Cytokines and local chronic inflammation in the formation of infertility in fertile age women
The purpose of the study was to examine the characteristics of the content of cytokines in the peritoneal fluid in women of reproductive age with infertility against the background of chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs in the stage of clinical remission.Material and methods. A study was conducted of 50 patients aged 23-36 years with a verified diagnosis of infertility of tubal peritoneal genesis against a background of chronic inflammatory diseases of the reproductive sphere in the stage of clinical remission. As a control group, 15 practically healthy women aged 25-37 years were examined. Concentration of cytokines TNF-a, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-y, MCP-1 in the peritoneal fluid was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results and discussion. In the main group of patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility, the activity of local inflammatory reactions is tested in the period of clinical remission of a chronic inflammatory process. This is confirmed by a significantly higher level of TNF-a, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-y, MCP-1 in the peritoneal fluid compared to the control group. The studied biologically active substances play a significant role in the development of the immune response, as well as fibroplastic processes. The results can be regarded as the latent development of the immune response in reactions to constant antigenic stimulation from the focus of chronic inflammation, which is a significant factor in the development of adhesions in the formation of infertility, and requires the inclusion of immunotropic therapy methods in treatment
Features of the immune response in children with acute respiratory infections caused by DNA and RNA viruses
The issues of immunopathogenesis of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) remain relevant, despite a long history of study. The aim of the study was to investigate the characteristics of the content of some cytokines in the blood serum of children with ARVI caused by DNA and RNA-containing viruses. Material and methods. We examined 92 children with ARVI at the age from 1 to 15 years, hospitalized in the hospital of the Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 6 (Novosibirsk). In order to determine the etiological factor, a study was carried out using the RT-PCR method (test systems AmpliSensORVI-screen-FL, “InterLabService”, Russia) of mucus from the nose and throat for the presence of genetic material of viruses that cause ARVI. Determination of the content of IL-8, IL-17, IFN-γ in the blood serum in children of all groups was carried out by the method of solid-phase ELISA using commercial test systems of LLC “Cytokin” (Russia). Results and discussion. 4 groups were formed: group I (n = 20) children with ARVI caused by DNA-containing viruses (group B, C, E adenoviruses, bocaviruses); group II (n = 53) children with ARVI caused by RNA viruses (RS virus, metapneumovirus, parainfluenza viruses 1, 2, 3, 4, rhinovirus and coronoviruses); group III (n = 12) children with ARVI caused by mixed infection; group IV (n = 7) – the genetic material of the pathogen has not been isolated. Concentration of IL-8, IL-17, IFN-γ was significantly increased in all groups compared to the normative values. Higher values of IFN-γ and IL-8 were revealed in patients with DNA viruses compared with the group with RNA-containing viruses, although the excess of IFN-γ was not statistically significant. Differences in the content of IFN-γ, IL-8 and IL-17 were noted for various etiological viral agents, but they were not significant. Conclusions. The results obtained can serve as confirmation that the functional characteristics of the response of the immune system in children with ARVI are determined not so much by the etiological factor as by its individual state. With ARVI in children, the presence of genetic material from more than one virus, apparently, is not a significant potentiating factor in the activation of the immune response. At the same time, a negative PCR result with a detailed clinical picture of ARVI does not exclude the viral genesis of the disease
Cytokines and regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism in the obesity
The article presents data of the influence of cytokines of different directions of glucose and lipid metabolism in obesity. A change of the basic paradigm regarding adipose tissue has contributed to a number of recent discoveries. This concerns such basic concepts as healthy and diseased adipocytes, and, as a consequence, changes of their metabolism under the influence of cytokins. Distinguishing the concept of organokines demonstrates that despite the common features of cytokine regulation, each organ has its own specifics features of cytokine regulation, each organ has its own specific an important section of this concept is the idea of the heterogeneity of adipose tissue. Knowledge of the function of adipose tissue localized in different compartments of the body is expanding. There are date about the possibility of transition of one type of adipose tissue to another. A possible mechanism linking adipose tissue inflammation and the formation of insulin resistance (IR) is presented in this paper. The mechanism of IR development is closely connected with to proinflammatory cytokins disordering the insulin signal, accompanied by a decrease of the work of glucose transporters. A decrease of the income of glucose into cells leads to a change of glycolysis level to an increase of the fatty acids oxidation. Cytokins are able to participate in the process of the collaboration of some cells with others, that occurs both during physiological and pathological process

