Tofacitinib in the management of active psoriatic arthritis: patient selection and perspectives.
Tofacitinib is an oral Janus kinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis (PsA). It provides an alternative option for patients who have had an inadequate response and tolerance to other disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). It has demonstrated comparable efficacy to biologics, is effective in the management of treatment resistant disease, and is reported to improve enthesitis, dactylitis, and radiographic progression. Tofacitinib is also associated with an increased risk of serious infections, malignancy, and laboratory abnormalities. There is currently a large armamentarium of therapies for psoriatic arthritis, and choosing among treatments can be challenging. Due to this wide selection, a thorough assessment of psoriatic disease phenotype, patient preference, disease presentation, and comorbidities is critical. Fluctuation-Facilitated Charge Migration along DNA
We propose a model Hamiltonian for charge transfer along the DNA double helix
with temperature driven fluctuations in the base pair positions acting as the
rate limiting factor for charge transfer between neighboring base pairs. We
compare the predictions of the model with the recent work of J.K. Barton and
A.H. Zewail (Proc.Natl.Acad.Sci.USA, {\bf 96}, 6014 (1999)) on the unusual

Monitoring the GDPR:European Symposium on Research in Computer Security
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has substantially strengthened the requirements for data processing systems, requiring audits at scale. We show how and to what extent these audits can be automated. We contribute an analysis of which parts of the GDPR can be monitored, a formalisation of these parts in metric first-order temporal logic, and an application of the MonPoly system to automatically audit these parts. We validate our ideas on a case study using log data from industry, detecting actual violations. Altogether, we demonstrate both in theory and practice how to automate GDPR compliance checking
Design of the Spitzer Space Telescope Heritage Archive
It is predicted that Spitzer Space Telescope’s cryogen will run out in April 2009, and the final reprocessing for the cryogenic mission is scheduled to end in April 2011, at which time the Spitzer archive will be transferred to the NASA/IPAC Infrared Science Archive (IRSA) for long-term curation. The Spitzer Science Center (SSC) and IRSA are collaborating to design and deploy the Spitzer Heritage Archive (SHA), which will supersede the current Spitzer archive. It will initially contain the raw and final reprocessed cryogenic science products, and will eventually incorporate the final products from the Warm mission. The SHA will be accompanied by tools deemed necessary to extract the full science content of the archive and by comprehensive documentation
