Features of ultrastructure of a mucous membrane of maxillary sinus are investigated at odontogenic sinusitis depending on the reason and prescription of disease. It is established, that the deepest destructive changes are found out in patients with oroantral message and stay in a sinus root material on a basis of zinc-oxidevgenol paste.Изучены особенности ультраструктуры слизистой оболочки верхнечелюстной пазухи при одонтогенном синусите в зависимости от причины и давности заболевания. Наиболее глубокие деструктивные изменения обнаружены у больных с ороантральным сообщением и наличием в пазухе пломбировочного материала на основе цинк-оксидэвгенольной пасты

Биометрические и технологические аспекты экспериментальных технологий эндопротезирования нижней челюсти композитными материалами из никелида титана

Mandibular defect experimental endografting has been performed with the use of composite TiNi-based materials. An ability to create the artificial alive biological models was proved to act high-efficiently in the mandible perpetually. When designing the reconstructive mandibular models made of TiNi-based material for longlife usage it’s to be complied thoroughly the methodology and technology of individual approach. Experimental research results are recommended for investigation and application when creating anthropological mandibular models in the wide clinical practice.Проведено экспериментальное эндопротезирование дефекта нижней челюсти с использованием композитных эндопротезов из никелида титана. Доказана возможность создания высокоэффективных искусственных живых биологических моделей систем нижней челюсти пожизненного действия. При построении реконструктивных моделей челюстей пожизненного действия из материалов никелида титана необходимо тщательное соблюдение методологии и технологии индивидуального исполнения. Результаты экспериментальных исследований рекомендованы для изучения и использования при создании антропологических моделей нижней челюсти в клинической практике
