Применение принципов теорий эффектуации и самоорганизации при реализации экономического потенциала спортивных организаций

Purpose: the aim of the article is research of mechanisms of the forming, development and use of economic capacity providing for increase in competitiveness of entrepreneurial sports organizations. Providing of sports activities efficiency for all participants is the main objective of sports management. Interest in sport in Russia considerably increased in recent years therefore sports management becomes more and more actual direction. Effective management is needed for sport also as for any other action. Methods: the research is based on use of the following methods: systematization, analysis and synthesis, generalization, method of analogies, comparative analysis, methods of classification, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction; methods of observation, graphic and tabular methods. Results: management mechanism for entrepreneurial sport organizations is developed by author. The mechanism is based on the principles of an effektuation and self-organization. The practical importance of work is that the received results can be applied as methodical base in activities of the sports organizations to development of the strategic and tactical plans providing sustainable development. Conclusions and Relevance: the offered mechanism assumes that, a fiducial component is main component in management of the sports entrepreneurial organizations. The offered mechanism is orientated on risk minimization of the main business processes and using of development uncertainty as source of competitive advantages. Цель: Целью статьи является обоснование механизмов управления формированием, развитием и использованием экономического потенциала предпринимательски-ориентированных спортивных организаций для повышения уровня их конкурентоспособности. Интерес к спорту в последние годы в России значительно увеличился, поэтому спортивный менеджмент становится все более актуальным направлением, так как в современном мире спорт так же, как и любая другая деятельность, нуждается в эффективном управлении. Основной задачей спортивного менеджмента является обеспечение эффективной спортивной деятельности для всех его участников. Методология проведения работы: Методической основой данной статьи являются следующие общенаучные и экономико-статистические методы: методы систематизации, анализа и синтеза, конкретизации и обобщения, метод аналогий, сравнительный анализ, методы группировки и классификации, а также научной абстракции, индукции и дедукции; методы сбора информации, наблюдения, графические и табличные методы. Результаты работы: Результатом работы является разработанный автором механизм управления предпринимательски-ориентированными спортивными организациями, в основу которого заложены принципы эффектуации и самоорганизации. Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что полученные результаты могут быть применены в качестве методической базы в деятельности спортивных организаций для разработки стратегических и тактических планов, обеспечивающих устойчивое развитие. Выводы: Реализация предложенного механизма предполагает учет фидуциарной составляющей при управлении спортивными организациями как предпринимательскими структурами, ориентацию основных бизнес-процессов на минимизацию рисков и использование неопределённости развития как источника формирования конкурентных преимуществ.

Sport organizations as entrepreneurial structures: risks and development assessment

Development of the sport industry in Russia is quite difficult, although there are a large number of opportunities and prerequisites for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives in this area. This study examines the specifics of the development of sport organizations as entrepreneurial structures through the example of Russia. This is due to the fact that for a long time, sport in Russia was developing as a social phenomenon, and only a couple of decades ago entrepreneurial initiatives began to penetrate this area. The research is based on the works of researchers in the field of sport and sport management, risks, as well as analytical reports of leading consulting agencies. The methodological basis of the study is the theory of effectuation and risk theory. The aim of the study is to develop management mechanisms for sport organisations to increase their entrepreneurial activities and competitiveness. The object of the study is Russian sport organisations that can actually or potentially carry out entrepreneurial activities. The sports organizations entrepreneurial potential and the mechanisms for its formation and use are the subject of the study. The novelty of the study consists in the concept of entrepreneurial-oriented activity of sports organizations, including peculiarities of development of sports organizations as entrepreneurial structures, model of their life cycle and determination of entrepreneurial risks, main blocks of system of management. The authors’ study “Entrepreneurial activity in sports” made it possible to identify the main barriers and risks to the development of sports organizations, to determine entrepreneurship as an additional financial source for the activities of sports organizations. The main results of the study are the development of a risk-based approach to the development of entrepreneurial initiatives of sport organisations. The scope of application of the results obtained is determined by the opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship in the field of sport

Onset of magnetism in B2 transition metals aluminides

Ab initio calculation results for the electronic structure of disordered bcc Fe(x)Al(1-x) (0.4<x<0.75), Co(x)Al(1-x) and Ni(x)Al(1-x) (x=0.4; 0.5; 0.6) alloys near the 1:1 stoichiometry, as well as of the ordered B2 (FeAl, CoAl, NiAl) phases with point defects are presented. The calculations were performed using the coherent potential approximation within the Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker method (KKR-CPA) for the disordered case and the tight-binding linear muffin-tin orbital (TB-LMTO) method for the intermetallic compounds. We studied in particular the onset of magnetism in Fe-Al and Co-Al systems as a function of the defect structure. We found the appearance of large local magnetic moments associated with the transition metal (TM) antisite defect in FeAl and CoAl compounds, in agreement with the experimental findings. Moreover, we found that any vacancies on both sublattices enhance the magnetic moments via reducing the charge transfer to a TM atom. Disordered Fe-Al alloys are ferromagnetically ordered for the whole range of composition studied, whereas Co-Al becomes magnetic only for Co concentration >0.5.Comment: 11 pages with 9 embedded postscript figures, to be published in Phys.Rev.
