    Synthèse et caractérisation de la pérovskite La1-x SrxFe0.7Ni0.3O3

    Dans ce travail nous avons préparés des poudres d’oxyde pérovskite La1-xSrxFe0.7Ni0.3O3 par la méthode de sol- gel (combustion des citrates), ces poudre sont calcinées sous 700°C pendant 5 heures pour obtenir la phase pure. Trois composés de cet oxyde (x = 0.0, 0.1& 0.2) qui ont la phase pure, ont été caractérisé par DRX, FT-IR, DSC/TG, MEB, MET, XPS et BET, pour identifier les propriétés structurales , texturales, thermiques , mode et étapes de formation, différentes états de transition des élément constituant cet oxyde, surface spécifique, taille des pores et comportement catalytique, nous avons aussi caractérisé ce matériau électro chimiquement en utilisant la méthode d’impédance complexe pour examiner sa stabilité thermique sous des hautes températures vaut 900°C, sélectionner le meilleur matériau de série en tant que électrode dans une cellule symétrique ( anode et cathode en même temps) d’une pile SOFC

    Treatment of Algerian crude oil using REB09305 OS demulsifier

    Algerian crude oil was submitted to a treatment procedure using REB09305 OS demulsifier. Temperature, time of contact with charge and centrifugation speed were studied. Separation of water from crude oil was observed with a demulsification ratio of 100% in ambient temperature for 20 ppm demulsifier dose, 1200 rpm and 45 min of centrifugation time. The results obtained in this study showed that REB09305 OS demulsifier can be considered a promising product for the treatment of industrial crude oil and the removal of water from it.     Esterification process catalyzed by ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized via modified hydrothermal method

    A modified hydrothermal method for ZSM-5 synthesis was described. The crystals gave a typical pattern (2θ at around 22.5°, 24.0° and 29.8° corresponding to the major peaks of (501, 303 and 503 crystal surfaces)), which indicated that the subnanocrystals could have the primary structure of MFI-type zeolites. the FT-IR spectra of subnanocrystals which have the primary structure of MFI zeolites. Oleic acid methyl ester (OAME) was prepared via a rapid derivatization procedure. the acidic strength is determined by the zeolite crystal structure and the higher esterification rate of ZSM-5 can be attributed to its stronger acidity compared to H2SO4, especially after 50 min of reaction. ZSM-5 can be an excellent substitute to sulfuric acid which caused corrosion and equipments damage. • Zeolites are popular industrial catalysts comprised of crystalline microporous materials. • A modified hydrothermal method was used for ZSM-5 synthesis. • Synthesized ZSM-5 has a typical subnanocrystals structure corresponds to MFI- type Zeolite. • ZSM-5 can be an excellent substitute to sulfuric acid for the catalysis of esterification reactions.
