    Sentiment Analysis for Online Product Reviews and Recommendation Using Deep Learning Based Optimization Algorithm

    Recently, online shopping is becoming a popular means for users to buy and consume with the advances in Internet technologies. Satisfaction of users could be efficiently improvised by carrying out a Sentiment Analysis (SA) of larger amount of user reviews on e-commerce platform. But still, it is a challenge to envision the precise sentiment polarity of the user reviews due to the modifications in sequence length, complicated logic, and textual order. In this study, we propose a Hybrid-Flash Butterfly Optimization with Deep Learning based Sentiment Analysis (HFBO-DLSA) for Online Product Reviews. The presented HFBO-DLSA technique mainly aims to determine the nature of sentiments based on online product reviews. For accomplishing this, the presented HFBO-DLSA technique applies data pre-processing at the preliminary stage to make it compatible. Besides, the HFBO-DLSA model uses deep belief network (DBN) model for classification. The HFBO algorithm is used as a hyperparameter tuning process to improve the SA performance of the DBN method. The experimental validation of the presented HFBO-DLSA method has been tested under a set of datasets. The experimental results reveal that the HFBO-DLSA approach surpasses recent techniques in terms of SA outcomes. Specifically, when compared to various existing models on the Canon dataset, the HFBO-DLSA technique achieves remarkable results with an accuracy of 97.66%, precision of 98.54%, recall of 94.64%, and an F-score of 96.43%. In comparative analysis, other approaches such as ACO, SVM, and NN exhibit poorer performance, while TextCNN, BiLSTM, and RCNN approaches yield slightly improved SA results

    Determination of drawbead contacts with variable bead penetration

    In stamping operations, the sliding of the sheet metal over the drawbeads is of great importance. The geometry of the drawbead and the degree of penetration both influence material flow and alter the frictional effects between the work and the tool. The effect of drawbead penetration over drawbeads has been studied using the Drawbead Simulator (DBS) test. The contact phenomenon between the sheet and drawbeads was analysed by examining deformed samples with an image fitting technique. The results were compared with an FE simulation and with an approximate geometric analysis. The results give a useful relationship between the rates of change of the contact angle with increasing bead penetration.<br /

    A Review on Enhanced GPSR protocol For Wireless Sensor Networks

    Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing (GPSR), a novel routing protocol for wireless datagram networks that uses the positions of routers and a packet's destination to make packet forwarding decisions. It also offers routing support for Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). However, GPSR was designed for the symmetric links (bidirectional reachable), but sensor networks are often asymmetric in nature. So, when the destination is outside the boundary GPSR suffers by energy inefficiency as it has to trace through all the nodes in the boundary for reaching the destination. In this paper a modified version of GPSR is proposed which identifies optimal route based on energy utilization and overcome problems in GPSR so that the feasibility of using GPSR in asymmetric WSN can be increased. The simulation results prove that the energy and delay is minimized and hence the proposed protocol outperforms the existing routing protocol for WSN

    Histomorphological study of salivary gland neoplasms: fifteen year study

    Background: The neoplasms of salivary glands are relatively uncommon and represent less than 2% of all human tumors. They are morphologically diverse, with marked heterogeneity among the different subtypes and even within the same tumor. The unpredictability in the long term outcome imposes a significant challenge in the clinical management.Methods: This is a descriptive study done in a tertiary care teaching hospital over a period of 15 years. Patient details were collected from medical case records. All specimens were evaluated for site, laterality, size, nature of the cut surface and intactness of the capsule. Two to 5 representative bits were taken from each specimen and subjected to routine fixation, processing and section cutting followed by Haematoxylin and Eosin staining.Results: A total of 138 salivary gland tumors were diagnosed from patients in the age group of 13 to 90 years with a mean age of 41.8 years. There were 53 (38.4%) males and 85 (61.6%) females with male to female ratio of 1:1.42. There were 115 (83.3%) benign tumors and 23 (16.7%) malignant tumors. Pleomorphic adenoma accounted for 70.3% of all salivary gland tumors followed by mucoepidermoid carcinoma (10.9%), Warthin tumor (8%), basal cell adenoma (2.9%), adenoid cystic carcinoma (2.2%), squamous cell carcinoma (2.2%), myoepithelioma (1.4%), oxyphillic adenoma (0.7%), acinic cell carcinoma (0.7%) and salivary duct carcinoma (0.7%).Conclusions: The salivary gland neoplasms are relatively uncommon head and neck tumors. Parotid gland is the commonest site of occurrence. Pleomorphic adenoma is the commonest benign and mucoepidermoid carcinoma the commonest malignant salivary gland tumor

    Impact of Cropping Systems on Soil Microbial Load: Evidence from Wetland Ecosystems of Wayanad District, Kerala

    This study enumerated the microbial communities in soil samples from rice, banana and arecanut from the wet lands of Wayanad district Kerala. The total viable bacterial count in the paddy field was 120x10-6 cfu, 121x10-6 cfu and 147x10-6 cfu in Nenmeni, Kaniyambatta and Pozhuthana Gramapanchayat and that of fungi was 30x10-3 cfu, 32 x10-3 cfu and 37 x10-3 cfu. Likewise, the total viable count of bacteria in areca nut at Nenmeni, Kaniyambatta and Pozhuthana Gramapanchayat was 66 x10-6 cfu, 80 x10-6 cfu, 118 x10-6 cfu and that of fungi was 14 x10-3 cfu, 18 x10-3 cfu, and 30 x10-3 cfu. The total viable count of bacteria in banana field at Nenmeni, and Pozhuthana was 51 x10-6 cfu and that of Kaniyambatta Gramapanchayath was 56 x10-6 cfu. The viable fungal colony at Nenmeni and Kaniyambatta was 18x10-3 cfu and that of Pozhuthana Gramapanchayath was 24 x10-6 cfu
