Ongelmaperustainen oppiminen sepelvaltimotautipotilaiden elämäntapaohjauksessa

Opinnäytetyömme koostuu ”Ongelmaperustaisen oppimisen ohjaajan opas sepelvaltimotautipotilaiden elämäntapaohjaukseen” tuotteistamisprosessista. Se sisältää tuotekehitysprosessin raportin ja kuvauksen valmiista oppaasta. Opas on tarkoitettu sepelvaltimotautipotilaan kuntoutuksen elämäntapaohjausta ohjaavien fysioterapeuttien käyttöön. Raportti osuus sisältää tietoa sepelvaltimotaudista ja sen vaikutuksesta toimintakykyyn sekä ongelmaperustaisesta oppimisesta. Käytimme sepelvaltimotautipotilaan toimintakyvyn kokonaisvaltaiseen kuvaamiseen ICF-luokitusta. Noudatimme työssämme tuotekehitysprosessin kulkua. Haimme tietoa kirjallisuudesta ja tutkimuksista, joista havaitsimme kehitystarpeen sepelvaltimotautipotilaiden elämäntapaohjaukseen. Rakensimme oppaamme yhdistämällä ongelmaperustaisen oppimisen periaatteet ja elämäntapaohjauksen tavaoitteet. Tuotekehityksen tueksi oppaan mallikappale testattiin yhteistyössä työelämäyhteistyökumppanin, Lapin Sydänpiiri ry:n edustajan kanssa. Esitestauksessa ohjaaja ohjasi kahta testiryhmää käyttäen opasta ohjauksen apuvälineenä. Selvitimme esitestauksessa oppaan toimivuutta videoimalla testitilanteet, haastattelemalla ohjaajaa sekä suorittamalla lomakekyselyn testiryhmille. Saamiemme tulosten pohjalta viimeistelimme oppaan. Esitestaus osoitti, että oppaamme antoi ohjaajalle valmiudet sepelvaltimotautipotilaan elämäntapaohjaukseen ongelmaperustaisen oppimisen menetelmällä. Esitestauksessa toteuttamamme tutkimuksellisen selvityksen aineiston perusteella saimme suuntaa antavaa näyttöä oppaamme soveltuvuudesta sepelvaltimotautipotilaiden elämäntapaohjauksen apuvälineeksi. Opas antaa fysioterapeutille käytännöllisen ja selkeän apuvälineen ohjaukseen sekä myös tutkitusti taloudellisen tavan toteuttaa ohjausta, eikä sen käyttäminen vaadi aikaisempaa kokemusta ongelmaperustaisesta oppimisesta. Tehtäväksemme jää vielä oppaamme ulkoasun muokkaaminen kaupallisemmaksi ja oppaan markkinoiminen. Jatkotutkimuksena ehdotamme oppaamme tuloksellisuuden selvittämiseksi tarkempaa ja laajempaa tutkimusta.Our thesis is about producing The tutor’s guidebook for guiding the lifestyle changes of the coronary artery disease patients in frame of the problem based learning. It includes both the report of the process of the product development and the description of the final product. The guidebook is meant to be used by physiotherapists who work in the area of coronary artery disease rehabilitation. The report includes both theory and research information about the coronary artery disease and its influence to the human functioning and information about the problem based learning. We used International Classification of Functioning (ICF) for comprehensive description of the functioning of a coronary artery disease patient. Our process followed the pattern of product development for producing our guidebook. During searching information from literature and studies we noticed that there is a need to improve lifestyle guiding of the coronary artery disease patient’s. We built our guidebook by combining the principles of the problem based learning and the goals of guiding the lifestyle changes. To enable the product development, first model of the guidebook was tested by our partner, the representative of the Lapin Sydänpiiri ry. Our partner guided two groups in the role of tutor using our guidebook. To evaluate our guidebook, we filmed the testing sessions, interviewed the tutor and used questionnaires for the test groups. By the test results we finished the guidebook. The testing of the guidebook indicated that our guide gave readiness to the tutor for guiding coronary artery disease patient’s lifestyle changes using problem based learning. By doing research during the testing sessions we got directional evidence that our guidebook is applicable as a tool for guiding coronary artery disease patient’s lifestyle changes. For a physiotherapist the guidebook provides a practical and a clear tool for guiding and the guiding is carried out with cost-effective method. Using guidebook won ́t require previous experience about problem based learning. Our intention is to commercialize the guidebook by modifying the outfit and marketing it. As follow-up research we propose researching the effectiveness of the guidebook as a tool for guiding the coronary artery disease patient’s lifestyle changes.Opinnäytetyön tuloksena syntynyttä tuotetta ei julkaista Theseuksessa
