A tecnologia vídeo digital na educação: fator de inclusão ou de exclusão?

A convergência das mídias em uma plataforma que reúne sons, imagens e dados, com recursos de interatividade e portabilidade, oferece novas possibilidades educomunicacionais. Este artigo foi desenvolvido para conclusão da disciplina Desenvolvimento de Conteúdo Educacional baseado na TV Digital Interativa, do programa de pós-graduação da Faculdade de Educação da Unicamp, com o objetivo de discutir o papel do vídeo digital no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e os fatores de inclusão e de exclusão que podem estar envolvidos. A adoção do vídeo digital na sala de aula pode fazer parte de um plano de atividades pedagógicas, ampliando os espaços para a aprendizagem, a reflexão e a construção de conhecimento de forma coletiva. Para que isso aconteça, os estudos mostram que o uso das novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação deve ser pensado estrategicamente para que estimule o aluno a pensar a sua realidade e a apropriar-se dos mecanismos que permitam transformá-la, superando o papel de mero receptor para o de produtor de conhecimento e de conteúdos digitais interativos

The Use of Molecular Markers in Genetic Variability Analysis of a Collection of \u3cem\u3eDactylis Glomerata\u3c/em\u3e L.

Dactylis glomerata L. is one of the three most used perennial grasses in Europe (jointly with Lolium perenne and Festuca arundinacea). The main qualities of Dactylis glomerata are high productivity in pure cultures, high level of proteins and tolerance to drought, cold and shade (Mousset & Chosson, 1986). In the last ten years, techniques that allow direct discrimination at the DNA level have encouraged the study of the genetic variability within cultivated populations as well as identification of the diversity available in germplasm banks. DNA polymorphisms have been shown to be efficient in the identification of genetic variability in several groups of plants. They can be used as an auxiliary tool in breeding programs through obtaining genetic maps and in the identification of molecular markers useful for assisting selection. The aims of this work were: (1) to study the genetic variability of 100 genotypes in a collection of Dactylis glomerata from several areas of Portugal, grown in the experimental fields of ENMP-INIAP, using PCR based molecular markers obtained with RAPD and ISSR primers, together with morphological and agronomic characterization, (2) to select genotypes that may function as parents of new synthetic varieties

Identificação de genótipos de milho para tolerância à seca por análise multivariada.

The identification of genotypes that are tolerant to water deficit is crucial for the maintenance of the agricultural production. This study aimed to evaluate the genotypic variation for drought tolerance among corn genotypes by means of multivariate analysis, as well as to identify hybrids with high grain yield under conditions of water deficit and full irrigation. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted in a randomized block design, with 36 corn hybrids, being 34 experimental elite and two commercial (controls) hybrids, under water deficit and full irrigation, during the reproductive stage, with four replications. The irrigation levels, added to the rainfall, totaled 691.6 mm under full irrigation and 490.8 mm under water deficit
