    Объектом исследования является резервуарный парк нефтеперекачивающего месторождения. Цель работы – модернизация автоматизированной системы управления насосным агрегатом резервуарного парка нефтеперекачивающего месторождения с использованием ПЛК, на основе выбранной SCADA-системы. В данном проекте была разработана система контроля и управления технологическим процессом на базе промышленных контроллеров Yokogawa CENTUM CS, с применением SCADA-системы GENESIS32. Разработанная система может применяться в системах контроля, управления и сбора данных на различных промышленных предприятиях. Данная система позволит увеличить производительность, повысить точность и надежность измерений, сократить число аварий.The object of the study is the tank farm of an oil-pumping field. The purpose of the work is the modernization of the automated control system for the pump unit of the oil-storage reservoir reservoir using PLCs, based on the SCADA system chosen. In this project, a process control and management system was developed on the basis of industrial controllers Yokogawa CENTUM CS, using the SCADA system GENESIS32. The developed system can be used in monitoring, control and data collection systems at various industrial enterprises. This system will increase the productivity, improve the accuracy and reliability of measurements, reduce the number of accidents

    The evolution of an urban political machine: Republican Philadelphia, 1867-1933.

    The persistence of the classic duel between reform and bossism as the dominant theme in the literature on American urban politics has been subject to increasing criticism in recent years. This conflict, it is now argued, provides an inadequate framework in helping us to understand the complexity of American municipal development. While accepting that initiatives suggesting alternative ways of viewing urban politics are long overdue, such efforts, in my view, can only achieve their purpose if they are based on an accurate understanding of the role that the political machine has played in the American city. Unfortunately the consensus that prevails in the abundant literature on this political institution fails to provide just such an understanding. In particular the existing literature fails to furnish satisfactory answers to such key questions as, How do we account for the emergence of the political machine. What functions did it fulfill in the American city. To what extent did so-called "bosses" control party organisations and city governments. Which sections of the urban population supported the machine and why. The aim of this thesis is to address these questions using the Republican political machine (or "Organisation") in Philadelphia as the model for inquiry. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which shows that, in spite of appearances to the contrary, an over-riding cleavage between well-organised machine and reform forces did not dominate party politics in Philadelphia in the period prior to 1887. The second half argues that, contrary to received wisdom, a fully fledged political machine did not emerge as the dominant force in the government and politics of the city until the turn of the century. This development is attributed not to the influx of poor immigrants to the city, but to changes in the organisation and structure of Philadelphia's political and economic system, and the ability of the new (internally) consolidated political machine to overwhelm its (external) electoral opponents including its principal opposition the nonpartisan reform movement. It is also argued that the machine, rather than being the natural functional substitute for government that its apologists have traditionally maintained, did in fact function as a blight on the system of government in Philadelphia

    Speciation in Golden-Plovers, Pluvialis dominica and P. fulva: Evidence from the Breeding Grounds

    Two forms of golden-plover have long been considered subspecies, Pluvialisdominica dominica and P. d. fulva. Prior studies have shown differences between forms in breeding distributions, wintering distributions, plumage, morphology, molt, and maturation schedules. We report clear and consistent differences in breeding vocalizations and nesting habitat, and strict assortative mating in areas of sympatry in western Alaska. These results indicate a greater degree of differentiation between the forms than was previously appreciated. They are appropriately treated as separate species and should be referred to under the names Pluvialis dominica, for the American Golden-Plover, and Pluvialis fulva, for the Pacific Golden-Plover

    The meninges is a source of retinoic acid for the late-developing hindbrain

    One general function for retinoic acid (RA) is pattern organization in the CNS. This regulatory factor has an essential role in spinal cord motor neuron and early posterior hindbrain development. In the anterior CNS, however, there is only a limited number of foci of RA synthesis, and less attention has been placed on regions such as the anterior hindbrain where RA synthesizing enzymes are absent. This study shows that a rich source of RA lies around the hindbrain from the RA synthetic enzyme retinaldehyde dehydrogenase-2 (RALDH2) present in the surrounding meninges and mesenchyme by embryonic day 13. RALDH2 is not distributed uniformly throughout the meninges but is restricted to territories over the developing hindbrain, suggesting that RA signaling may be localized to those regions. Further regulation of RA signaling is provided by the presence of a RA sink in the form of the CYP26B1 RA catabolic enzyme expressed in deeper regions of the brain. As a guide to the neural anatomy of hindbrain RA signaling, we used a mouse transgenic for a lacZ reporter gene driven by a RA response element (RAREhsplacZ) to identify regions of RA signaling. This reporter mouse provides evidence that RA signaling in the hindbrain after embryonic day 13 occurs in the regions of the cerebellum and precerebellar system adjacent to sources of RA, including the inferior olive and the pontine nuclei
