Phased Program of Large-Scale Reconstruction with Long-Term Development of the Ural State University of Architecture and Art named after N. S. Alferov, Yekaterinburg, Russia

В этой статье рассматривается проблема неполноценного функционирования образовательного учреждения Уральский государственный архитектурно-художественный университет им. Н. С. Алфёрова и предлагается решение по преобразованию университета в целостный комплекс, наполненный всем необходимым для комфортного обучения, проживания и жизнеобеспечения. Цель написания статьи состоит в том, чтобы обратить внимание на потребность некоторых вузов в современных экологичных пространствах для комфортного обучения и проживания. Предложен метод, архитектурно-градостроительной реконструкции существующих общественных объектов, который впоследствии может стать примером для проектирования подобных объектов. Рассматриваются варианты перспективного развития университета на основе принципов, заложенных в архитектурном течении «метаболизм». Предложены возможные современные решения озеленения территории вуза. Рассмотрено внедрение автономной системы жизнеобеспечения.This article discusses the problem of incomplete functioning of the educational institution "Ural State University of Architecture and Art named after N.S. Alferov" and solutions for the transformation of the university into a single integral organism, which will have a full set of necessary functions for life support, comfortable living and learning. The main purpose for writing this article is the need for universities to have modern eco-friendly spaces for high-quality education and living. A method is proposed that can later become an example of architectural and urban reconstruction of existing public facilities. The options for the prospective development of the university are considered on the basis of the principles laid down in the architectural course "metabolism". Possible and modern solutions for landscaping the University territory are proposed. The introduction of an autonomous life support system is also considered
