is to indicate the reasons why the civil peace in Colombia is not possible at the moment and to characterize the significance of the guerilla war for Colombian society in terms of various areas of its life activity: political, social, economic and cultural areas. The result of the study is the conclusion that at the present stage there are strong reasons for the impossibility of a long term peace between the national government and non-state military units, and the prospects for its establishment are not comforting either for reasons of domestic or international order. The stated arguments and conclusions allow, as it seems to us, to reformulate and modify the ideas about the problem prevailing in historiography.В данной статье предпринята попытка на основе изучения открытых источников проанализировать характер сложившихся отношений национального правительства и негосударственных вооруженных формирований в Колумбии, а также влияние на колумбийское общество партизанского вопроса. Цели работы - обозначить причины, по которым гражданский мир в Колумбии на данный момент невозможен, и охарактеризовать значение партизанской войны для колумбийского общества с точки зрения различных сфер его жизнедеятельности: политической, социальной, экономической и духовной. Результатом исследования является вывод о том, что на современном этапе есть весомые причины невозможности долгосрочного мира между национальным правительством и негосударственными военными формированиями, а перспективы его установления - не утешительны как по причинам внутреннего, так и международного порядка. Изложенные аргументы и выводы позволяют, как нам кажется, переформулировать и модифицировать сложившиеся в историографии представления о проблеме
Review of the noctuids (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) fauna of the Lower Don valley
During the study of the Noctuidae-fauna
in the Lower Don valley since 1972, conducted by means
of light and bait-traps, 275 species from 10 collecting
points (extended for 230 km, in a valley of river Don) was
revealed. Among the detected species more than one third
are moths highly adaptive to agrolandscapes, but only 6
species — are dangerous pests. Some of mass species are
dendophyllous or meadow inhabiting forms. Surviving
populations of rare steepe noctuid species are confined to
the territory of Razdorsky reserve and surrouding ravines.

Background. At present, the efficiency of development and operation of modern automated systems of
control and management of various technological processes is largely determined by the technical and economic characteristics
of the primary transducers of information (sensors) among which the important place belongs to displacement
sensors. The mathematical model of mutual inductive linear displacement sensors underlying the calculation algorithm
developed on the basis of the solution of the boundary electrodynamic problem of interaction of a homogeneous alternating
