Motivasi Ibu dalam Penggunaan KB IUD di Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi
INTRODUCTION Family Planning (FP) is one of the preventive health care of the most basic and foremost for women, these services must be provided to women by combining and meet the needs of the major reproductive health services and others, also responsive to the different stages of a woman's reproductive life. IUD is one of modern contraceptives. An intrauterine device that is designed in such a way that is placed in the uterine cavity as contraception hinders efforts complicate egg fertilization and implantation in the uterus.
METHOD The research is a descriptive study using cross sectional design is to describe the variables studied. Population in this research are acceptors which totaled 286 people. With a sample of 73 people where the sampling technique accidental sampling, then the data is processed by univariate analysis.
RESULT Based on the results of the study respondents from 73 respondents obtained as many as 29 (39.7%) of respondents that have a high motivation to use contraceptives and as many as 44 (60.3%) of respondents who have low motivation to use IUD in Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Jambi City 2015.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS Expected for the Acceptor KB to always pay attention and check the health of the use of birth control, family planning acceptors have to motivate yourself to get knowledge about the usage KB is good and right

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Santri Pondok Pesantren As'ad dan Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah
INTRODUCTION Pondok Pesantren in Indonesia, many have a very classic problem i.e about the health of santri and problems with diseases. Health problems and diseases in pesantren is very rarely gets attention by both the citizens of the pesantren and society, also governments. The purpose of this study is to know the representation of the clean and healthy behaviour of santri at Pondok Pesantren As'ad and Al-Hidayah in 2015.METHOD This research is a descriptive study that aims to know the representation of santri clean and healthy behavior who were living in the Pondok Pesantren As'ad and Al-Hidayah in 2015. The population of this study were all santri at Pondok Pesantren As'ad and Alhidayah numbering 842 santri. Samples were taken using Proportional Random Sampling technique with total 89 santri. The research instrument used questionnaire. Collected data is by distributing questionnaires. Data analyzed using univariate analysis.RESULTS Research shows that santri in Pondok Pesantren As'ad who have a good clean and healthy life behavior either by 14 (51.9%) and respondents who have less clean and healthy life behavior are by 13 (48.1%). While in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah shows that respondents who have were good clean and healthy life behavior either 39 (62.9%), respondents who have less clean and healthy life behavior were by 20 (32.3%), and respondents have life behavior excellent clean and healthy 3 (5%). The advice for health personnel and the boarding school are to increase knowledge by providing counseling to the santri about the behavior of clean and healthy.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS The advice for health personnel and the boarding school are to increase knowledge by providing counseling to the santri about the behavior of clean and healthy.

Pengaruh Karyawan Job Embeddedness terhadap Intensi Turnover Karyawan Caroline Officer PT.INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA
ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTIONEmployee’s turnover is caused by intention to leave the job voluntarily based on their decision. Job embeddedness is one factor of turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job embededness to turnover intention of Caroline Officer’s employee in PT. Infomedia Nusantara.
METHODThe study subjects were 60 employees of Caroline Officer in PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The research design used quantitative design. The data was collected by using two instruments. The information being collected was turnover intention and job embeddedness. They were analyzed by using simple regression technic.
RESULTSThis analysis found coefficient value was 0,662, and R square value was 0,439, significance value was 0,000<0,005. This negative result indicates a negative correlation between turnover’s intention and job embeddedness. Contribution of job embeddedness to turnover intension is 43,9%.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONSHypotesis test result shows that HO is rejected. It means that there is negative effect of job embeddedness towards turnover intentioin to the employee of Caroline Officer PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The higher job embeddedness possessed by employee, the lower turnover intention. Based on the conclussion above, the researcher offers seme suggestion for the employee as follow; Employee who has found appropriate company for themselves is better to have relationship or good network with boss as well as friend who relates directly with his job or community in the work place and supervisor or head manager always keep a good relationship with all the employee and to notice about the suitability of the employee with their job and neighbourhood to build the employees ‘ embeddedness.
