    This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Educational Services at Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Kindergarten Bantaeng in terms of Increasing Stakeholders' Trust towards parents. The type of research used is the Qualitative Research Method. The data processed is the result of observations and interviews with the school of Tk Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Bantaeng as well as reports of new student admissions from the 2018 to 2021 school years. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, which describes the data obtained from the Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Bantaeng Kindergarten is then associated with relevant theories by referring to the 4P concept of the marketing mix or marketing mix (Promotion, Place, Price, Person) and then concluded. Based on the results of data collection from the Kemala Bhayangkari 16 Bantaeng Kindergarten school, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy of educational services used in terms of increasing trust in users is by carrying out various kinds of promotions about schools through social media, distributing brochures to the general public, strengthening and adding relations with various media and friends, improve the quality and ability of educators and student

    Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimanaaspek-aspek kompetensi guru yaitu : (1) kompetensi pedagogik, (2)kompetensi kepribadian, (3) kompetensi sosial, dan (4) kompetensiprofesional yang mempenagruhi kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalammelaksanakan proses pembelajaran pada Sekolah Menengah Umum(SMU) Negeri I Baebunta Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh aspek-aspekkompetensi yang merupakan variabel bebas (X) yang terdiri darikompetensi pedagogik (X1), kompetensi kepribadian (X), kompetensisosial (X3), dan kompetensi profesional (X42) terhadap kinerja gurubersertifikasi dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yangmerupakan variabel terikat (Y) baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupunsecara bersama-sama dengan menggunakan analisis regresi bergandayang selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan uji tdan uji F. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukandiperoleh koefisien regresi untuk variabel kompetensi pedagogik (X)sebesar positif 0,016 namun tidak signifikan, variabel kompetensikepribadian sebesar positif 0,968 dan signifikan. Sedangkan koefisienregresi untuk variabel kompetensi sosial adalah sebesar positif 0,089dan signifikan, sementara untuk variabel kompetensi profesional adalahsebesar 0,282 dan signifikan. Untuk variabel penyebab secara bersamasamasetelah dilakukan uji F diketahui bahwa koefisien determinansebesar R2 0,531 atau sebesar 53,10% dan sisanya sebesar 46,90%merupakan faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam analisis ini

    This study aimed to calculate the break-even level on Hotel Anging Mammiri, especially on the sales room rental services in 2014, which includes the sale room rental services Happy Suite, Deluxe, Superior and Standard rooms. From the results of this study are expected to know the level of sales of rental services at the Hotel Anging Mammiri. This analysis aims to calculates the level of sales so that the proceeds equal to the sum of all variable costs and fixed costs. In calculating the break even at Hotel Anging Mammiri author using the equation engineering approach. To allocate fixed costs and variable costs the author uses the method relative sales value. Break-even analysis can be used by the hotel management as a material consideration in planning for short-term profit, primarily as a guide so that the sale of the hotel room rental services do not suffer losses or at least not in a state to break even. From the results of this analysis can also be known effect of changes in rental prices per type of room to break-even analysis, which can later be used to determine price changes Which types of rooms that can generate greater profits. Thus the results of break-even analysis can be used to assist management in profit planning

    PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEMAMPUAN, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM DI KECAMATAN MANGKUTANA KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Kemampuan, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada  Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di Kecamatan Mangkutana Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang terdiri dari 12 item pertanyaan.Hasil pembahasan dan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap penelitian ini diketahui bahwa motivasi (X1) berpengaruh sebesar 0,127, kemampuan (X2) sebesar 0,187, dan lingkungan kerja (X3) sebesar 0,760 terhadap kinerja karyawan di tujuh Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang di Kecamatan Mangkutana Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Hasil pengujian terhadap terhadap variabel-variabel penyebab diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi (X1), kemampuan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Ketiga variabel ini menjadi faktor penentu (sebesar 39%) terhadap kinerja karyawan di tujuh Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang ada di Kecamatan Mangkutana Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Dan sisanya sebesar 61% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam analisis dan model ini

    The test results show that the training tcount, which is 2.678 is greater than t table which is 2.02269 with a significance level of 0.011. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of training on the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) office in Bulukumba Regency. And the value of the compensation tcount is 2.755, which is greater than t table, which is 2.02269 with a significance level of 0.009. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of training on the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) office in Bulukumba Regency. Compensation is the dominant variable influencing the performance of employees of the Bulukumba Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) office with a Beta (Standardized Coefficient) value of 0.440

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi konsumen dalam menggunakan indihome sebagai penyedia jasa internet pada kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pelanggan Indihome yang berdomisili di wilayah kecamatan panakukkang kota Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 orang dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian kuantitatif dan Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuisioner dan Dokumentasi. Pengolahan data penelitian adalah menggunakan statistik deskriptif  sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Regresi dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Melalui pengolahan data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.775 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.600 yang  berarti bahwa kualitas produk dan gaya hidup mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 60%. Kualitas produk dan Gaya hidup mempengaruhi konsumen dalam menggunakan indihome sebagai penyedia jasa internet pada kota Makassar dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 5.229 dan signifikans sebesar  0.000. Hasil uji t variabel kualitas produk sebesar 2.583 sedangkan hasil uji t variabel gaya hidup sebesar 2.127 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk lebih mempengaruhi konsumen dalam menggunakan indihome sebagai penyedia jasa internet pada kota Makassar

    This study aims to determine the profitability ratio to assess financial performance at PT. Biringkassi Raya Semen Tonasa Group. This type of research used in the research is descriptive quantitative. The focus of this study includes how profitability ratios as a tool to measure financial performance at PT. Biringkassi Raya in the last three years. This study was conducted to determine the profitability ratio analysis as a tool to measure the financial performance of PT. Biringkassi Raya in the last three years of the financial statements. The profitability ratio used is Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the analysis show that financial performance is still not good, because the industry standard is still below standard. For Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return On Equtiy the company's financial performance is not good because the value achieved by the profitability ratio is still below the industry standard average

    This study aims to determine of the influence the exxent of the influence of product attributes which include (brand, proce, quality and design) on the decisions to purchase Asus brand laptops for students of the Facultyof Economics and Bussines, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar (a case study majoring, class of 2017). The type of research used with a quantitative approach. The data obtained is the result of the respondent’s interpretation studens majoring in management class 2017 as many 84 respondents. The analysis technique used in the study uses an interactive model with respondens , where the respondent’s interpretation data is then regulated by using data analysis tecniques in this case SPSS. Based on The research result obtained from processed data are that all design variabels have a more significant influence than all product attribute variabels, this is due to the regression equetion test the design variable value is greater and the averall variable value for marketing strategy
