Importance of -stripping process in the Li+Tb reaction
The inclusive cross sections of the -particles produced in the
reaction Li+Tb have been measured at energies around the Coulomb
barrier. The measured cross sections are found to be orders of magnitude larger
than the calculated cross sections of Li breaking into and
fragments, thus indicating contributions from other processes. The experimental
cross sections of -stripping and -pickup processes have been determined
from an entirely different measurement, reported earlier. Apart from incomplete
fusion and/ -transfer processes, the -stripping process is found to be a
significant contributor to the inclusive -particle cross sections in
this reaction
Intensitas Serangan Akibat Hama Pemakan Daun Setelah Aplikasi Ekstrak Daun Kirinyuh (Chromolaena Odorata) pada Tanaman Sawi (Brassica Juncea L.)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi intensitas serangan akibat hama pemakan daun setelah aplikasi ekstrak daun kirinyuh pada tanaman sawi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan di Kelurahan Lansot Kecamatan Tomohon Selatan Kota Tomohon pada bulan Desember 2018 – Februari 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak daun kirinyuh yaitu K0 (kontrol) = 0 g/L air, K1 = 100 g/L air, K2 = 200 g/L air, dan K3 = 300 g/L air. Intensitas serangan diamati berdasarkan luas area daun yang dirusak oleh hama pemakan daun pada daun sawi setelah aplikasi ekstrak daun krinyuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun kirinyuh berpengaruh nyata terhadap intensitas serangan pada tanaman sawi dan konsentrasi ekstrak daun kirinyuh yang dapat menekan serangan hama pemakan daun yaitu yang tertinggi pada perlakuan K3 (300 g/L air)
Reconfigurable Gradient Index using VO2 Memory Metamaterials
We demonstrate tuning of a metamaterial device that incorporates a form of
spatial gradient control. Electrical tuning of the metamaterial is achieved
through a vanadium dioxide layer which interacts with an array of split ring
resonators. We achieved a spatial gradient in the magnitude of permittivity,
writeable using a single transient electrical pulse. This induced gradient in
our device is observed on spatial sc ales on the order of one wavelength at 1
THz. Thus, we show the viability of elements for use in future devices with

Femur first navigation can reduce impingement severity compared to traditional free hand total hip arthroplasty.
Impingement is a major source of dislocation and aseptic loosening in total hip arthroplasty (THA). We compared impingement free range of motion (ROM) using a novel computer navigated femur first approach to conventional THA. In addition, impingement between genders was also explored. In a retrospective analysis of 121 THA patients, subject-specific post-operative ROM was simulated using post-operative 3D-CT data, and compared with the benchmark ROM, essential for activities of daily living. Three parameters were defined to express both implant-to-implant (ITI) and bone-to-bone (BTB) impingement - coverage percentage, third angle, and impingement severity. Although coverage percentage was similar between the navigated and conventional group for both ITI (p = 0.69) and BTB (p = 0.82) impingement, third angle was significantly reduced in the navigation group for both ITI (p = 0.02) and BTB (p = 0.05) impingement. Impingement severity for both ITI (p = 0.01) and BTB (p = 0.05) was significantly decreased in the navigation group compared to the conventional. Impingement severity in men was considerably higher compared to women for both ITI (p = 0.002) and BTB (p = 0.02). Navigation guided femur first THA is able to improve alignment of ROM axis, and consequently, to reduce impingement in THA. Men seem to be more prone to impingement than women
Pengaruh Bimbingan Mental Terhadap Perilaku Agresif Pada Remaja Di Rumah Tahanan Malendeng Kecamatan Tikala Manado
; he increasing of juvenile aggressive behavior in Malendeng penitentiary house of Manado city is cause by their incapable to solve their problems. Juvenile inmates are mostly easy get irritated when being humiliate by bad words or mocking done by fellow inmate and burst into anger when being provoked and also no remorse is shown when doing a mistake. The inmate will very much angry when their will is being against, they felt worthless and stubborn, and there's grudge and urge to take revenge for bad things happen to other around them. Type of this research is experimental research with vague treatment design (Quasi Experimental), by pre-test and post-test group design. Number of sample is 50 respondents which being choose with a simple random sampling. Measurement of aggressive behavior alteration is using Agitated Behavior Scale (ABS) questioner from Ohio State University in Colombus. This analysis is using T test assessment. The result of analysis on aggressive behavior in pre-test shows that 36 respondents (72%) experiencing mid aggression while within penitentiary house and 6 respondents (12%) experiencing heavy aggression. After giving a mental guidance to those juvenile inmates, a significant change occurs. This being found in post-test result which shows 46 respondents (92%) not experiencing aggression and only small part of them which is 4 respondents (8%) still experiencing mild aggression while mid and heavy aggression is being solved. Conclusion of statistic assessment result of T test then point out a hypothetical result P= 0, 00 < 0, 05 which means Ha is accepted. This result then reveals the effect giving a mental guidance to juvenile inmates toward to declining aggressive behavior. Suggestion that hopefully the juvenile inmates in Malendeng penitentiary house of Manado city, can apply the mental guidance given to them

The Department of Infomatics Engineering and Business Infomation System of Petra Christian University has been using shared folder to save much of its operational data, like student scoresheet, list of active students, and photos of the department for exampl. But the shared folder is very vulnerable to be accessed by someone outside of the department if they had access to the computer that have access to the shared folder easily. This shared folder also proven to be difficult to be accessed via smartphone, because there were no dedicated application that gives user access to use operational data easily. This Private Cloud storage is using PHP and Javascript as its programming language for the web application and Java fo the mobile application. The server that used is dedicated solely fo this application and can be accessed via public IP.The result of the application development is giving user access of their files from their smartphones. This application also verifies the user so not anybody can have access to the files that's stod in the storage.Users can also share ther files not only to another users, but also to some groups.
