The results of 112 transpositions of blood receiving complexes tissue foot applied in the treatment of chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis of the bones of the foot and the distal third of the shin. Авторы утверждают, что предлагаемые артериализированные комплексы тканей стопы при лечении хронического посттравматического остеомиелита костей стопы и дистальной трети голени позволяют отойти от практики многоэтапных операций, сократить сроки стационарного лечения. Bioethics: from Enlightenment to return

Based on the concept adopted by the Russian legislator in the field of bioethics, the articleanalyzes aspects of the formation of moral and ethical regulations as a subject of legal regulation, a historical review of the features of the perception by the individual and society of ethical norms as criteria for self-restraint of the possibility of choosing options for lawful or unlawful behavioris given. The transformation of law from the age of enlightenment to the era of return to ethical institutions is shown both in the historical periods of the outgoing era and in the examples of negative law-making of contemporaries, in order to leave the norms of ethics outside the national order.The traditional explanation of the dominance of such an approach to the legal regulation of ethical institutions is reduced to the absence of objects of legal support due to the fact that ethics is not a legal, but a moral one. De facto ethical norms are introduced into the modern legal order of the Russian Federation at the level of law enforcement activities, for example, through the adoption of Codes of Professional Ethics. The expediency of formation in Russia of the National Council on Bioethics and Biosafety is substantiated.</jats:p

Having with the help of the Soviet Army liberated their Fatherland from Hitler's occupation, the peoples of Yugoslavia entered the road of socialist development.

The paper considers the problem of scattering of electromagnetic wave on the object having a complex shape. As the model was selected on the basis of the method of integral equations was used. After the solution of the integral equation in the framework of the method of moments of the scattered field have been identified. It was demonstrated how to manage multiple electromagnetic field when changing the parameters of an object of complex shape.В статье рассматривается задача рассеяния электромагнитной волны на объекте, имеющем сложную форму. В качестве модели было выбрано описание на основе метода интегральных уравнений. После решения интегрального уравнения в рамках метода моментов были определены рассеянные поля. Продемонстрировано, каким образом можно управлять рассеянным электромагнитным полем при изменении параметров объекта сложной формы

Trust as a Category of Bioethics and Its Importance in the System of Ensuring Biosecurity

The article discusses the notion of an ethical category of trust, including bioethics as an element of biopolitics. The trust is also analysed in the context of the legal consequences of its loss, enshrined in the existing law and existing in the bills under consideration by the legislator. As a category of bioethics, trust is analyzed to take into account the effects of the pandemic SARS-Cov2. The author formulates proposals to improve legislative activity aimed at maintaining trust between the government and society.</jats:p
