Model of the management system of a higher educational institution

    Get PDF
The effective management mechanisms of university development through the stimulation and motivation of the activities of university employees, in particular representatives of the teaching staff, to achieve the strategic development goals are considered. The object of the study was many higher educational institutions, including those in the agrarian sector, which train students in agricultural specialties. It also describes the decision-making mechanism of competitive and elective procedures based on the university personnel commission recommendations and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of employees using a three-pronged incentive mechanism

The article deals with issues related to the synthesis of an automatic control system for a jaw crusher, for which the main control and disturbance channels were identified and its mathematical model was obtained. Implementation of mechanization and automation systems at crushing and screening plants is necessary for the production of granite crushed stone, which is massively used in the construction of agricultural facilities. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model, a decision was made to choose the law of regulation and its parametric identification was carried out. Analysis of the quality indicators of the regulation of the synthesized system revealed their significant dependence on the disturbing effect, which required the synthesis of a disturbance compensator, the inclusion of which in the structure of the system made it possible to realize the requirements imposed on it

Development of a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of business processes and sustainable development of a higher educational institution

The article develops a mechanism for the formation of a system of indicators that allows to ensure the effectiveness of the university in the context of digital transformation and further sustainable development. In general, the process of developing indicators of efficiency of the activities of structural units of the university and their distribution by levels of responsibility is presented. The concept of forming the target model of the university is proposed, which allows for the transition to the model of a digital university with taking into account the impact on the social and business environment of the institution that will occur as a result of the transformation

Models of resource planning during formation of calendar construction plans for erection of high-rise buildings

    No full text
This article provides a methodical description of resource-time analysis for a wide range of requirements imposed for resource consumption processes in scheduling tasks during the construction of high-rise buildings and facilities. The core of the proposed approach and is the resource models being determined. The generalized network models are the elements of those models, the amount of which can be too large to carry out the analysis of each element. Therefore, the problem is to approximate the original resource model by simpler time models, when their amount is not very large

Elements of the synthesis method for the layout of a front-line aircraft

    No full text
The article describes a technique that allows to form a planned projection of the aircraft using the minimum number of iterations (refinements based on aerodynamic and weight calculations results). The elements of the technique are described via example of the development (synthesis) of the layout scheme of a front-line aircraft with two engines and internal cargo compartments, performed according to the normal balancing scheme. Synthesis is carried out on the basis of certain predesign parameters, limitations, as well as solutions set by the designer, based on the analysis of parametric ratios and statistical dependencies

Software implementation of a virtual laboratory bench for distance learning

    No full text
The article discusses the functional development and integration into the educational process of a virtual laboratory stand, with the aim of digitalizing the educational processes of higher education without loss as educational services related to the completeness of mastering professional competencies in specialized engineering courses. The developed laboratory stand allows simulating technological processes implemented in an apparatus consisting of four connected tanks. Modeling such a complex technological process with many interconnected elements is necessary for the most detailed research and synthesis of automatic control systems for multiply connected objects. The program simulates two control loops, each of which can be switched to manual or automatic operation. To realize the maximum adequacy of the mathematical model, the program provides for the possibility of taking into account the influence of the actuators on the regulation process

Algorithms of hierarchical mixture of opinions of experts in problems of synthesis of information management systems city development

In the present article we will consider a class of associative machines with dynamic structure where the entrance signal exerts direct impact on the mechanism of association of output signals of experts. At the same time we are interested in such group of expert decisions at which separate expert responses unite not linearly through hierarchically organized lock networks. Hierarchical mixture of opinions of experts, along with simple mixture are examples of modular networks: neural network of a module if the calculations executed by it can be distributed on several subsystems processing different entrance signals and not crossed in the work. Output signals of these subsystems unite the integrative module which exit does not possess feedback with subsystems. In fact, the integrative module makes the decision as output signals of subsystems are grouped in the general output signal of system, and identifies what examples are samples for training of concrete modules. The most general definition of modular neural network: any set of algorithms of data processing, including algorithms of the artificial neural networks grouped for the solution of some uniform task. Automatically determine the class of associative machines with dynamic structure where the entrance signal exerts direct impact on the mechanism of association of output signals of experts, at the same time group of expert decisions at which separate expert responses unite not linearly through hierarchically organized lock networks is considered
