KEBUTUHAN BAHAN BAKU IKAN LEMURU UNTUK PRODUKSI SARDEN KALENG : PENERAPAN METODE MRP DI PT. KOKI INDOCAN PANDAAN PASURUAN

The purpose of this thesis are: 1) To analyze the mechanisms of fish raw material inventory lemuru in the company, 2) to analyze the amount of raw materials that must be ordered in a certain time, 3) to determine the development of raw materials for the production of fish lemuru sardine cans per month on in 2012. 4) to determine the production of sardine cans per month in 2012. The analysis used to answer the purpose of one, two, three and four is by using descriptive analysis. Mechanism of raw material inventory lemuru fish starts from a survey lemuru fish suppliers, ordering lemuru fish, fish lemuru receipt which includes washing, counting the number of fish weight, fish quality checks and treatment lemuru preproduction. The amount of raw material inventory development lemuru fish per month in 2012 fluctuated with the development of negative, meaning the raw trap inventory has decreased. The amount of fish raw materials for the production of canned sardines lemuru either small or large based on the large amount of orders by consumers.
