Convivencia escolar en instituciones educativas y su relación con el bullying y el ciberbullying

El presente estudio tiene como finalidad analizar y contextualizar el bullying y el ciberbullying desde el panorama en Colombia y su relación con la convivencia escolar nacional, comparándolo con el ámbito internacional a fin de conocer y comprender sus orígenes, características, evolución y propuestas de manejo desde la transversalidad e interdisciplinariedad del conocimiento. Este estudio se articula con una investigación previa del tema, desarrollada en la facultad de pregrado del programa de derecho, de la cual el grupo de investigación fue participe desde la conceptualización teórica del bullying y el ciberbullying; sumado a la visión y elementos desde el campo de educación y la perspectiva de la maestría en informática educativa con la implementación de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) y la formación en el proceso de investigación. Para el presente proyecto se tuvo un enfoque en la difusión de la información, también conocidos como promoción para la generación de conciencia en la comunidad en general; la prevención del riesgo, la atención y el seguimiento de los procesos, con el fin de que se use la normatividad y la jurisprudencia existente en Colombia a través de acciones que aborden el problema desde la colectividad, la responsabilidad social y el interés compartido, así como desde el uso e implementación de la norma no sólo como parte de una política condenatoria y/o correctiva sino también desde estancias previas a la aparición del flagelo, y por supuesto encaminadas a la restauración y el seguimiento, que están explicitas en la ley colombiana y que requieren procesos más eficientes de implementación.The present study has the purpose of analyzing and contextualizing bullying and cyberbullying from the perspective of Colombia and its relation with the national school life, comparing it with the international scope in order to know and understand its origins, characteristics, evolution and management proposals since the transversality and interdisciplinarity of knowledge. This study is articulated with a previous investigation of the subject, developed in the undergraduate faculty of the law program, from which the research group was involved from the theoretical conceptualization of bullying and cyberbullying; added to the vision and elements from the field of education and the perspective of the masters in educational computing with the implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and training in the research process. For the present project there was a focus on the dissemination of information, also known as promotion for the generation of consciousness in the community in general; risk prevention, care and follow-up of processes, in order to use the normativity and existing jurisprudence in Colombia through actions that address the problem from the community, social responsibility and shared interest, and as from the use and implementation of the norm not only as part of a condemnatory and / or corrective policy but also from stays prior to the onset of the scourge, and of course aimed at restoration and follow-up, which are explicit in Colombian law and which require more efficient implementation processes
