The following document wants to test out by analysis, projections and inclusion, the effectiveness of an hotel as direct influence on sustainable tourism development on a town of great tourist potential but limited politically, Cabo San Francisco, located in Ecuador in the southern part of the province of Esmeraldas, this facility will provide hospitality services in-room cabins that gets incorporated with the natural environment around. Also by tour operators already established, trips were made to the various tourist attractions nearby, It will also have a learning center that will teach various subjects related with tourism, setting intellectually patterns that provides to interested people, the opportunity to develop tourism in the village, creating the necessary infrastructure that will make this town an attractive destination for tourism.El siguiente documento busca comprobar mediante un análisis, proyecciones e inclusión, la efectividad de un establecimiento hotelero como influencia directa en el desarrollo turístico sustentable y sostenible de un poblado de gran potencial turístico pero limitado políticamente, como es el poblado de Cabo San Francisco, ubicado en Ecuador en la parte sur de la provincia de Esmeraldas, éste establecimiento brindará servicios de hotelería en habitaciones tipo cabañas que se incorporan con el medio ambiente que las rodea y además mediante circuitos turísticos ya establecidos, se realizarán viajes hacia los distintos atractivos turísticos cercanos, además tendrá un centro de capacitaciones que impartirá clases de distintas materias de índole turística, guiando así intelectualmente a personas del poblado interesadas en desarrollarse turísticamente, y formando de ésta manera, la infraestructura necesaria que hará de ésta población, un destino atractivo para el turismo

ANALISIS KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, PROFESIONALISME KERJA DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BADAN LAYANAN UMUM DAERAH SISTEM PENYEDIAAN AIR MINUM (BLUD-SPAM) KABUPATEN NAGEKEO

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of the human resources, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance BLUD SPAM Nagekeo District, and to find out the most dominant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency Nagekeo District Drinking Water Supply System. The type of research used in this study is researchQuantitative. The data source is primary and secondary data, with data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires. respondents in this studyemployees of the regional public service agency district drinking water supply system Nagekeo numbered 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques used i is a test of data quality and multiple linear regression techniques. Determination co-fisian test (R2) indicates that the influence of variables independent of dependent variables is 46.6% meaning that the presentation of factors of human resource quality, work professionalism and commitment jointly affect the performance of employees in blud offices SPAM Nagekeo Regency While the remaining 53.6 % described other factors or that do not appear in this research hypothesis  Based on the results of simultaneous test F shows that Fcalculate > Ftabel as large as 15,705>2.80 and the accepted hypothesis is the Hr Quality Factor (X1), Professionalism of work (X2), commitment (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance (Y), the t test showed that the most dominant variable affect employee performance is a variable of professionalism of work4,474 and a commitment of 4,089 with a sig value. 0.000 and 0.000 smaller than other variables

Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de mermelada a base de pomarrosa Syzygium jambos, en Zaruma, provincia de El Oro.

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad realizar un proyecto de creación de una empresa productora de mermelada a base de pomarrosa (Syzygium jambos) en la ciudad de Zaruma, provincia de El Oro. La metodología aplicada en la investigación fue de modalidad cualitativa y cuantitativa, contrarrestándose con los tipos de investigación bibliográfica, de campo, descriptiva y exploratoria, para el respectivo levantamiento de datos fue necesario aplicar las técnicas de observación directa, la encuesta se empleó al levantar información primaria de los productores de pomarrosa, como de los clientes potenciales, permitiendo analizar una serie de datos de una muestra de casos representativa de una población; y universo en el caso de los consumidores de mermelada. El estudio de mercado nos indica que es posible la introducción dentro del mercado de esta nueva propuesta con una aceptación del 93% según los encuestados. Se concluye el periodo de recuperación de la inversión de la empresa será a partir del 4 año, teniendo un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de $62.535.74, una Tasa Interna De Retorno (TIR) de 23.35$2.65, demostrando que el proyecto es factible para su ejecución en el ámbito económico-financiero. Se recomienda Incrementar accionistas a la empresa realizando alianzas estratégicas con empresas públicas y privadas a nivel nacional.The purpose of this research work was to carry out a project for the creation of a jam production company based on pomarrosa (Syzygium jambos) in the city of Zaruma, province of El Oro. The applied methodology in the research was qualitative and quantitative, interacting with the bibliographic, field, descriptive and exploratory research types, for the respective data collection it was necessary to apply direct observation technique, the survey was used to gather primary information of the pomarrosa producers, as potential clients, to analyze series of data as a representative sample of the population; and universe in the case of the consumers of jam. The market study specifies that it is possible to introduce this new proposal in the market with an acceptance rate of 93% according to the participants. To conclude that the recovery period of the company's investment will be from the 4th year, having a Net Present Value (NPV) of $62,535.74, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 23.35$2.65, demonstrating that the project is feasible for its implementation in the economic-financial field. It is recommended to increase the company's shareholders by making strategic alliances with public and private companies at the national level

Auditoría financiera a la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “COOPROGRESO Ltda.”, del cantón Santo Domingo, provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, período 2015

La Auditoría Financiera a la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cooprogreso Ltda., del Cantón Santo Domingo, Provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, tiene como finalidad determinar la razonabilidad de los estados financieros y manejo adecuado de sus recursos económicos. Para su desarrollo se utilizaron las fases de la auditoría las cuales se comprenden de: Planificación, Ejecución y Comunicación de Resultados, mediante el uso de de técnicas como: Cuestionarios de Control Interno aplicando el método del COSO II y la evaluación de los estados financieros, inspección e indagación, que permitieron la compilación de la información para encontrar puntos críticos mismos que fueron resumidos en el informe final, debilidades como: la falta de socialización del código de ética, manuales, políticas y procedimientos con el personal; falta de mejoramiento de las políticas de crédito y cobranzas y errores en el sistema que no se corrigen inmediatamente. Se recomienda impartir de manera virtual o física el código de ética, manuales, políticas y procedimientos además de realizar charlar para su socialización con la finalidad de reducir los costos como consecuencia del incremento de la eficiencia en general y cumplimiento de objetivos institucionales; evaluar las políticas de crédito y cobranzas actuales para reducir el riesgo de impagos.The Financial Audit to the Savings and Loans Credit Union Cooprogreso Ltd., from Santo Domingo canton, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas province, aims to determine the reasonability of the financial statements and adequate management of its financial resources. For its development, the stages of the Audit were used which are : Planning, Execution and Communication of Results, by using techniques such as: Questionnaires of Internal Control by applying the COSO II method and the assessment of the financial statements, inspection and research, which allowed collecting information in order to find critical points which were summarized in the final report, weaknesses such as: lack of socialization of the code of ethics, manuals, policies and procedures with the personnel; lack of improvement of the credit and collection policies and errors in the system which are not fixed immediately. It is recommended to socialize the code of ethics, manuals, policies and procedures by virtual or paper based means; as well as organizing informative talks for its socialization with the aim of reducing costs as consequence of the increase of general efficiency and achievement of institutional goals; assess the current credit and collection policies to reduce the default risk
