Diseño e implementación de aplicativo de compras para el departamento financiero

El presente trabajo de grado se estructura de acuerdo con los lineamientos del PMI y con el único fin de diseñar e implementar un aplicativo que ayude en el departamento de compras y contratación del área financiera en la empresa Constructora País, sociedad por acciones simplificada, cuya actividad económica principal es la construcción de obras civiles, este proyecto se diseñó en articulación con cada una de las áreas de conocimiento; entre ellas podemos darnos cuenta que se gestionaron los costos, cuantificando finalmente incluidos la reserva de contingencia y de gestión un valor de 79.062.500, dentro de un tiempo estimado no mayor a 3.5 meses. De igual manera se gestionó el recurso humano que ejecuto el proyecto, contando con personal vinculado a la compañía e ingenieros de sistemas del sector.
