Symmetry of the Schr\"odinger equation with variable potential
We study symmetry properties of the Schr\"odinger equation with the potential
as a new dependent variable, i.e., the transformations which do not change the
form of the class of equations. We also consider systems of the Schr\"odinger
equations with certain conditions on the potential. In addition we investigate
symmetry properties of the equation with convection term. The contact
transformations of the Schr\"odinger equation with potential are obtained

A single ventricle is a congenital heart disease of the cyanotic type, characterized by the presence of three cardiac chambers - two atriums and single ventricle communicating with them through two atrioventricular valves. The aorta and the pulmonary artery - two great vessels - spring from this single ventricle. The issue of preventing postoperative complications of this congenital heart disease remains urgent until present day. The article presents a clinical observation of a child with single ventricle, complicated by a secondary protein-losing enteropathy after Fontan procedure.ΠΠ΄ΠΈΠ½ΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΡΠΉ ΠΆΠ΅Π»ΡΠ΄ΠΎΡΠ΅ΠΊ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΄ΡΠ° - Π²ΡΠΎΠΆΠ΄Π΅Π½Π½ΡΠΉ ΠΏΠΎΡΠΎΠΊ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΄ΡΠ° ΡΠΈΠ°Π½ΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΈΠΏΠ°, Ρ

Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic lower respiratory disease involving a variety of cellular elements, including mast cells, eosinophils, and T-lymphocytes. Celiac disease is a multifactorial disease with mixed genesis (autoimmune, allergic, hereditary), it is characterized by damage of villi of the small intestine by gluten which causes malabsorption. This article discusses the issue of comorbid pathology and contains a review of the literature about asthma and celiac disease, as well as a clinical observation of a 17-year-old patient who has a combination of these two diseases.ΠΡΠΎΠ½Ρ

The effect of nasal microbiota on the level of total immunoglobulin e in blood serum of children with bronchial asthma
Objective of the research: to study the relationship between the level of total IgE in serum and the nature of the nasal microbiota composition in children with bronchial asthma (BA). Materials and methods: 332 patients with BA were examined, mean age 10,34Β±0,4 years, 72% boys (239/332), the levels of total IgE and IgA, IgM, IgG in blood serum were determined, the composition of the nasal microbiota was studied by culture method. Results: 21,7% (72/332) of children had no St. aureus and St. epidermidis and other conditionally pathogenic flora in nasal microbiota; in 74,1% (246/332) of children S. aureus or St. epidermidis was revealed, in 40,7% (135/332) of them St. aureus was isolated; in 4,2% (14/332) another conditionally pathogenic microflora was found. The level of total IgE in blood serum in patients who had St. aureus in nasal microbiota was the highest and amounted to 218 [172,5; 264,3] IU/ml (p=0,002). Conclusion: St. aureus on the nasal mucosa of the upper respiratory tract in children with BA is accompanied by a higher level of total IgE in blood serum. Β© 2020, Pediatria Ltd.. Clinical observation of neonatal thyrotoxicosis
The article presents a clinical observation of neonatal thyrotoxicosis. The importance of this description is due to rare occurrence of this pathology and, as a consequence, difficulties encountered in diagnostics, treatment and prevention of such conditions in newborns. Thus, addressing the problem, authors emphasize the importance of timely prevention and properly chosen treatment of hyperthyroidism in pregnant women, or women planning to have a child.
