    Ekološke karaktristike zajednice Lolio-Plantaginetum Majoris beger 1930

    The paper presents the ruderal association Loli-Plantaginetum majoris of the area Pale. Taxonomic analysis of the association was found 101 species. The analysis of the areal spectrum shows the dominance of the wider geographical spread (eurasian, cosmopolitan, boreal). The association has hemicryptophytes-terophytic character. Analysis of the ecological indexes shows that the most common are mesophytes, neutrophil and mesotrophic plants. In relation to the temperature, the association has mezoterm character.U radu je opisana ruderalna zajednica Lolio-Plantaginetum majoris sa području Pala. U florističkom pogledu zajednicu gradi 101 vrsta. U areal spektru dominiraju vrste šireg geografskog rasprostranjenja (evroazijske, kosmopolitske, borealne). Zajednica ima hemikriptofitsko-terofitski karakter. Analiza ekoloških indeksa pokazuje da su najzastupljenije submezofite, neutrofilne i mezotrofne biljke, koje uspijevaju u uslovima polusjenke i pune dnevne svjetlosti.     Evidence-based position paper of the UEMS PR M on the role of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PR M) physician in the management of children and adults with spinal dysraphism

    Spinal dysraphism (SD) or spina bifida (SB) is a congenital deformity that results from embryonic neural tube closure failure during fetal development. This evidence-based position paper represents the official position of the European Union through the UEMS PRM Section. This paper aims to evaluate the role of the physical and rehabilitation medicine (PR M) physician and PR M practice for children and adults with spinal dysraphism. A systematic literature review and a consensus procedure involved all European countries delegates represented in the UEMS PR M section through a Delphi process. The systematic literature review is reported together with thirty-two recommendations resulting from the Delphi procedure. The professional role of the PRM physician requires specific expertise in the treatment of patients with SD to plan, lead and monitor the rehabilitation process in an interdisciplinary setting and to participate in the assessment of the needs of these patients in the transitional phase from childhood to adulthood, with particular attention to the activity limitation and participation restriction.Peer reviewe

    Uzorci superlegure željeza N-155 isječeni su iz lopatice turbine nakon dugotrajnog rada na povišenim temperaturama i tlakovima. Uzorci su izloženi impulsima lasera različitih parametara, promatrani skenirajućim elektronskim mikroskopom (SEM) i analizirani energodisperzivnom spektrometrijom (EDS). U ovisnosti o parametrima lasera, interakcija laserskog snopa i materijala je u nekim slučajevima promatrana kao mehanička, a u drugim kao termomehanička obrada. Mikrotvrdoće su mjerene po Vikersu. U ovom radu, analizirane su mikrostrukture nastale nakon različitih frekvencija impulsa i zatim uspoređene.Iron base superalloy N-155 samples have been cut from the turbine blade which had been exposed to elevated pressure and temperature during its long-time service. The samples have been irradiated with pulsed laser beam, observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and analysed by energo-dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The range of implemented beam parameters for which two types of treatments – mechanical and thermo-mechanical – occurred, has been determined.     Koncentracije kalcijuma, neorganskog fosfora i magnezijuma u krvnom serumu krava tokom tranzicionog perioda i pune laktacije

    The objective of this study was to determine blood levels of macronutrients in Simmental cows (n=45) during the transition period and peak lactation. The experimental cows were assigned to three groups: Group A (n=15) including clinically healthy late gestation cows, Group B (n=15) comprising clinically healthy cows in the puerperium, and Group C (n=15) made up of clinically healthy peak lactation cows. Blood samples were collected from all experimental cows. Blood serum samples were analysed for calcium, magnesium and inorganic phosphorus levels using spectrophotometry. Blood levels of macronutrients were within the physiological range in all experimental cows. Blood concentrations of calcium, magnesium and inorganic phosphorus in cows in the puerperium were statistically significantly lower (p<0.05) compared with those in dairy cows during late gestation and peak lactation, which may indicate the increased use of these macronutrients in early lactation for the mammary gland. The results show that the homeostasis of the macronutrients tested in the blood of transition and peak lactation dairy cows was maintained, suggesting their adequate supply from alimentary sources.Cilj ovog rada je bio da se odrede koncentracije kalcijuma (Ca), neorganskog fosfora (P) i magnezijuma (Mg) u krvi, indikatora stanja metabolizma neorganskih materija kod mlečnih krava Simentalske rase (n=45) u tranzicionom periodu i tokom pune laktacije. Ispitivane krave su podeljene u tri grupe. U prvoj grupi (n=15) nalazile su se klinički zdrave visoko gravidne krave, u drugoj grupi klinički zdrave krave (n=15) u puerperiumu, dok su treću grupu (n=15) činile klinički zdrave krave u punoj laktaciji. Od svih ispitivanih krava uzeti su uzorci krvi. Iz dobijenog krvnog seruma određivane su koncentracije kalcijuma, magnezijuma i neorganskog fosfora spektrofotometrijskom metodom. Vrednosti ispitivanih makroelemenata u krvi su bile u fiziološkim granicama kod svih ispitivanih grupa krava. Koncentracije kalcijuma, magnezijuma i neorganskog fosfora u kvnom serumu kod grupe krava u puerperiumu bile su u statistički značajno manjem (p<0.05) u odnosu na vrednosti ovih parametara krvi kod krava u visokom graviditetu i tokom pune laktacije, što može ukazati na pojačano korišćenje ovih makroelemenata iz krvi za potrebe mlečne žlezde na početku laktacije. Rezultati ovih ispitivanja ukazuju na očuvanu homeostazu ispitivanih makro-elemenata u krvi kod krava u tranzicionom periodu i tokom pune laktacije, što može ukazati da ne postoji deficit neorganskih materija, odnosno na adekvatno snabdevanje iz alimentarnih izvora