Features of laboratory parameters in children with multisystem inflammatory syndrome associated with SARS-CoV-2
Multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C) is a new childhood disease associated with coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 that manifests itself 3–4 weeks after infection. The development of MIS-C is possible, despite the asymptomatic course of coronavirus infection. The pathogenetic features of MIS-C remain unclear. The aim of the study was to investigate the state of peripheral blood parameters in children with multisystem inflammatory syndrome associated with SARS-CoV-2 upon admission to a hospital. Material and methods. We examined 52 children with MIS-C from 1 to 14 years old, hospitalized in Children`s Clinical Hospital No. 3 in Novosibirsk in October–December 2020. Testing for the isolation of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in scrapings from the nasopharynx and oropharynx was carried out using real time PCR (test systems of DNA-Technology, Russia). The presence of specific IgM and IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in blood serum was determined by ELISA using Vector-Best kits (Russia). Results and discussion. It was noted that SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA was found only in 12.8 % of cases, while specific IgG antibodies in blood serum were detected in 100 % of children. IgM to SARS-CoV-2 antigens were detected in the blood serum only in 53.85 % of children with MIS-C. It has been established that unexpressed leukocytosis was found both in children under the age of 7 and in children of 8–14 years old. However, the leukocytes content in children of the older age group was significantly lower than in children aged 1–7 years. At the same time, in both age groups, some children had extremely low values of the indicator. The causes of severe leukopenia against the background of excessive inflammation remain unclear. Age groups (1–7 and 8–14 years) do not differ statistically significantly in the relative content of lymphocytes and neutrophils. In the study of individual values of the relative content of lymphocytes within the age groups, it was noted that only some children had lymphopenia of varying severity. Conclusions. Against the background of minor leukocytosis in children with MIS-C, upon admission to the hospital, there is a tendency to develop both relative and absolute lymphopenia, regardless of age. The study noted an extremely pronounced variability of individual values of the evaluated peripheral blood parameters, regardless of age, which, with similar clinical symptoms, characterized as MIS-C, requires further study in dynamics, taking into account the initial values of the indicators.There is no pronounced relationship between the leukocytes content and specific IgM antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 antigens in the blood
Mathematical Modeling of the Development of Chronic Fluorine Intoxication in Aluminium Industry Workers
Introduction. Chronic fluorine intoxication prevails among the newly discovered occupational diseases in aluminum industry workers. Mathematical modeling is one of the helpful tools in ensuring better risk management with respect to the development of occupational fluorosis. Objective. Developing a logistic regression model predicting a probability of occupational fluorosis development in an occupational staff of aluminum plants in order to suggest adequate prophylactic strategies. Material and methods. A logistic regression model predicting a probability of the development of occupational fluorosis in aluminum industry workers of the Sverdlovsk region was constructed. The model embraced the results of a univariate analysis conducted with respect to major occupational exposures and health characteristics of 201 workers. Results. Six major factors were identified as being predictive of occupational fluorosis development in aluminum industry workers: age (fluorosis risk increases with age); type 2 diabetes mellitus; atrophic gastritis; kidney cysts; X-ray examination data (fluorosis risk increases with the stage as determined by X-ray); the hydro fluoride concentration increases by more than 2 occupational exposure limits. The developed model was verified by clinical cases and showed a high predictive ability (86.2 %). Both sensitivity (true positive rate) and specificity (true negative rate) of the model amounted to 86.2 %. Conclusion. By multivariate analysis the significant, mutually independent factors were identified, their combination being associated with chronic fluorine intoxication in an occupational staff of aluminum plants. The developed mathematical model has a high predictive ability and can be recommended as a sure tool to forecast the course of occupational fluorosis development in the workers at the aluminum industry. © 2020 Izdatel'stvo Meditsina. Museum of Game Sports as a Means of Patriotic Education of Students

