NagyterhelĂ©sű kent sĂşrlĂłdĂł felĂĽletek teherbĂrás növelĂ©si lehetĹ‘sĂ©geinek vizsgálata = Investigation of the Possibilities to Increase the Load Carrying Capacity of Heavy- Loaded Sliding Pairs
A kutatĂł munka a nagy terhelĂ©sű kent sĂşrlĂłdĂł kapcsolatok teherbĂrás növelĂ©si lehetĹ‘sĂ©geit vizsgálta. Számos laboratĂłriumi mĂ©rĂ©st vĂ©geztĂĽnk a kĂĽsĹ‘ Ă©s belsĹ‘ kenĂ©s hatĂ©konyságának megállapĂtására a műanyag fĂ©m csĂşszĂł párok esetĂ©ben. Ăšj tĂpusĂş MoS2 tartalmĂş adalĂ©kokat kevertĂĽnk gyártáskor PA6 mátrixba, Ă©s mĂ©rtĂĽk a sĂşrlĂłdásra Ă©s kopásra gyakorolt hatásukat. A vizsgálatokra három kĂĽlönbözĹ‘ tribomĂ©teren kerĂĽlt sor. Az eredmĂ©nyek azt mutatták, hogy az AMSLER tribomĂ©teren vĂ©gzett vizsgáklatok esetĂ©n a PA6 mátrixba beĂ©pĂtett MoS2 adalĂ©k nem csökkentette a PA6 sĂşrlĂłdását, sĹ‘t egyes esetekben kedvezĹ‘tlenĂĽl megnövelte. RĂşd/sĂktárcsa páron vĂ©gzett vizsgálatok eredmĂ©nyei nem voltak ennyire kedvezĹ‘tlenek, de jelentĹ‘s hatĂ©konyságot ott sem lehetett kimutatni. Vizsgálatainkat kiterjesztettĂĽk más kenĹ‘anyag adalĂ©kot tartalmazĂł műanyagokra is, Ă©s ott is találtunk kedvezĹ‘tlet hatásokat. A kutatĂł munka keretĂ©ben vizsgáltuk a kenĂ©s hatását a fĂ©m sĂşrlĂłdĂł párok felĂĽletĂ©n kialakulĂł felĂĽleti rĂ©tegek tulajdonságaira, vĂ©dĹ‘ hatásuk Ă©rvĂ©nyesĂĽlĂ©sĂ©re. Ugyancsak vizsgáltuk a kenĂ©s hatását a nagy teherbĂrásĂş bolygĂłművek viselkedĂ©sĂ©re. Meghatároztuk azokat a paramĂ©tereket, amelyek lehetĹ‘vĂ© teszik a bolygĂłművek teherbĂrás szempontjábĂłl optimális kialakĂtását. | During the research work the influence of the lubrication on the load carrying capacity of sliding pairs were investigated. Many experiments in laboratory were performed to determine the internal and external lubrication on the polymer/matal sliding pairs. New additives containing MoS2 were added in polyamide 6 matrix, and they effectivenes on the friction and wear were investigated. The experiment were carried out on three different tribometers. The results of investigations on AMSLER tribometer showed that the MoS2 additives were not able to decrease the coefficient of friction, or even they increased it, unbeneficially. The results of investigations on pin on disc tribometers were not so disadvantageous, but the effectiveness of additives were not considerable. Investigations were performed on other polymers containing lubricants and there were also unbeneficial results. During this research program the properties of tribolayers developed on sliding metal surfaces and they anti-seizure effectivenes were also investigated. The effectiveness of lubrication on the performance of heavy-duty planetary gears were investigated, too. Parameters determining the desings of planetary gears having optimal load carrying capacity were also specified
