Los archiveros en la Edad Moderna

The authors analyse the archivist´s work in the Modern Age and his Knowledge, studying the rules dictated by the Monarchy, specially the rules related to the General Archives in Simancas and the Indias General Archives. It´s shown that most of the questions stated by Archivist nowadays are expounded and solved in the content of those rules.Los autores analizan las funciones de los archiveros en la Edad Moderna, así como su formación, mediante el análisis de las normas dictadas por los monarcas, especialmente las destinadas al Archivo General de Simancas y al Archivo General de Indias.Se constata que muchas de las cuestiones expuestas por la Archivística actual no sólo están ahí planteadas, sino que incluso están resueltas
