ACTUAL SITUATION OF DEGREE OF MEETING SOCIAL NEEDS FOR PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY OF BACHELOR OF SPORTS MAJORING IN BASKETBALL AT BAC NINH SPORT UNIVERSITY, VIETNAM

Through interviews and sociological investigation, the study found out the actual situation of employment of basketball alumni at Bac Ninh Sport University, Vietnam. On that basis, 23 criteria were selected to ensure reliability to assess the actual situation of meeting social needs for professional capacity of human resources who are Bachelors of Sports majoring in Basketball at Bac Ninh Sport University, Vietnam.  Article visualizations

Organic Fertilizer Production and Application in Vietnam

Crop production is an important subsector of Vietnam’s agriculture, has an impressive achievement in last 30 years and based on the intensive production with increasing use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide. Consequences are the negative effects on environment and human health and food safety. Organic agriculture has become a trend worldwide and is developing rapidly in the world. In Vietnam the certified organic farming area has expanded since 2012. Organic market revenue in Vietnam is estimated to be at $132.15 million a year. Most Vietnamese certified organic products are exported to international markets. Organic agriculture using organic fertilizer is one of Vietnam government’s priorities. Vietnam already produced organic fertilizer from different materials by using different production technologies, but the production capacity is small and does not meet the demand for organic agriculture. Vietnam government encourages, promotes the organic fertilizer production, application and has the policy to develop the organic fertilizer in Vietnam

ACTUAL SITUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES WITH BACHELOR’S DEGREE OF SPORTS MAJORING IN BASKETBALL AT BAC NINH SPORT UNIVERSITY OF VIETNAM

The study investigated the assessing the actual situation of human resources with bachelor’s degree in Basketball major, Bac Ninh Sport University of Viet Nam in the period of 2015-2019 through the following criteria: characteristics of the major graduates and job searching results of the bachelors after graduation. The result showed that the percentage of enrolled and graduated students majoring in Basketball accounts for a high percentage of the total students in the university. However, the number of students majoring in Basketball does the right job after leaving university is still low. The level of meeting the social requirements of Bachelors of Sports majoring in Basketball is mainly at the average level.  Article visualizations

Large-scale Synthesis of CdTe Quantum Dots in Aqueous Phase

In this paper, we present the systematically experimental results on the influences of pH of the reaction medium, molar ratio of the precursors on the synthesis in aqueous phase of CdTe quantum dots (QDs) and CdTe/CdS QDs with core/shell structure. Under optimal synthesis conditions, water-soluble CdTe and CdTe/CdS QDs have been prepared that exhibit very strong photoluminescence peaking in the spectral range between 520 nm and 650 nm with narrow full width at half maximum ($\sim 32$ nm in the short-wavelength emission case); depending on the emission range, most samples however exhibit the high luminescence quantum yields ($\sim 40$%). Moreover, the synthesis in aqueous phase shows some additional advantages: it is possible to prepare high quality CdTe QDs in large-scale (up to gram/reaction) with low cost, less toxic and short production time

MEASURES TO IMPROVE THE LEARNING QUALITY OF BASKETBALL SUBJECT FOR NON-SPECIALIZED STUDENTS AT BAC NINH SPORTS UNIVERSITY OF VIETNAM UNDER THE CREDIT-BASED TRAINING SYSTEM

In using conventional scientific research methods in the field of physical training and sports, we selected and built the content of 04 measures to improve the quality of teaching Basketball subject for non-specialized students of Bac Ninh Sport University of Viet Nam under the credit-based training system, at the same time test the theory on the feasibility of measures by an expert method. The result showed that the selected and built measures were feasible and could be applied in practice to improve the quality of teaching Basketball subject for non-specialized students at Bac Ninh Sport University of Viet Nam under the credit-based training system.  Article visualizations

Approche par la théorie du calcul à la rupture du dimensionnement au feu de panneaux de grande hauteur

Principalement utilisés dans les bâtiments industriels, les panneaux de grande hauteur constitués de bandeaux horizontaux sont des ouvrages en béton armé pour lesquels l’analyse de leur comportement au feu requiert des traitements plus sophistiqués que les ouvrages courants. En effet, outre la détérioration des propriétés mécaniques des matériaux, et notamment de leur résistance, le feu induit des déformations thermiques susceptibles de provoquer des changements de géométrie non négligeables en raison des grandes dimensions de ces ouvrages. Dans le but de modéliser correctement le problème et d’examiner les points particuliers sur lesquels il convient de focaliser l’étude, une approche de type calcul à la rupture a été choisie. Ce type de méthode présente l’avantage de conduire de façon rigoureuse à la détermination des charges limites sans prise en compte de l’histoire de chargement, c’est-à-dire en s’affranchissant des difficultés liées à l’utilisation de lois de comportement non linéaires de type plasticité ou endommagement. Présentant l’originalité d’associer la prise en compte de la dégradation des caractéristiques mécaniques en conditions d’incendie au raisonnement du calcul à la rupture, des critères de rupture spécifiques aux plaques en béton armé soumises à des efforts membranaires et de flexion sont développés. Ceux-ci sont ensuite appliqués à la géométrie déformée de la structure étudiée afin de prendre en compte les effets du changement de géométrie. Afin d’évaluer la pertinence de la démarche, les résultats obtenus sont alors confrontés soit à ceux issus de modélisations de type calcul de béton armé classique, soit à des résultats expérimentaux disponibles dans la littérature. Cette contribution présentera et mettra en œuvre l’ensemble de la démarche décrite ci-dessus sur l’exemple simplifié d’un panneau de grande hauteur soumis à son poids propre et à un chargement thermique de type incendie, modélisé comme une poutre élancée

A Novel Parallel Hardware Architecture for Inter Motion Estimation in HEVC

High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) standard, generated by ITU, can provide compression ratio twice more than current H.264/ MPEG-4. To date, only a few hardware have been implementated for Integer Motion Estimation (IME) to date. In this paper, a parallel hardware architecture for IME in HEVC encoder is proposed. This design uses Rot-WDiamond (RWD) algorithm to reduce computational load and parallelism to improve processing speed. Therefore, this design can reach 4K (4096×2160) video in real time at 60 frames per second (fps) and achieve the frequency of 125MHz
