One of the newest and strongest members of intercellular communicators, the Extracellular vesicles (EVs) and their enclosed RNAs; Extracellular RNAs (exRNAs) have been acknowledged as putative biomarkers and therapeutic targets for various diseases. Although a very deep insight has not been possible into the physiology of these vesicles, they are believed to be involved in cell-to-cell communication and host-pathogen interactions. EVs might be significantly helpful in discovering biomarkers for possible target identification as well as prognostics, diagnostics and developing vaccines. In recent studies, highly bioactive EVs have drawn attention of parasitologists for being able to communicate between different cells and having likeliness of reflecting both source and target environments. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has eased the way to have a deeper insight into these vesicles and their roles in various diseases. This article arises from bioinformatics-based analysis and predictive data mining of transcriptomic (RNA-Seq) data of EVs, derived from different life stages of Trypanosoma cruzi; a causing agent of neglected Chagas disease. Variants (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs)) were mined from Extracellular vesicular transcriptomic data and functionally analyzed using different bioinformatics based approaches. Functional analysis showed the association of these variants with various important factors like Trans-Sialidase (TS), Alpha Tubulin, P-Type H+-ATPase, etc. which, in turn, are associated with disease in different ways. Some of the ‘candidate SNPs’ were found to be stage-specific, which strengthens the probability of finding stage-specific biomarkers. These results may lead to a better understanding of Chagas disease, and improved knowledge may provide further development of the biomarkers for prognosis, diagnosis and drug development for treating Chagas disease

    Selection of Cellphone Service Provider

This research study explains about the decision making process for selection of best mobile service provider. The different types of mobile server provider that are selected are AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and Cricket. Hierarchy decision model was used to construct the decision model. The paper explains the four different criteria as the base criteria for structuring the decision model. We first selected the criteria that are important for the selection of best mobile service provider. Sub criteria were selected under each of the four major criteria such that they contribute as some part of each major criterion weight or relative importance. Once all the selection of four criteria was done, we validated the model on Portland’s top 5 mobile service providers. Data gathered was entered into the model and used to calculate comparison among different mobile service provider. Based on this analysis, recommendation was made for the top most popular mobile service provider in Portland

Background & Method: This study  includes 40 cases of POAG patients (Group A) and 40 age matched healthy volunteers (Group B) of age group 40-60 yrs  attending O.P.D. or admitted in Ophthalmology Department , G.R. Medical College, Gwalior during the period February 2015 to August 2016. Result: The mean IOP is always greater in POAG subjects as compared to normal subjects. The greater value of IOP fluctuation and peak IOP recorded among POAG subjects. The diurnal variation of IOP was significant in males with p value 0.0028, but no correlation of diurnal variation of IOP with increasing age. Females are more prone for development of  poag as compared to males.IOP values were higher among POAG group in >25 mm axial length group as compared to 22-25 mm axial length group, but IOP fluctuation was significant among 22-25mm axial length group. As the degree of refractive error increases among the subjects the mean IOP also increases in the same order. Conclusion: Fluctuation in IOP is always seen among POAG and normal subjects. Fluctuation in IOP correlates with IOP level i.e. greater the IOP value, greater the fluctuation in diurnal curve. Increasing age and female gender is a risk factor for POAG. Subjects with longer Axial length and high Myopia is a risk factor for POAG. Keywords: axial length, glaucoma, diurnal variation, IOP Fluctuation

Drone technology has been used for many industrial applications including agriculture monitoring, construction photography, emergent goods delivery, and so forth. Recently, drone for logistics has been explored by some E-retailers or logistics providers including Amazon, DHL, UPS, Google, and so forth. With the growing numbers of both on line shopping customers and commercial drones, this creates great opportunity for Boeing to move forward and provide robust SkyExpress drone technology to those giant E-retailers such as Walmart, Apple, Walgreen, Macy, Nike etc. According to market research, U.S online retail sales are expected to grow 57% by 2018 and estimated revenue value of 574.5billionby2019.Therewillbeabout574.5 billion by 2019. There will be about 89 billion in cumulative spending on UAVs globally over the next 10 years. In addition, FAA is overseeing the gradual development of rules and systems that will guarantee safety, as well as privacy. This market research information justify that drone for logistics is an emerging market trend. US E retailers have been selected as geographic market segmentation, due to its larger portion of on line customer and revenue. E-retailers including Walmart, Apple, Walgreen, Macy, Nike, and Barnes & Nobles are chosen because the products or packages provided match the priority of on line shoppers and limitation of drone delivery. From customers’ viewpoints, cost, convenience, and eco-friendly are recognized as value drivers with a focus on speedy delivery, low cost, and reducing ecological footprints. By considering drone delivery business model, the total drones to be sold has been estimated as 519,870 units for the next 5 years. This will come with 4.2 Billion revenue and 2.2 Billion of profits for Boeing SkyExpress. By looking at the drone technology life cycle, beachhead and whole product strategy are proposed to be used to cross the chasm and further increase the market share. Considering this industrial marketing nature, direct sale and channel model are applied and performance monitoring mechanism is implemented for maintaining competitive advantage in drone for logistics delivery market
