Factors affecting the company's capitalization

The article considers the essence of the company's market value, clarifies the concept of enterprise capitalization. The author analyses Russian and foreign studies devoted to the identification of quantitative factors that affect the market value of companies. In the analysis of domestic research, the author pays special attention to the oil and gas and electric power industries of the economy. The analysis of foreign studies includes companies from Italy, Indonesia and Jordan. The paper analysed the structure and dynamics of the Russian stock market, the influence of revenue, net profit, the level of dividend payments, return on assets, the ratio of borrowed and own funds, as well as the return on sales by the amount of the market value of electric power companies whose shares are traded on the Russian stock market. The study identifies the main quantitative factors affecting the capitalization of companies. The author determines the directions of further research

THE ROLE OF THE BUDGETING SYSTEM IN MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

The article considers the role of the budgeting system in mergers and absorption at all stages of their implementation – the search for the target company and preparation for the transaction, the process of conducting and concluding the transaction, the integration of the initiator company and the target company in the post-transaction period and describes the options for the build budget models during the integration period. The article suggests models of interaction of budgeting systems using project budgets in mergers and absorption in general, as well as in the implementation of vertical integration of companies that are parties to the transaction. It shows the role of project budgets in relationship between budget model of initiation company and target company. The advantages and disadvantages of the considered models have been highlighted

Sustainable development of companies as a driver of capitalisation growth in a smart economy

Digitalisation processes have a signifcant impact on changing forms of interaction between economic entities; they also contribute to the development of the fnancial market. Thus, the study of the capitalisation of companies as one of the defning indicators of the stock market is becoming increasingly relevant, including the identifcation of factors that have a direct and indirect impact on the volatility of the indicator under consideration and their management capabilities. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the sustainable development of the enterprise, as well as its components and the capitalisation of the company. The methodological basis of the study is the balanced growth model, general scientifc methods – analysis and synthesis, as well as statistical – correlation and regression analysis. The empirical base of the study includes 20 companies whose shares are traded on the stock market of the Russian Federation. Vocal group signatures in the goitred gazelle Gazella subgutturosa

Abstract The potential for vocal modification in mammals has recently been of great interest. This study focuses on the potential for vocal matching in juvenile and adolescent goitred gazelles Gazella subgutturosa that were group housed as part of an animal management programme. Two groups of animals (16 and 19 unrelated individuals, respectively) were recorded at two different ages, juvenile and adolescent, regarding 20-25 calls per individual per age; each group was evaluated in a separate year. Vocal similarity of group members compared to nonmembers was prominent in both ages, but higher in juveniles. Individual identity was prominent in both ages and higher in adolescents. The more prominent vocal indicators of group membership in juveniles could be related to their higher social dependence compared to adolescents. The more individualized calls of adolescents could be a mechanistic consequence of more stable growth at older age. Our results suggest vocal plasticity of goitred gazelles under social influences. These data add to recent evidence about domestic goat kids Capra hircus, suggesting that vocalizations of species that are not capable of imitation are more flexible than previously thought

Результаты и перспективы Астраханской селекции овощных и бахчевых культур

Relevance. Since the increasing demand for agricultural products, especially at present in the conditions of import substitution, cannot be met without creating new highly productive varieties and hybrids.Material and methods. This article provides a description and comparative characteristics of economically valuable qualities and varieties of vegetable crops, the most common and in demand among the population, created by breeders of the All-Russian Research Institute of Irrigated Vegetable Growing and Melon Growing – a branch of the FSBSI "PAFSC RAS". The experiments were laid on the experimental fields.Results. As a result of many years of breeding work presented varieties belong to different variety types, they differ in groups of precocity, shape, size, color of fruits. Tomatoes – Astrakhan, Bulldog, Avdeevsky, Caspian, Malinovi shar, Moryana, Rychansky, Forward, Orange Avuri, Malinovi Supergol, etc. Varieties of sweet pepper – Atomor, Marble, Novichok VNIIOB, Sprinter, Lyudmila, etc. Varieties of eggplant – Albatross, Diamond, Astrakom, Nizhnevolzhsky, Swan, etc. Since 2021, the Gnomik tomato variety has been entered into the State Register, and the Zarnitsa sweet pepper variety is being tested. The Astrakhan region is also a center for the creation and production of melon crops, their fruits belong to dietary products, are used both fresh and for preservation, preparation of drinks, desserts, home cooking. Watermelon varieties – Astrakhan, Photon, Ilyasovsky, Portioned; melon – Lada, pumpkin – Kroshka and Kapelka, zucchini – Sosnovsky and Jubilee, squash – Tabolinsky.Актуальность. Возрастающий спрос на сельхозпродукцию, особенно в настоящее время в условиях импортозамещения, невозможно удовлетворить без создания новых высокопродуктивных сортов и гибридов.Материал и методика. В настоящей статье приведено описание и сравнительная характеристика хозяйственно ценных качеств и сортов овощных культур, наиболее распространенных и пользующихся спросом у населения, созданных селекционерами Всероссийского научно-исследовательского института орошаемого овощеводства и бахчеводства – филиала ФГБНУ «ПАФНЦ РАН». Опыты закладывали на опытных полях ВНИИООБ. Работа состояла из изучения коллекционных и селекционных образцов, индивидуального и семейственного отборов на ценные хозяйственные признаки.Результаты. В результате многолетней селекционной работы созданы сорта томата, перца сладкого, баклажана, арбуза, тыквы, дыни, относящиеся к различным сортотипам, различающиеся по группам скороспелости, форме, размеру, окраске плодов. Томат – Астраханский, Бульдог, Авдеевский, Каспиец, Малиновый шар; со сливовидными плодами – Моряна, Рычанский, Форвард, Оранжевый Авюри, Супергол малиновый и др. Сорта перца сладкого – Атомор, Мраморный, Новичок ВНИИОБ, Спринтер, Людмила и др. Сорта баклажана – Альбатрос, Алмазный, Астраком, Нижневолжский, Лебединый и др. С 2021 года в Госреестр внесен сорт томата Гномик, а в испытании находится сорт перца сладкого Зарница. ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ОЛИГОПЕПТИДОВ В КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ВИРУСНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ У ДЕТЕЙ — ПРЕДВАРИТЕЛЬНЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ

