AbstractMission of education in each country is to strengthen human attitude, promoting its philosophy and developing the individual's ability to live healthy and productive in the society. One of the features in the modern education is special attention to psychological and physical activities that students do at school. Development and enrichment of sports and arts activities, according to fairly centralized approach in curriculum planning and lack of sufficient attention to developing learner's social, emotional and cognitive skills in the teaching-learning process is needed. Thinking in this area makes obvious the emergence of new policy making in the school formal programs

Background: A new competitive factor between universities is the production of knowledge, in which the material benefits are gained. Competition in achieving such a situation has created the new systems of ranking and evaluation of universities. The purpose of the present study was to present an appropriate model for university ranking and to evaluate the effectiveness of social factors in the final ranking model. Methods: First, the indexes of 29 global ranking systems were studied and analyzed using content analysis method. Then, an interview was conducted with faculty members and the model was presented through theme analysis and open coding. A questionnaire was designed for the study and to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. Also, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the expert opinions. Convergent validity technique was also used using Amos graphics softwareResults: The importance of social factors affecting academic ranking was obtained through calculation of the means. Based on our results, the importance of the factors from the largest to the smallest was as follows: 1. educational performance 2. research performance 3. entrepreneurship and employment 4. scientific rank, national and international image, and 5. the ability of the university to meet the needs of the society. All of which show moderate to high levels. Conclusion: Based on the results, the calculated values of fitness indices were in desirable range and the proposed model for the ranking of universities was suitable with empirical data and enjoys a favorable situation.

Since the acquisition of the market share is a correlational parameter, (the sum of the total market share of the competing organizations must be 100 percent) and the maximum in the present study, a DEA-based mathematical model was proposed to specify the competition strategies considering the correlational parameters and the magnitude and dimensions of insurance organizations. To examine the efficiency and the reliability of the proposed model, a real problem was solved in the domain of insurance industry and the results were compared with those of the basic CCR model. The findings revealed that the use of the basic CCR model to solve the problem produces unrealistic results that contradict the conditions and constraints of the real world. This was the case despite the fact that the proposed model proved more efficient and the results suggested that the proposed model improved the weaknesses of the basic DEA models in the domain of insurance institute

Abstract The coronavirus outbreak caused most education institutions to shift to online education. One of the consequences of the pandemic and spread of online education was the prevalence of academic burnout among students has been students' academic burnout. Accordingly, it is necessary to identify the influential factors to reduce burnout. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting academic burnout and their cause-effect relationships. For this purpose, to conduct the gray Delphi technique, a questionnaire was administered to a randomly selected sample consisted of 86 graduate students of the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch. In addition, a randomly selected sample of 37 graduate students filled a matrix questionnaire Collected data were analyzed using the Gray-DEMATEL technique. As a result of Gray Delphi screening, out of the 43 sub-factors identified, six sub-factors were eliminated and 37 sub-factors in 7 main factors were determined as factors affecting students' academic burnout. Analysis of the collected data using the Grey-DEMATEL technique revealed that among the seven main factors, Technology infrastructure, institutional facilities, and faculty characteristics are in the net cause category, respectively. The classroom environment and course structure, the social-emotional factor, the characteristics of students, and the home and family environment are in the net effect category. Technology infrastructure is the most influential factor that affects other factors. Identifying effective factors and the causal relationships between them have significant implications for policymakers and academic planners to prevent and reduce student burnout in online environment by focusing on the most influential factors

This a mixed, descriptive research. The statistics population included 610 school principals, assistant principals and teachers who were selected through a two-stage stratified random selection procedure among the school principals, assistant principals and teachers in Mazandaran Province. In order to collect data a researcher made questionnaire was utilized. The questionnaire included eight axes and 95 items.the questions were in likert five options spectrum and about the existing and ideal situations, the questions were asked from all three groups of principals, assistant pricipals and teachers. One-sample t-test was used to analyze the present status, and two-sample t-test analysis used to compare the ideal and the real conditions. Also, ANOVA was utilized to make comparisons among the eight categories of the assistant principal’s responsibilities in three groups. LSD test was used to determine the significance in difference among the three groups, and Friedman’s analysis was used to rank variables. The results show that all three groups of principals, assistant principals and teachers believe that the assistant principal's activities must promote in all domains comparing existing with ideal situation. The solutions that can help assistant principlas are costant and qualitative educations that are designed specially for them and are known as professional development, this is a solution that can be presented in terms of infra structures and requierments

Introduction: Commitment in nursing directly affects the output of performance and professional behavior. Training committed and skilled nurses is one of the university missions; thus, the study endeavored to explain the effective academic factors on professional commitment development in nursing students. Methods: The current research is a mixed study, which is in the qualitative part of content analysis and in the quantitative part of descriptive analysis. Samples in qualitative phase were 20 hospital managers of Fayyaz Bakhsh and Alborz hospitals and faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Karaj branch who were selected by purposive sampling method and in the quantitative phase were 305 nursing students of the Islamic Azad University of Karaj branch who were selected by simple random sampling entry in the academic years 2020-2021. Data collection instruments were semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. that Qualitative Data were analyzed by MAXQDA 2020 and Smart pls3 software. Results: After interviewing and analyzing data content, effective academic factors on professional commitment in both background and educational dimensions were extracted, which were used as a framework for making questionnaires. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and model designed. Conclusion: Given the teaching principles of professional commitment among the students and preparing students for the future professional life is an important part of the responsibilities of universities, accordingly, the designed model can be considered as a framework in educational planning for managers

Background & Objectives: Professional commitment plays an essential role in the improvement of the performance and professional behaviors of nurses and a major part of it is formed and developed during university education. In this regard, the present research aimed to design and evaluate the development model of professional commitment in nursing students. Materials & Methods: The present applied research was quantitative in terms of data type and descriptive in terms of survey-correlation type. The data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire from 305 participants who were selected using a simple random method from nursing students of Islamic Azad University, Karaj Branch, Iran between 2020 and 2021. Data analysis was performed based on factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS (version 26) and Smartpls 3 software. Results: Sampling adequacy and factors affecting the development of professional commitment were confirmed using exploratory factor analysis in the form of eight factors (individual, structural, socio-cultural, educational, managerial, economic, legal, and spiritual) and 60 components. Furthermore, the factor load of each factor was determined by confirmatory factor analysis. The final model designed by the structural equation method was evaluated as a very good model. Conclusion: There is a lack of an efficient nursing workforce and the development of professional commitment affects the desire of nurses to remain in their profession and provide quality and safe care. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the approved model resulting from this research as a valid framework in the policy-making of the nursing profession
