Evaluating Application-Layer Traffic Optimization Cost Metrics for P2P Multimedia Streaming

To help users of P2P communication systems perform better-than-random selection of communication peers, Internet Engineering Task Force standardized the"br/"Application Layer Traffic Optimization (ALTO) protocol.
