EL TEMA DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL INMUEBLE EN LOS PLANES DE ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL DE LOS MUNICIPIOS DE LA PROVINCIA GUANENTINA, EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER – COLOMBIA

El presente artículo es parte del resultado del proyecto de investigación “Seguimiento a la espacialización del Patrimonio Cultural Inmueble en los Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial de los municipios del Departamento de Santander. Caso de Estudio: Municipios de la Provincia Guanentina”, presentado en la V Convocatoria interna de investigación de la Universidad Santo Tomás - Seccional Bucaramanga. Muestra los resultados obtenidos luego de hacer la revisión de los diversos Planes de Ordenamiento y contrastarlos con los requisitos normativos de la legislación vigente en Colombia, conforme a la metodología propuesta dentro del desarrollo del proceso de investigación.ABSTRACTThis article is part of the result of the research project “Monitoring the spatial representation of the Immovable Cultural Heritage in Land Management Plans of the municipalities of Santander Department Study Case: Municipalities of the Province Guanentina”, presented at the V Internal Call research of the University of Santo Tomas - Sectional Bucaramanga. ESTADO DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL INMUEBLE EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER

El artículo hace parte de una investigación que tuvo por objeto el seguimiento del tema del Patrimonio Cultural Inmueble en el Departamento de Santander, a partir de la formulación de la Ley General de Cultura en 1997, como parte de la labor que se desarrolló al interior del Centro Filial Santander del Consejo de Monumentos Nacionales y dio base al informe preparado en mayo de 2009 para los Despachos del señor Gobernador de Santander y de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Departamental. La investigación presenta, por tanto, un recorrido por entidades involucradas en la planificación y manejo del patrimonio cultural inmueble, acciones, proyectos, documentos de ámbito departamental, la legislación vigente sobre el tema, y una revisión a los posibles proyectos que sobre el patrimonio cultural inmueble, pueden adelantarse en el departamento.ABSTRACTThe article belongs to a personal investigation that aimed to follow the subject of Immovable Cultural Heritage in the Department of Santander, starting on the formulation of the General Law of Culture in 1997, as part of the work that was developed by the National Council of Monuments, Branch of Santander, and supported the report prepared in May of 2009 for the Santander Governor’s Office and the Secretary of Departmental Development. Thus, this investigation tours around several units involved in the planning and management of immovable cultural heritage, actions, projects, regional documents, the existing legislation on the subject, and a review to some potential projects related to the immovable cultural heritage that could be ahead in the Department of Santander

El presente artículo hace parte del estudio de consultoría privado contratado por Gloria Núñez Peñalosa, propietaria del inmueble reconocido en la ciudad de Bucaramanga como Casa Natal del General Custodio García Rovira, bien declarado monumento nacional, una investigación realizada para el Ministerio de Cultura de la República de Colombia, la cual se circunscribe a la línea de investigación Memoria y patrimonio cultural mueble e inmueble de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Santo Tomás Seccional Bucaramanga.ABSTRACTThis article is part of a research of private commission requested by Gloria Núñez Peñalosa, owner of the Real State property known in the city of Bucaramanga as the birthplace of General Custodio García Rovira, state declared national monument. The research was done for the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Colombia, which is a branch of the Research of Memory and Heritage of cultural property of the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas in the city of Bucaramanga
