Integração de um conversor de metadados Dublin-Core para RDF no sistema Gestor de Conteúdo.

Recursos Eletrônicos como vídeos e imagens podem ser descritos por metadados que são usados por motores de busca para melhorar os resultados de pesquisa. A Agência de Informação Embrapa é um sistema Web que possibilita a interação com informações tecnológicas e ao conhecimento gerado pela Embrapa e outras instituições de pesquisa. Objetivo. Tornar esses Recursos visíveis aos motores de busca a partir de um conversor dos metadados de recursos Dublin-Core para RDF (Figura1) disponíveis no website da Agência de Informação Embrapa.Trabalho apresentado na V Mostra de Trabalhos de Estagiários e Bolsistas, Campinas, out. 2009

Dissipative quantum systems modeled by a two level reservoir coupling

The coupling between a quantum dynamical system and a two-level system reservoir is analysed within the framework of the Feynman-Vernon theory. We stress the differences between this new reservoir and the well-known bath of oscillators and show that, in order to obtain the Langevin equation for the system of interest in the high temperature regime, we have to choose a spectral distribution function $J(\omega)$ which is finite for $\omega=0$.Comment: 6 pages, RevteX, preprint UNICAM

Some properties of two Nambu--Jona-Lasinio -type models with inputs from lattice QCD

We investigate the phase diagram of the so-called Polyakov--Nambu--Jona-Lasinio (PNJL) model at finite temperature and nonzero chemical potential. The calculations are performed in the light and strange quark sectors ($u$, $d$, $s$), which includes the 't Hooft instanton induced interaction term that breaks the axial symmetry, and the quarks are coupled to the (spatially constant) temporal background gauge field. On one hand, a special attention is payed to the critical end point (CEP). The strength of the flavor-mixing interaction alters the CEP location, since when it becomes weaker the CEP moves to low temperatures and can even disappear. On the other hand, we also explore the connection between QCD, a nonlocal Nambu--Jona-Lasinio type model and the Landau gauge gluon propagator. Possible links between the quenched gluon propagator and low energy hadronic phenomenology are investigated.Comment: Contribution to the International Meeting "Excited QCD", Peniche, Portugal, 06 - 12 May 201
