APPLIED BACCALAUREATE AT THE UMMC TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY IN THE DIRECTION OF POWER AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING: METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY PRACTICE ORGANIZATION

Программы прикладного бакалавриата призваны готовить выпускников, способных сразу после окончания вуза выполнять работу в соответствии с требованиями производства, без какой-либо адаптации, дополнительного обучения под особенности предприятия. Образовательный процесс должен быть организован таким образом, чтобы студент приобретал навыки и умения практической деятельности на протяжении всего периода обучения, начиная от работы в лабораториях университета и в большей степени в периоды практик на предприятии, где ему предстоит трудиться. В докладе представлена разработанная методология организации учебной практики, основанной на тесном взаимодействии университета и Компании.Applied undergraduate programs are designed to prepare graduates capable of performing work immediately after graduating from the university in accordance with the requirements of production, without any adaptation, additional training for the particular enterprise. The educational process should be organized in such a way that the student acquires skills and practical skills throughout the entire period of study, starting from working in the university's laboratories and, to a greater extent, during the practices at the enterprise where he has to work. The article presents the developed methodology for the training practice organization based on cooperation between the university and the Company. It is described the experience of assigning students of the II qualification group of electrical safety, conducting certification for assessing professional competencies in the workplace

The ways of enhancement of medical technologies by patients with multitrauma, complicated by urinary tracts inflammation

The condition of immunity status and Theological blood characteristics has been explored in 103 patients (100%) with multitrauma. In 62 cases (60.2%) the possibility of development of the pyelonephritis was increased and in 41 observations (39.8%) for patients we stated the acute pyelonephritis as posttraumatic complication. The immunomodulatory agents (cykloferon and low-molecular heparin - clexan) and the inhibitor of free radical reactions (mexidol) have been used with conventional antibacterial course in complex treatment of patients after injuries. The intake of modified integrated therapy in injured cases allow to decrease the amount of infection inflammatory aftereffects and to improve the results of treatment for patients with acute posttraumatic pyelonephritis.Изучены показатели иммунных и реологических свойств крови у 103 пациентов, перенесших политравму. Вероятность развития пиелонефрита в 62 случаях (60,2%) была высокой, при этом острый пиелонефрит верифицирован в 41 наблюдении (39,8%). При комплексной терапии у больных с политравмой, помимо антибактериальных средств, использован иммуномодуллятор (циклоферон) и низкомолекулярный гепарин (клексан). У больных острым посттравматическим пиелонефритом дополнительно применялся ингибитор свободнорадикальных процессов - мексидол. Модификация схемы комплексного лечения пострадавших позволила снизить частоту инфекционно-воспалительных осложнений и улучшить результаты лечения больных острым посттравматическим пиелонефритом

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ «НОВОЙ БИФУРКАЦИИ» У БОЛЬНЫХ С ПРОЛОНГИРОВАННЫМ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОТИЧЕСКИМ ПОРАЖЕНИЕМ ВСА

This article provides indications for and description of surgical technique of carotid endarterectomy with the formation of a new bifurcation. It also presents the results of observations in the immediate postoperative period based on the findings of this surgery among patients of Vishnevsky National Medical Research Center of Surgery.В данной статье приведены показания для проведения и подробная техника выполнения КЭАЭ с формированием новой бифуркации. Также приведены результаты наблюдений в ближайшем послеоперационном периоде по результатам этой операции среди пациентов института хирургии им. А. В. Вишневского
