Gasto en consumo de los hogares en Colombia: un análisis por cuartiles

This research aims to determine the profile of Colombian households according to their level and structure of consumption spending, based on data from the National Household Budget Survey (DANE), which is considered input to establish the way, intensity, and targeting of public policy in a post-crisis context, via demand. Methodologically, the multivariate analysis technique is used: quantile regression (SQR), complemented with data analysis through descriptive statistics. Among the main results, he finds, on the one hand, differences in the structure of household expenses and income by region; and on the other, the significance of the variables of the head of the household (Age, Sex, Schooling, Marital Status) and the context of the household (Size, Stratum, Monthly income and Location area). In conclusion, this type of research constitutes a requirement for analysis from the public and real sector of the economy; In addition, it is a strong input for business studies on the massive consumption of goods and services.Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el perfil de los hogares colombianos de acuerdo con su nivel y estructura de gasto en consumo, a partir de datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Presupuesto de los Hogares (DANE), lo cual se considera un insumo para establecer la forma, intensidad, y focalización de la política pública en un contexto poscrisis, vía demanda. Metodológicamente se utiliza la técnica de análisis multivariado: regresión cuantílica (SQR), complementada con un análisis de datos por medio de estadística descriptiva. Entre los resultados principales encuentra, por un lado, diferencias en la estructura de gastos e ingresos de los hogares por regiones y, por otro, la significancia de las variables del jefe del hogar (edad, sexo, escolaridad, estado civil) y del contexto del hogar (tamaño, estrato, ingresos mensuales y zona de ubicación). A manera de conclusión, este tipo de investigación se constituye en un requerimiento para el análisis desde el sector público y real de la economía; además, de ser un fuerte insumo para estudios empresariales sobre el consumo masivo de bienes y servicios

A method was developed for the spectrophotometric determination of 30 to 100 ug of osmium as OSO4 is extracted with CHCl3 and diphenylcarbazide is then added to the organic extract. A blue-violet reaction product is formed, the absorbancy of which is measured at 560 mu. A suitable reagent concentration is from 3 to 5 ml of 0.2% diphenylcarbazide in a volume of 25 ml and the preferred solvent for the reagent is ethanol. Beer's law is followed over a range of 8 to 130 ug of osmium with a coefficient of variation of about 4%.
