NYANYIAN ADAT MASYARAKAT DAYAK MAANYAN: SUATU PENDEKATAN HERMENEUTIKA
The existence of folk singing in the Dayak Maanyan community is inseparable from its attachment to the implementation of customary ceremonies. In addition to being a means of entertainment, this song can also be used as a means to convey a moral message and also tell the history of their ancestors in the past. This research examines traditional singing by taking two songs entitled Tinga Janyawai and Laisomena using a hermeneutical approach. This research aims to transcribe, analyze the meaning and know the function of the song Tinga Janyawai and Laisomena. The method used is qualitative descriptive. After transcribing and analyzing the two songs, data on the use of formulas in the structure of the two songs is obtained in the form of vocabulary repetition patterns that contain synonymous meanings as well as repetition of the same vocabulary on the lines in the verses of the song. The use of these two songs is known to have differences because the song Tinga Janyawai is usually sung in various customary ceremonies and the ordinary people sing it as a means of entertainment. While the song Laisomena is a song sung by a balian dadas when performing a healing ritual. Even so, these two songs seem to have similarities, namely telling the story of the separation of Patih and Uria and their family members to their desired territory because the kingdom of Nansarunai has fallen into the hands of the enemy, known as the event of Nansarunai usak Java. In addition to the parting, Dayak Maanyan ancestors also parted ways with Dayak Maanyan relatives from Tane Punei Lului in the group there was Laisomena, who married Prince Engko, the fourth child of King Nansarunai. In addition, in this customary song contains values ??and moral teachings to always shoulder to shoulder helping fellow Maanyan people in accordance with the ability and position in society. The presence of these two songs in the Dayak Maanyan community, of course, has a function. In addition to serving as entertainment, this song can also be used as a means in inheriting the noble values ??of the Dayak Maanyan community. This inheritance is of course necessary to be able to be the knowledge of the younger generation, both cultural, moral, and historical knowledge. In addition, by introducing this song, it is hoped that the younger generation can know the meaning of the vocabulary used in the lyrics of the song so as to enrich the treasures of regional language knowledge
RELASI SINTAGMATIK MITOS DAN RITUAL DAYAK MAANYAN PAJU SEPULUH SYNTAGMATIC RELATIONS OF MYTHS AND RITUAL OF THE DAYAK MAANYAN PAJU SEPULUH
Myth and ritual are understood as two things that cannot be separated from one another. The relationship between the two can be transformed in the form of positional relations which show a network of relations between figures and events, domains and characters in a model. Given the importance of myths and rituals in forming the structure of the mind of the Ma\u27anyan Dayak tribe, it is interesting to present an analysis with regard to syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations in the Ma\u27anyan Dayak traditional marriage ceremony. The purpose of this study was to gain knowledge about myths, the meaning of myths, and their relation to rituals performed by the Maanyan Paju Ten Dayak community. The data collection technique was carried out by hermeneutic reading. Data analysis was carried out by structural analysis, semiotic analysis and content analysis guided by the Levi-Struss structural approach strategy. The results of the analysis of syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations show that myth in naliwakas is a Ma\u27anyan human dialectic with social reality that contains the framework of a religious system which in the past or present has been or is being applied as religious truth. The rituals that are performed basically represent the arrangement of symbols that are objectified in myths. On the other hand, ceremonies in the Maanyan Dayak community are associated with magical acts and the cult of the ancestors as religious acts. Rituals that reveal historical and social relations by referring to mystical notions within the framework of constitutive rituals, in this way the traditional wedding ceremony becomes distinctive. Furthermore, the meaning associated with this relationship is nothing but purification and protection which is called factive ritual
GAYA BAHASA PERBANDINGAN DALAM NOVEL GARIS WAKTU KARYA FIERSA BESARI
Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa perbandingan apa sajakah yang digunakan dalam novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari, (2) Mendeskripsikan fungsi gaya bahasa perbandingan yang digunakan dalam novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari. (3) Mendeskripsikan implikasi gaya bahasa perbandingan dan fungsi gaya bahasa perbandingan dalam novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari. Wujud data berupa tuturan dalam novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari yang mengandung gaya bahasa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik baca dan teknik catat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Jenis gaya bahasa perbandingan pada novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari ditemukan sebanyak 85 data, yaitu: (a) perumpamaan 13 data, (b) metafora 53 data, (c) personifikasi 5 data, (d) depersonifikasi 2, (e) alegori 2 data, (f) pleonasme dan tautalogi 1 data, (g) perifrasis 9 data. 2) fungsi gaya bahasa perbandingan pada novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari ditemukan sebanyak 58 data, yaitu: a) fungsi informasi 16 data, b) fungsi ekspresif 10 data, c) fungsi direktif 8 data, (d) fungsi fatis 5 data, (e) fungsi estetika 19 data. Adapun jumlah keseluruhan data yang ditemukan yaitu sebanyak 143 data. 3) Implikasi gaya bahasa perbandingan novel Garis Waktu karya Fiersa Besari dalam pembelajaran sastra Indonesia kelas XII pada standar kompetensi membaca dan menyimak berbagai novel. Kompetensi dasar menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan yang terkandung dalam novel. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu menemukan jenis gaya bahasa perbandingan yang terdapat dalam novel, menemukan fungsi gaya bahasa perbandingan dalam novel, dan mempresentasikan hasil penemuan yang terkandung dalam novel
CITRA PEREMPUAN DAN KEKERASAN GENDER DALAM NOVEL 50 RIYAL: SISI LAIN TKW INDONESIA DI ARAB SAUDI KARYA DENY WIJAYA
Novel 50 Riyal: Sisi Lain TKW Indonesia Di Arab Saudi karya Deny Wijaya merupakan sebuah karya yang mengangkat tentang kehidupan wanita muallaf yang berkerja sebagai TKW. Dalam novel ini cukup menarik untuk dikaji lebih lanjut secara ilmiah kehidupan perempuan yang bekerja di luar negeri. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji citra perempuan dan bentuk kekerasan gender yang terdapat dalam novel 50 Riyal: Sisi Lain TKW Indonesia Di Arab Saudi ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mendeskripsikan citra tokoh utama perempuan dalam novel 50 Riyal Sisi Lain TKW Indonesia Di Arab Saudi karya Deny Wijaya, dan (2) mendeskripsikan bentuk kekerasan gender yang terjadi dalam novel 50 Riyal: Sisi Lain TKW Indonesia Di Arab Saudi karya Deny Wijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data diambil dari hasil membaca novel 50 Riyal: Sisi Lain TKW Indonesia Di Arab Saudi karya Deny Wijaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode baca dan catat, dan kemudian diidentifikasi dan dianalisis berdasarkan teori kritik sastra feminis. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai citra perempuan dan bentuk kekerasan gender dalam novel 50 Riyal: Sisi Lain TKW Indonesia Di Arab Saudi karya Deny Wijaya. Peneliti menemukan adanya: (1) Citra perempuan yaitu citra diri perempuan yang meliputi citra fisik perempuan (kecantikan dan keindahan wajah, bentuk wajah, dan penggambaran makna dibalik raut wajah dan tubuh tokoh utama), dan citra psikis perempuan (sedih, tegang, marah dan takut), selanjutnya citra sosial yang meliputi citra perempuan dalam keluarga (peran sebagai anak, berbakti dan penurut) dan citra perempuan dalam masyarakat (peduli terhadap sesama, suka bermain, toleransi yang tinggi, dan setia kawan), (2) Bentuk kekerasan yang ditemukan yaitu kekerasan fisik (pemukukan dan penyekapan), kekerasan psikologis (ancaman dan paksaan), dan kekerasan seksual (menyentuh, mengajak melakukan hubungan seksual, melecehkan, dan memperkosa)
Penerapan Model Project Based Learning Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Teks Negosiasi Peserta Didik Kelas X Smkn 4 Palangka Raya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) penerapan model project based learning pada pokok bahasan teks negosiasi, (2) pengaruh penerapan model project based learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar teks negosiasi peserta didik, (3) besar pengaruh penerapan model project based learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis teks negosiasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi eksperimen dengan metode one-group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMKN 4 Palangka Raya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Multimedia 2 SMKN 4 Palangka Raya yang didapatkan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik serta dengan tes tentang menulis teks negosiasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) penerapan model project based learning pada pokok bahasan teks negosiasi telah dilakukan sesuai dengan tahap-tahap yang dimulai dari menyusun perencanaan proyek teks negosiasi, menyusun jadwal, monitoring proyek, menyelesaikan proyek teks negosiasi, pengumpulan proyek dan presentasi, serta evaluasi pengalaman, (2) penerapan model project based learning tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang diketahui dengan cara membandingkan kondisi awal dan kondisi akhir peserta didik, dan (3) hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung sebesar 5,853 > ttabel sebesar 1,694, dapat diketahui pula mean pada prates 63,39 dan postes 76,36. