Characterization of Alternanthera mosaic virus and its Coat Protein

    Get PDF
A new isolate of Alternanthera mosaic virus (AltMV-MU) was purified from Portulaca grandiflora plants. It has been shown that the AltMV-MU coat protein (CP) can be efficiently reassembled in vitro under different conditions into helical RNA-free virus-like particles (VLPs) antigenically related to native virus. The AltMV-MU and VLPs were examined by atomic force and transmission electron microscopies. The encapsidated AltMV-MU RNA is nontranslatable in vitro. However, it can be translationally activated by CP phosphorylation or by binding to the TGB1protein from the virus-coded movement triple gene block

Evaluation of the quality of measurements of the testing laboratory during interlaboratory comparative tests

The article presents the statistical processing of the test results of the mass fraction of the chlorine ion (Cl) obtained from two accredited testing laboratories. The stages of statistical processing of the results of interlaboratory comparison tests are as follows: elimination of gross errors, determination of the uniformity of the sample, calculation of the assigned value, evaluation of the quality of the measurement results. The presence of gross errors in the sample was determined by the Grubbs test, and the uniformity of the sample was confirmed by the Fisher’s test and Student’s test. The assigned value was calculated by a robust method using algorithm A with an iterative scale. The quality of laboratory measurement results was evaluated using the z-score. The z-score value for each participant showed that the results of measuring the mass fraction of chlorine ion in cement samples were acceptable. The quality of the results of these laboratories is satisfactory and does not require corrective measures. These results of the test quality assessment can be used for the organizers of interlaboratory tests, as well as for accredited laboratories that check their qualifications

To the matter of the educated development of the construction industry of recreational territories

Rational creation of the consumer quality of constructions, which is taking into account some cultural, historical and other, accepted for society development paradigms enters to replace mass sustainable development of the industry of a construction in case of development of the recreational territories around megalopolises, using intellectual systems in a construction, ecological, energy-saving technologies in increase in a consumer evaluation of quality. For the residential development of the recreational territories of cities it is important to provide not only complex conditions of their development, to keep their potential for future generations, providing their social-and-economic development, to consider national and climatic features, but also to use their potential opportunities and traditions of the people inhabiting them, rationally and economically. The educated development of the construction industry is the new term entered into the use of constructors, when the consumer quality of building and structures meets national preferences taking into account traditions and advanced achievements in the use of materials, architectural and project decisions, production technologies and climatic opportunities with the minimum damage to the environment. Its accomplishment assumes enhancement and introduction of local-and-standard regulation with implementation of innovative solutions

Development of methodologies of innovation management for digital agricultural enterprises

Digital transformation is gaining its momentum in all industries. On the one hand, agriculture is usually considered as an outsider industry in terms of digitalization. On the other hand, during the last decade several countries have managed to improve the quality of agricultural industry and solve many of its problems with the use of modern information and digital technologies. In Russian Federation the Ministry of Agriculture announced the national project “Digital agriculture”, however the Projects is hard to release due to the lack of employees with decent soft and digital skills which are essential to the process of digital transformation. There are several models and frameworks of digital competences management, but none of them considers the specifics of agricultural sector. Thus, authors in this pre-research article justify the necessity to develop adaptable methodology for innovation management via various types competencies (hard, soft, digital ones) based on preliminary investigation of problem and solutions used in other countries

Design, construction and operation features of high-rise structures

    No full text
The article considers design, construction and operation features of high-rise facilities. The analysis of various situations, that come from improper designing, construction and operation of unique facilities, is carried out. The integrated approach is suggested, when the problems of choosing acceptable constructional solutions related to the functional purpose, architectural solutions, methods of manufacturing and installation, operating conditions for unique buildings and structures are being tackled. A number of main causes for the emergency destruction of objects under construction and operation is considered. A number of measures are proposed on the basis of factor classification in order to efficiently prevent the situations, when various negative options of design loads and emergency impacts occur
