Proposal for the development of a purchasing plan applied to the construction sector

El presente artículo presenta los lineamientos fundamentales para la elaboración de un Plan de Compras (en adelante PDC) aplicada a empresas del sector de la construcción. El documento expone la importancia en la implementación, así como los beneficios y oportunidades que brinda para al área de aprovisionamiento y la compañía en general, mediante el análisis cualitativo del sector; de igual manera pretende ser una guía para elaborarlo y que sea apto para cualquier industria.This article presents the fundamental guidelines for the preparation of a procurement plan applied to companies in the construction sector. The document exposes the importance in the implementation of a purchasing plan, as well as the benefits and opportunities it provides for the supply area and the company in general, through the qualitative analysis of the sector; likewise, it aims to be a guide to elaborate a Purchase plan suitable for any industry
