Aplikasi Mengenal Alat-alat Musik Tradisional Dengan Menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8.0

Alat musik tradisional merupakan chiri kas masing-masing daerah yang terdapatdi Indonesia. Penulisan ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk membuat animasi yang dapatdigunakan sebagai sarana informasi bagi semua kalangan umumnya dankhususnya ditujukan untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama tentang alat musiktradisional yang terdapat di Indonesia. Animasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikanpengetahuan dan pengertian tentang alat musik-alat musik tradisional Indonesia.Dalam penulisan ilmiah ini penulis membuat animasi dengan menggunakanmacromedia flash 8.0 yang sudah dikenal program aplikasi untuk pembuatananimasi dan juga dengan menggunakan software adobe photoshop CS3 untukmempercantik tampilan animasi tersebu

Bioactive Compounds From Torbangun [Plectranthus Amboinicus (Lour.) Spreng] Chloroform Fraction Induce Apoptosis in Breast Cancer (Mcf-7 Cells) in Vitro

Torbangun (Plectranthus amboinicus (Lour.) Spreng) is a medicinal plant that has been traditionally used in tropical countries to cure various illnesses. The objective of this study was to identify the active compounds in the chloroform fraction which have effect on the apoptosis-related genes expression of breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Apoptosis was observed morphologically using Hoechst nuclear staining. Expression of the genes was analyzed using Real-Time PCR. Chemical compounds of the plant fractions were determined using LC-MS. Result of cell morphology observation clearly indicated apoptosis after the treatment of the plant fraction. Increased expression of anti-apoptotic gene Bcl-2 could not prevent the cells from apoptosis. Expressions of p53 and p21 genes were increased significantly. The expressions of caspase 9, caspase 7 and caspase 1 were increased at concentration-dependent manner. Most of the compounds in the chloroform fraction are identified as diterpenoids which may contribute to the apoptosis inducing activity of the fraction

Pengaruh Tarif, Citra Merek, Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tiket Maskapai Penerbangan Citilink

Transportation is the most necessary thing in fast-paced era, particularly air transportation. Therefore, the airlines should be able to increase sales in order to survive in this airlines business. PT. Citilink Indonesia District Sales Semarang in selling ticket gain sales increased, but did not achieve sales targets. The purpose of this study is determined the extent of the effect of fare, brand image, and service quality on ticket purchasing decisions Citilink airlines. Type of this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents drawn using purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method in this research used regression analysis with SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that the rate has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of determination coefficient of 0.667 and 19.6%, brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.493 and a coefficient of determination of 24.3%, service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions with coefficients 0.609 correlation coefficient of determination and 37.1%. Fare, brand image, and service quality together have an effect on purchasing decisions by the equation Y = 0,464 + 0,275 X1 + 0,054 X2 + 0,144 X3. This means that the effect of fare, brand image, and service quality will improve purchasing decisions. Advices for the company based on this research are needed to provide clearer information about discounting, providing promotional rates in order to attract customers, can display the image distinct and different from the others, so it will further strengthen its brand image, and service on time performance (OTP) must be addressed and corrected, so there's not delay on the flight schedule

Studi Sifat Elektronik Silicene Dengan Pendekatan Teori Kerapatan Fungsional

Sifat elektronik dari Silikon dua dimensi berbentuk heksagonal yang disebut silicene telah diteliti dengan pendekatan teori kerapatan fungsional. Silicene diprediksi memiliki nilai konstanta kisi (lattice constant) sebesar 3,9 Angstrom, nilai ini mendekati hasil dari eksperimen.