Понятие патриотизм рассматривается как патриотическое сознание, патриотическая деятельность, патриотические отношения и патриотическая организация. Огромным потенциалом в этой деятельности обладает музей, роль которого значительно выросла на современном этапе. Направления работы музеев в настоящий момент настолько обширны, что это позволяет включить их в воспитательный процесс по формированию идеалов патриотизма у современной студенческой молодежи. Представлено исследование определения сформированности чувства патриотизма у студентов Института физической культуры, спорта и молодёжной политики (ИФКСиМП) УрФУ, а также информированности о программах патриотического воспитания в вузе и развития игровых видов спорта. Экспериментальное исследование показало, что информирование студентов о игровых видах спорта способствует включенности в спортивную деятельность. Участие в тренировочном и соревновательных процессах создает условия для формирования патриотизма у студентов в игровых видах спорта. Создание музея игровых видов спорта будет одним из инновационных средств воспитания патриотизма.The article deals with the issues of patriotic education of students and the main directions in the education of patriotism among students. The concept of patriotism is considered as patriotic consciousness, patriotic activity, patriotic relations and patriotic organization. The museum has a huge potential in this activity, the role of which has grown significantly at the present stage. The areas of museums work at the moment are so extensive that it allows them to be included in the educational process of forming the ideals of patriotism among modern students. A study is presented to determine the formation of a sense of patriotism among students of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Policy (IFCIMP) of the Ural Federal University, as well as the awareness of programs of patriotic education at the university and the development of game sports. An experimental study has shown that informing students about game sports promotes involvement in sports activities. The participation in training and competitive processes creates conditions for the formation of patriotism among students in game sports. The creation of a museum of game sports will be one of the innovative means of patriotism fostering
Operation modes of Sakmarskaya Solar Power Plant in Orenburg power system
One of the relevant directions in power industry development is the formation of renewable energy sources, especially solar power plants. In 2015 Sakmarskaya solar power plant was put into operation in the Orenburg region with total installed capacity of 25 MW. INFLUENCE EXERTED BY SOMATIC PATHOLOGY ON RISKS OF OCCUPATIONAL LUNG FIBROSIS IN WORKERS EMPLOYED AT REFRACTORY PRODUCTION
Occupational lungs and bronchial pathology occurs not only under exposure to dusts, their aerosol structure and aggression, but also depends on individual properties of a body. The latter can determine either increased body resistance or susceptibility to occupational pathology occurrence. Our research goal was to determine influence exerted by somatic pathology on occupational lung fibrosis occurrence as well as to estimate prevalence of risk factors for cardiovascular and metabolic pathology occurrence in workers employed at refractory production. At the first stage 449 workers employed at refractory production were examined at a periodical medical examination (PME). Patients' average age was 41.59 ± 0.45 and average work experience was 14.47 ± 0.39 years. At the second stage 172 workers were examined at an occupational pathology center; 75 out of them were workers who had silicosis and were included into the test group and the remaining 97 workers didn't have any occupational pathology and were included into the reference group. Both groups were comparable as per sex (p = 0.0052) and work experience under exposure to dusts (p = 0.862). Workers examined at a PME most frequently had overweight and obesity (68 %). Arterial hypertension (AH) prevalence amounted to 19.5%; carbohydrate metabolism disorders, 19.8 %; 48.1 % workers had hypercholesterolemia. Patients with silicosis had certain disorders significantly more frequently than workers with long work experience but without any occupational pathologies; those disorders were AH, cardiac muscle hypertrophy in the left ventricle, ischemic heart disease, heart rate disorders, as well as mixed (obstructive and restrictive) breath mechanics disorders. We determined some factors that authentically produced certain effects on occupational lung fibrosis occurrence in workers employed at refractory production. Median time of silicosis occurrence was significantly shorter (by 11.5 years) among workers with severe AH, arrhythmia (by 13 years), lower hemoglobin in blood (by 11.5 years).
