Synthesis and Identification of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles as Precursor for Getting Zinc-Based Biologically Active Additives
Zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized in order to get biologically active additive for correction of zinc-deficiency states. Nanosized zinc oxide was derived by through condensation method from zinc acetate and lithium hydroxide dissolved in dehydrated alcohol. Resulted particles were examined through method of small-angle X-ray scattering. Measurement results confirm presence of nanoparticles with average size about 2 nm.

Development of an algorithm for forecasting and preventing emergency situations in industrial traffic control systems based on data analysis of multi-code identifiers
ΠΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π½Π°Ρ ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΡThis article proposes a method for controlling the movement of industrial products
based on data from multi-code identifiers using the algorithm for forecasting and preventing
extraordinary situations. In the course of the work, possible extraordinary situations arising in
the process of displacement were analyzed. Also on the basis of the developed algorithms,
simulation modeling was carried out, according to the results of which it was shown the
effective use of this method for controlling the movement of products in industrial enterprises
Algorithm for detecting the latent mastitis state of animals in a dairy farms on the based of data fusion from different types sensors
ΠΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π½Π°Ρ ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΡThe problem of latent mastitis identification in livestock enterprises is analyzed. The
necessity of automatizing the mastitis identification process is shown. Biological methods for
determining the presence of the disease are considered in the article. Common methods of data
fusion for the extraction of an informative trait is analyzed in the work. A new algorithm for
identifying mastitis in animals based on data fusion from the livestock enterprise sensors is
proposed. The developed algorithm as compared to the conventional method of determining
mastitis increases the accuracy of the disease's identification by 6.5 percent
Dvelopment the algorithm of positioning industrial wares in-plant based on radio frequency identification for the products tracking systems
As the title implies the article describes actuality of algorithm development of positioning industrial wares in-plant based on radio frequency grid for the construction of the products tracking systems. Requirements of international standards regulating the processes of traceability and identification are analysed. The article offers a system hardware solution for positioning of industrial wares in-plant based on radio frequency grid as well as an algorithm for determining the current storage area. Experimental studies of the developed algorithm were conducted
Quantum theory as a relevant framework for the statement of probabilistic and many-valued logic
Based on ideas of quantum theory of open systems we propose the consistent
approach to the formulation of logic of plausible propositions. To this end we
associate with every plausible proposition diagonal matrix of its likelihood
and examine it as density matrix of relevant quantum system. We are showing
that all logical connectives between plausible propositions can be represented
as special positive valued transformations of these matrices. We demonstrate
also the above transformations can be realized in relevant composite quantum
systems by quantum engineering methods. The approach proposed allows one not
only to reproduce and generalize results of well-known logical systems
(Boolean, Lukasiewicz and so on) but also to classify and analyze from unified
point of view various actual problems in psychophysics and social sciences.Comment: 7 page
Computer analysis of glioma gene network structure
Computer analysis of disease susceptibility genes using online bioinformatics tools and
open databases allows the identification of potential target genes for therapy. In the
course of this study we reconstructed the gene network for genes associated with glioma.
The relevance of the work is due to the fact that gliomas are the most common primary
brain tumors. Gliomas originate from glial cells that support and protect nerve cells in
the brain and spinal cord. Despite surgical removal, gliomas are still prone to recurrence
because they grow rapidly in the brain, are resistant to chemotherapy, and are very
aggressive (Byun Y.H. et al, 2022).
The task was to collect a list of glioma genes, analyze gene ontologies, reconstruct the
gene network, and analyze the spatial structures of the associated proteins.
The following online bioinformatics tools were used: STRING-DB (https://string-db.org/)
for gene network construction, MalaCards (https://www.malacards.org/), OMIM database
(https://omim.org/). The search was performed using the keyword βgliomaβ. AlphaFold
(https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/), PDB (https://www.rcsb.org/) resources were used to model
and visualize 3D protein structures. PANTER (http://www.pantherdb.org/) and DAVID
(https://david.ncifcrf.gov/summary.jsp) resources were used to analyze gene ontologies.
The list of genes for analysis consisted of 176 genes.
The most significant categories for glioma genes according to DAVID are: binding of
identical proteins, negative regulation of biological processes, regulation of programmed
cell death, regulation of cell death, and cell population proliferation.
The gene network was reconstructed using the STRING-DB resource (https://string-db.
org/). MicroRNA genes were not recognized by the program. The graph included 150
genes. The study of the gene network structure showed high connectivity of genes
within certain clusters. The EGFR and TP53 genes, which are known and well-studied
oncogenes, had the greatest number of connections, as well as STAT3, KRAS, PIK3CA,
IDH1, KDR. Construction of the glioma gene network showed that some elements of the
graph are sufficiently linked, while others are only partially linked so that the search for
target proteins for glioma treatment can be facilitated.
Three-dimensional structures of KRAS and PIK3CA proteins were constructed using
AlphaFold software (https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/). PAE viewer (http://www.subtiwiki.
uni-goettingen.de/v4/paeViewerDemo) was used to check the validity of the predicted
protein structure. The structure of KRAS protein was found to be similar to that of 7ROV
protein obtained from PDB (https://www.rcsb.org/) and the structure of PIK3CA protein
was found to be similar to that of 4YKN protein.Book of abstract: 4th Belgrade Bioinformatics Conference, June 19-23, 202