We compared clinical and laboratory data in 2 groups of children (The first group 62 ARVI patients with bacterial complications of herpes virus infection who were treated by transfer factors as a part of the complex therapy. The second group was comprised of 72 children with the same pathology who did not receive this biological additive). The patients receiving transfer factors displayed smooth course of ARVI with pneumonia, and a tendency to accelerated normalization of cellular immunity at herpes virus infection. The follow-up of 112 sickly children shows that the incidence of recurrent ARVI in 67 patients receiving transfer factor was reliably reduced by 2 times, compared to that of 45 children who did not receive this product.Сопоставлены клинико-лабораторные данные в 2-х группах детей (62 больных ОРВИ с бактериальными осложнениями и герпесвирусными инфекциями, получавших в комплексной терапии трансфер факторы и 72 ребенка с такой же патологией, не получавших эту биологическую добавку). Показано более гладкое течение ОРВИ с пневмониями у детей, получавших трансфер факторы, и тенденция к ускоренной нормализации показателей клеточного иммунитета у больных при герпесвирусной инфекции. При катамнестических наблюдениях 112 часто болеющих детей показано, что частота повторных заболеваний ОРВИ у 67 из них, получавших трансфер фактор, достоверно уменьшалась в 2 раза по сравнению с таковой у 45 детей, не получавших этот продукт

Long-term disease control in advanced renal cell cancer with brain metastases with pazopanib (case report and literature review)

We report the case of advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma with brain, pulmonary, hepatic and bone metastases treated with pazopanib.We observed the complete response in brain metastases and stable extracranial disease after 4 years of the treatment. According to the literature review this is the first reported case of complete response to pazopanib in brain metastases in renal cell carcinoma

БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИММУНОМОДУЛЯТОРЫ В КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ИНФЕКЦИОННОГО МОНОНУКЛЕОЗА У ДЕТЕЙ

80 patients were observed with infectious mononucleosis (IM) from 2 to 12 years. Diagnosis was confirmed by the definition of M- and G-antibodies to EBV, CMV, HHV6, PCR DNA these viruses, bacteriological and blood-tests investigations. 40 patients was given bifidumbacterin forte 45—90 doses a day and cycloferon 8 mg/kg/weight a day(1-st group). The comparison group consisted of 40 patients with IM receiving symptomatic therapy and antibiotics (2-nd group). The observations shoved significant decreasing of length of clinical symptoms IM in the 1-st group with comparison of the 2-nd group. The obtained results allow to recommend bifidumbacterin forte and cycloferon in the complex therapy in children with infectious mononucleosis.Лечение пробиотиком бифидумбактерин форте в больших дозах (45—90 доз в сутки) курсами по 5 дней и циклофероном по 8 мг/кг в сут. проведено 40 госпитализированным детям в возрасте от 2-х до 14 лет, больных инфекционным мононуклеозом. Группу сравнения составили 40 детей того же возраста с таким же соотношением легких и среднетяжелых форм болезни. У всех детей клинический диагноз подтверждался серологическими методами обследования (обнаружение IgM и IgG-антител в ИФА к ВГЧ-4, ВГЧ-5 и ВГЧ-6 и у части больных (29 детей) обнаружением геномов этих вирусов методом ПЦР в крови, слюне и моче). Показано, что применение в комплексной терапии бифидумбактерина форте приводило к существенному уменьшению продолжительности и выраженности основных клинических симптомов заболевания (обшая интоксикация, гипертермия, увеличение лимфоузлов, наложения на миндалинах), что исключало необходимость применения гормональных препаратов и антибиотиков при среднетяжелых формах инфекционного мононуклеоза. Побочных действий применения бифидумбактерина форте и циклоферона не отмечено.

ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ГЕРПЕСВИРУСНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ У ДЕТЕЙ

Medical history, clinical and laboratory data were studied in 828 children aged from 2 months to 14 years. All of them had different clinical forms of herpesvirus infections (HVI). The combination of the information allows to form the etiologic diagnosis timely and to evaluate the activity of the current infection. Given the polymorphism of clinical symptoms of HVI, it was very important to determine herpesvirus genomes in three media (blood, saliva, urine) by PCR, and high titers of G-antibodies (439 u for CMV and 212.3 u for HHV-6). У 828 детей в возрасте от 2 месяцев до 14 лет с различными клиническими формами герпесвирусных инфекций (ГВИ) были исследованы анамнестические, клинические и лабораторные данные, сочетание которых позволяет своевременно ставить этиологический диагноз и оценивать активность текущего инфекционного процесса. Учитывая полиморфизм клинических симптомов ГВИ, была показана высокая диагностическая значимость определения геномов герпесвирусов в трех средах (кровь, слюна, моча) методом ПЦР и высоких титров G-антител (439 ед. для ЦМВ и 212,3 ед. для ВГЧ-6).
