Hybrid metamaterials combining pentamode lattices and phononic plates

We propose a design strategy for hybrid metamaterials with alternating phononic plates and pentamode units that produce complete bandgaps for elastic waves. The wave control relies on the simultaneous activation of two scattering mechanisms in the constituent elements. The approach is illustrated by numerical results for a configuration comprising phononic plates with cross-like cavities. We report complete bandgaps of tunable width due to variations of geometric parameters. We show that the wave attenuation performance of the hybrid metamaterials can be further enhanced through implementation of lightweight multiphase material compositions. These give rise to efficient wave attenuation in challenging low-frequency regions. The proposed design strategy is not limited to the analyzed cases alone and can be applied to various designs of phononic plates with cavities, inclusions or slender elements

В данной работе представлены результаты исследования нарушений в системе РАСК у 44 больных, перенесших экстирпацию матки. Исследования проводились в двух группах, которые отличались по методу пролонгированной тромбопрофилактики. Выяснено, что бемипарин в дозировке 2500 1 раз в сутки в течение 28 дней после выписки пациентов из стационара — более эффективный и безопасный метод коррекции нарушений в системе РАСК, чем антагонисты витамина К.This paper presents the findings of violations in the RASB system in 44 patients who had hysterectomy. The studies were conducted in two groups, which differed according to the method of prolonged thromboprophylaxis. It was found that a dosage of 2500 bemiparin once a day within 28 days after discharging patients from the hospital is a more safe and effective method for correcting disturbances in the RASB system than vitamin K antagonists

Этиология и патогенез инфицированных язв и, в частности, гангренозной пиодермии изучены недостаточно. В основе этого заболевания, как правило, лежит выраженная местная аутоиммунная реакция, пусковым механизмом которой является травма. У 50% пациентов заболевание оказывается идиопатическим, у остальных – ассоциируется с различными другими причинами, особенно часто с воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника, патологией крови, аутоиммунными заболеваниями. Тяжелые формы заболевания встречаются редко, как правило, у пациентов в возрасте от 20 до 50 лет. Несвоевременное и неадекватное проведение комплексного лечения у большинства пациентов приводит к стремительному увеличению площади дефекта, выраженному болевому синдрому, присоединению вторичной инфекции с прогрессированием интоксикации и в дальнейшем – к возможной ампутации конечности
