Evaluación de la funcionalidad del modelo de preparación comunitaria para prevenir el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en el municipio de Pamplona.

La investigación busca comprender la funcionalidad del modelo de preparación comunitaria dentro de la psicología comunitaria, considerando se ha abocado a intervenciones clínicas. Se asume como objetivo general: Evaluar la funcionalidad del modelo de preparación comunitaria en la problemática psicosocial del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en el Municipio de Pamplona, partiendo de la identificación de los efectos de las dimensiones, así como de comprender la percepción de las comunidades pertenecientes al Municipio de Pamplona frente a las perspectivas y dinámicas psicosociales y el Modelo en dos momentos: previo y posterior a la aplicación y por último, comparando la funcionalidad de la implementación del Modelo de acuerdo a los estratos. En consecuencia, se consideran como soportes conceptuales principales: la preparación comunitaria, abordando las perspectivas y dinámicas comunitarias para el desarrollo social basadas en el sentido de comunidad, empoderamiento y participación comunitaria, aunado a ello se asume el modelo concibiendo las dimensiones que pueden ser enfocadas en la psicología comunitaria propiamente. Con respecto a la metodología se fundamenta en un enfoque mixto bajo el método de Investigación Acción Participativa como medio de verificación para el alcance del modelo de preparación comunitaria. La población por los barrios se determinó: Santa Cruz (24 participantes) y El Centro (30 participantes), específicamente considerando los líderes, actores comunitarios y vecinos. Como técnicas de recolección de información se implementaron: la observación participante y la encuesta, teniendo como instrumentos: un guion de observación y un cuestionario. El procedimiento consistió en evaluar a las comunidades previamente a la implementación del modelo mediante el Guion de Observación, luego abarcando la fase de preparación Comunitaria se planearon seis sesiones en cada comunidad a fin de generar la intervención correspondiente con la Investigación Acción Participativa, motivando el conocimiento sobre la problemática psicosocial, para finalizadas las mismas realizar nuevamente la recolección de información que sirviera para establecer el nivel de funcionalidad del mismo. Con los datos obtenidos se realizó la sistematización, permitiendo las comparaciones entre los hallazgos, generando la discusión de la información. Se concluye que el Modelo de Preparación Comunitaria es funcional, es decir manifiesta resultados positivos y se apropia al proceso de intervención de la psicología comunitaria frente a la problemática psicosocial del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas abarcando otros contextos con similares características y dinámicas sociales.The research seeks to understand the functionality of the community preparation model within community psychology, considering that it has focused on clinical interventions. It is assumed as a general objective: To evaluate the functionality of the community preparation model in the psychosocial problems of the consumption of psychoactive substances in the Municipality of Pamplona, starting from the identification of the effects of the dimensions, as well as to understand the perception of the communities belonging to the Municipality of Pamplona facing the perspectives and psychosocial dynamics and the Model in two moments: before and after the application and finally, comparing the functionality of the implementation of the Model according to the strata. Consequently, they are considered as main conceptual supports: community preparation, addressing community perspectives and dynamics for social development based on the sense of community, empowerment and community participation, coupled with this assumes the model conceiving the dimensions that can be focused in community psychology properly. Regarding the methodology, it is based on a mixed approach under the Participatory Action Research method as a means of verification for the scope of the community preparation model. The population for the neighborhoods was determined: Santa Cruz (24 participants) and El Centro (30 participants), specifically considering the leaders, community actors and neighbors. As data collection techniques were implemented: participant observation and the survey, having as instruments: an observation script and a questionnaire. The procedure consisted of assessing the communities prior to the implementation of the model through the Observation Script, then covering the Community preparation phase six sessions were planned in each community in order to generate the corresponding intervention with the Participatory Action Research, motivating the knowledge on the psychosocial problems, to complete them again collect information that would serve to establish the level of functionality of it. With the obtained data, the systematization was carried out, allowing the comparisons between the findings, generating the discussion of the information. It is concluded that the Community Preparation Model is functional, that is to say it shows positive results and it appropriates the process of intervention of the community psychology in front of the psychosocial problematic of the consumption of psychoactive substances covering other contexts with similar characteristics and social dynamics

Evaluación de la Funcionalidad del Modelo de Preparación Comunitaria para Prevenir el Consumo de Sustancias Psicoactivas en el Municipio Pamplona

La Ciudad de Pamplona, asciende según las cifras derivadas del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social (2016), a un total de 45% de la población que han consumido drogas ilegales. Así mismo El presente artículo de investigación tiene como objetivo Evaluar la funcionalidad respecto a la efectividad y adecuación del modelo de preparación comunitaria en la problemática psicosocial del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en dos Barrios del Municipio de Pamplona. Para ello, se trabajó con un enfoque mixto y un diseño de Investigación Acción Participativa, con 54 personas de los barrios Santa Cruz y Centro del municipio de Pamplona, con edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 40 años. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron comparar la funcionalidad de la implementación del Modelo de Preparación Comunitaria de acuerdo con los estratos socioeconómicos, en donde se evidencian la capacidad de empoderamiento asociada a la necesidad de establecer soluciones oportunas que motivan al éxito   Abstract According to the figures derived from the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (2016), the City of Pamplona rises to a total of 45% of the population who have consumed illegal drugs. Likewise, this research article aims to evaluate the functionality regarding the effectiveness and adequacy of the community preparation model in the psychosocial problem of the consumption of psychoactive substances in two neighborhoods of the Municipality of Pamplona. To do this, we worked with a mixed approach and a Participatory Action Research design, with 54 people from the Santa Cruz and Centro neighborhoods of the Pamplona municipality, aged between 20 and 40 years. The results obtained allowed to compare the functionality of the implementation of the Community Preparation Model according to the socioeconomic strata, where the empowerment capacity associated with the need to establish timely solutions that motivate success is evidenced
