About necessity of interuniversity in-Russian scientific communications

Обосновывается необходимость сотрудничества между университетами России. Приводятся примеры возможной реализации такого сотрудничества. Предлагается введение координационных советов заведующих кафедрами по профильным научным и образовательным направлениям. Описываются некоторые формы сотрудничества между университетами. Рассказывается об инициативах администрации Пермского края, направленных на стимулирование науки и высшего образования в регионе.In article necessity of cooperation between universities of Russia is proved. Rating of student progress as a way of improvement of quality of education in universities

Предложен математический способ ранжирования студентов по успеваемости, исходя из цели, поставленной деканатом факультета. Описаны пути улучшения качества учебы студентов за счет внедрения этого способа.