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, penerapan model project based learning memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap peserta didik pada pembelajaran teks negosiasi
PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN EVALUASI BERBASIS HOTS UNTUK GURU BAHASA INDONESIA TINGKAT SMP SWASTA SEKOTA PALANGKA RAYA
The training and evaluation assistance based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is motivated by the teacher's pedagogic competence in developing the evaluation of learning outcomes that are still conventional. Therefore, community service that is carried out is based on the aim of increasing the ability of teachers to make questions that can encourage students to have the ability to analyze (C4), evaluate (C5), and create (C6). The program is Training on Preparation of High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for Indonesian Language Teachers in Palangka Raya City. This PKM activity is carried out by providing training and assistance in preparing lesson plans and making questions based on the guidelines for writing HOTS questions. Through lecture and practical methods, this training was able to open up the knowledge and understanding of teachers about the preparation of HOTS-based lesson plans, as well as improve the ability and skills of teachers in making questions at the level of higher-order thinking skills. So, that it can be used to measure the development of students thinking and reasoning correctly following the expected final learning outcomes, the whole community service activity can be successful. However, not all of the mentoring participants have mastered how to prepare HOTS questions
PODCAST BERSERI SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA UNTUK KEPERLUAN AKADEMIK ERA DIGITAL
The use of technological advances has given rise to new media for all fields, including the use of technology in the field of education. This allows the development of alternative learning media that can help the process of teaching courses in higher education. A teacher is required to be able to adapt to technology and use it as a creative and innovative learning tool or medium. The use of digital-based learning media allows students to study these materials anywhere and at any time.
Serial podcasts as a medium for learning Indonesian for academic purposes in the digital era are a development product carried out by a team of digital-based media and learning resource developers. This podcast consists of eight episodes containing material related to learning Indonesian. The development of this learning media aims to describe and present eight podcasts with different material for each episode.
Determining the type of media development product has been considered from the important elements and characteristics of selecting learning media that suit student needs. The development of this learning media uses a 4D model which has four stages, namely (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop; and (4) disseminete or distribution.

CAMPUR KODE DALAM IKLAN PENAWARAN BARANG DI FORUM JUAL BELI ONLINE FACEBOOK KOTA PALANGKA RAYA (KAJIAN SOSIOLINGUISTIK)
ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan campur kode dalam forum jual belionline Facebook di kota Palangka Raya. Masalah yang akan digali dalam penelitian iniadalah: (1) Bagaimana bentuk campur kode dalam iklan penawaran barang di forum jualbeli online Facebook kota Palangka Raya (2) Apa penyebab terjadinya campur kode dalamiklan penawaran barang di forum jual beli online Facebook kota Palangka Raya.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitiankualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kata, frasa, danklausa/kalimat pada status pedangang online dalam forum jual beli online di kota palangkaraya di Facebook. Sumber data yang dipakai adalah hasil ScreenShoot pada status penjualonline dalam forum jual beli online. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknikstudi pustaka, membaca, mencatat dan dimasukkan pada data penelitian. Teknik analisisdata menggunakan teknik interpretasi teks.