    Assessment of specialists' effectiveness within Competency- Improvement Approach (Based on quality criteria)

    Introducci贸n. Los cambios sociales y econ贸micos actuales que tienen lugar en la Federaci贸n de Rusia han mostrado una escasez considerable de especialistas capaces de ser eficaces y competitivos en el mundo del libre mercado. El problema puede resolverse mediante la modernizaci贸n del sistema de educaci贸n profesional debido al aprendizaje continuo en el campo econ贸mico. Metodolog铆a de investigaci贸n. Dentro de la investigaci贸n, el autor desarroll贸 un complejo docente de mejora de competencias como una ayuda pr谩ctica para la educaci贸n econ贸mica permanente, que se est谩 implementando en las universidades modernas. El complejo considera el nivel educativo y el enfoque del programa elegido, que apoya a una persona en su actividad econ贸mica cumplida en el contexto profesional. Resultados de la investigacion. Al dominar las habilidades econ贸micas de los futuros especialistas, es conveniente recurrir a medios, m茅todos y tecnolog铆as de ense帽anza tanto convencionales como innovadores. Este enfoque deber铆a permitir consolidar la teor铆a pedag贸gica con los logros aplicados de la educaci贸n continua en el campo econ贸mico teniendo en cuenta las etapas sucesivas y sub-etapas de la educaci贸n profesional. M茅todos de ense帽anza efectivos y diversos permitir谩n a un profesor alcanzar tareas y objetivos educativos. Discusi贸n. Las competencias econ贸micas de los estudiantes se evaluaron de conformidad con los siguientes criterios: cognitivo, personal-motivacional y creativo. Cada uno de ellos est谩 expuesto dentro de un sistema de factores basados en la experiencia que indican el grado en que se desarrolla un determinado constituyente. Conclusi贸n. La educaci贸n continua en econom铆a es un componente obligatorio de la educaci贸n profesional permanente destinada a formar un economista experto y altamente capacitado, que sea competitivo en el mundo del libre mercado. 漏 2018.Introduction. The current social and economic changes taking place in the Russian Federation have shown a considerable shortage of specialists who are able to be effective and competitive in the freemarket world. The problem may be solved through modernizing the system of professional education due to continuous learning in the economic field. Research Methodology. Within the research, the author developed a competence-improvement teaching complex as a practical aid for permanent economic education, which is being implemented in modern universities. The complex considers the educational level and the focus of the chosen programme, which supports a person in his/her economic activity fulfilled in the professional context. Research results. When mastering economic skills of future specialists, it is desirable to resort to both conventional and innovative teaching means, methods and technologies. This approach should allow consolidating pedagogical theory with the applied achievements of continuous education in the economic field considering the successive stages and sub-stages of professional education. Effective and diverse teaching methods will enable a lecturer to reach educational tasks and aims. Discussion. The economic competences of students were assessed in conformity with the following criteria: cognitive, personal-motivational and creative. Each of them is exposed within a system of experience-based factors indicating the degree to which a certain constituent is evolved. Conclusion. Continuous education in economics is a compulsory component of permanent professional education aimed at forming a knowledgeable and highly-skilled economist, who is competitive in the free-market world. 漏 2018

    Modification of the Role of a Teacher Under the Conditions of Distance Learning

    The article examines features of the modification of the role of a teacher in higher education in connection with digitalization of education in the period before the pandemic, and during the transition of the university to a forced remote mode under the conditions of the pandemic. The assessment of effectiveness of distance learning from the point of view of students and teachers is given. The purpose of the article is to determine expectations, the degree and nature of the influence of a teacher's personality on the effectiveness of educational process in general and distance learning in particular. Researching the effectiveness of higher education in the digital age and assessing the impact on teacher effectiveness involves the use of a number of scientific principles and research methods, theoretical and empirical. To achieve the goal, the scientific works of leading foreign and Russian scientists on the problems of digitalization of education, dehumanization of education, transformation of the role of a teacher have been analyzed, and our own research has been carried out on the basis of the Moscow Polytechnic University in the form of a survey.     The aim of the study is to investigate serious marketing research of educational services market from professional educational institutions that should lead to perfection of managing educational services via qualitative comparative analysis as a method. In result, the system of professional education is a non-linear open system having a dynamic interaction with the surrounding world being able to conduct self-analysis, quantitative and qualitative enrichment and permanent transformation which continuously take place in outer and inner environment.