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 50 data kutipan bentukcampur kode sering ditemukan dalam status penjual online dalam forum jual beli di kotaPalangka Raya di Facebook terdapat 50 kutipan dengan rincian campur kode dalam bentukkata 37 kata, campur kode dalam bentuk frasa 19 frasa, campur kode dalam bentuk kataulang 1 kata ulang, dan campur kode dalam bentuk klausa 1 klausa. Jadi dapat simpulkanbahwa bentuk campur kode yang paling banyak ditemukan dalam forum jual beli onlineFacebook di kota Palangka Raya adalah bentuk kata dan frasa. Faktor penyebab yangmelatarbelakangi campur kode dapat dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu, latar belakang nonkebahasaan atau sikap (atitudinal type) dan latar belakang kebahasaan (linguistic type).Faktor penyebab terjadinya campur kode dalam forum jual beli online di kota PalangkaRaya di Facebook berjumlah 50 data, faktor campur kode non kebahasaan 24 data denganrincian (a) need for synonym 2 data, (b) social value 22 data. Faktor kebahasaan sebanyak28 data dengan rincian (a) low frequenchy of word 2 data, (b) oversight 2 data dan (c) end(purpose and goal) 24 data. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab penjual onlinemelakukan campur kode adalah social value yaitu penutur segaja menggunakan bahasaasing dalam tuturannya agar terlihat seperti orang yang terpelajar, modern, berwawasanluas dan hebat dan penyebab selajutnya adalah end (purpose and goal) yaitu penutur inginmenerangkan, membujuk, dan meyankikan pembeli agar barang yang dijual menarikperhatian pembeli
POLA-POLA BILIGUALISME MAHASISWA PBSI FKIP UNIVERSITAS PALANGKA RAYA
Bilingualism is a linguistic phenomenon which includes more than one language as communication tool. All of college students in PBSI FKIP UPR (Study of Indonesian Language and Literature from Faculty of Teacher Education and Training in University of Palangka Raya) came from various social backgrounds which make them bilingualists, where they are used to speak in other languages than Indonesian language as mother tounge, which are code-mix or code-switch. In this research, researchers found many reasons for this bilingualism phenomenon in all college students of PBSI FKIP UPR. The results of this research show: 1) There are 2 (two) bilingualism patterns which are diglossic bilingualism patterns, and not-diglossic bilingualism patterns. 2) Factors of choosing and using language of bilingualistic college students depend on the listener, and conversation topics and situations. 3) Challenges for college students of PBSI FKIP UPR as bilinguialists that they are often to experience miscommunications in formal, nonformal, and semiformal situations while communicating, more impacted by family environment, followed by friendship and college environment
REKACIPTA MITE PUTRI MAYANG SEBAGAI BENTUK PENGEMBANGAN SASTRA LISAN DAYAK MAANYAN DI KABUPATEN BARITO TIMUR
The reinvention of Mite Putri Mayang as a form of development of Dayak Maanyan oral literature in East Barito Regency is a form of innovation to revive the meaning of each story in it through the form of a short story. This research aims to create the Putri Mayang myth as a form of developing Dayak Maanyan folklore in East Barito Regency through short story writing. The research method used is the Participatory Planning and Research (PPR) research method, data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner, so that the presentation only takes the form of an explanation in the form of words. Data collection was carried out by determining the research object, the material object was the oral literature myth of Putri Mayang, while the formal object was Ruth Finnegan\u27s oral literature theory. Search for data in two ways, namely literature and field. The results of research regarding the Putri Mayang myth of the Dayak Maanyan tribe in East Barito Regency, it can be concluded that this story reflects local leadership without highlighting the superiority of the Banjaran or the inferiority of the Kedayakan. Putri Mayang Sari\u27s leadership focuses on people\u27s welfare, food security, and the implementation of the traditional Dayak Maanyan government system. This mythical story also contains religiosity, social, political and economic values ​​in ritual practices, inter-religious tolerance, an inclusive government system, and an emphasis on food security in the Maanyan Dayak community. The process of recreating the short story Putri Mayang shows creative efforts in reinterpreting the myth. Even though there are variations in interpretation, some short stories are still tied to the setting and characters of the original myth. For example, "Parang Maya" carries regional values ​​while giving a contemporary touch. The creation of short stories is a refreshing form of creativity in the cultural heritage of the Dayak Maanyan people
