Multivariate analysis was made to analyze a contingent of patients with tuberculosis concurrent with HIV infection in the Russian Federation over 7 years, by applying recording form No. 263-y/TB “Tuberculosis/HIV Patient Card”. The tuberculosis/HIV patients were shown to be the most difficult contingent among both the patients with tuberculosis and those with HIV infection.Based on the characteristics of the contingent of co-infected patients, the authors propose additional recommendations to activate and improve approaches to preventing tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients. Among other activities, work is done in penitentiary and narcological facilities where there are commonly HIV-infected patients who are at high risk for tuberculosis and those who are unregistered in the AID center

The metrological aspects of converters based on operational amplifiers used to measure the electrical parameters of oxide coatings

Background. The study is devoted to the issue of improving the accuracy of automated measuring instruments for the electrical parameters of oxide coatings. In measuring instruments, integrating circuits based on an operational amplifier, which is a universal amplifying device, are used to perform linear mathematical operations on analog signals. The disadvantage of the integrating circuit is the use of an operational amplifier, when using which it is necessary to take into account many parameters and factors that can affect the output signal, and hence the accuracy of the measured value. Materials and methods. Methods of indirect measurement of voltage and current on the studied sample with an oxide coating using the proposed structures of measuring channels are presented. It is shown that the parameters of operational amplifiers have a significant influence on the additive and multiplicative errors of measurement results, for the analysis of which a linear model of an operational amplifier is considered. Results. Based on the metrological analysis of the voltage measurement channel on the test sample, formulas for estimating additive, multiplicative and nonlinear error components are obtained. The contribution of multiplicative and additive parameters of the operational amplifier to the error of measurement results is analyzed in detail. Conclusions. Metrological analysis of the equivalent circuit of an operational amplifier with feedback has been performed, which can be used to estimate additive and multiplicative errors of circuits based on operational amplifiers widely used in instruments and measuring systems. It is shown that the total relative error of the developed channels for measuring current and voltage does not exceed 0.5%, which makes it possible to measure these values of the studied oxide coatings with guaranteed accuracy

Oleg M. Reznik, Vyacheslav V. Volik, Olha I. Bezpalova. Approaches to education reform for children with special needs worldwide. Asia life sciences. The Asian international journal of life science. Supplement 21(2). 28 December 2019. P. 447-453.The paper deals with the study of education reform for children with special needs worldwide. It states that one of the main trends in the global educational process is the implementation of inclusive education. The paper outlines the scope of persons with special educational needs where persons with disabilities occupy a special place. Taking into account the main principle of the education system in the United Kingdom, it was determined that the main area of the development of education in this country was the inclusion of children with special needs in a general education school. The paper considers the top-down approach to inclusion in the UK, identifies the main social pedagogical reasons that constrain its implementation. It analyzes the level of legislative support for inclusive education in Finland, Norway, Denmark and France, and describes the state of inclusive education at the municipal leve

Biocatalytic conversion of poultry processing leftovers: Optimization of hydrolytic conditions and peptide hydrolysate characterization

Peptide hydrolysate (PH) was produced by deep controllable bioconversion of poultry processing leftovers (broiler necks), by means of a multienzyme composition, containing four commercially available enzyme preparations (Alcalase, Neutrase, Flavourzyme, Protamex). The design of multienzyme composition (MEC) was applied to yield a hydrolysate with adjusted properties, including minimized antigenicity and bitterness. The protein recovery was optimized using Box-Behnken response surface design. The individual and interactive effects of hydrolysis conditions (time, hydromodule and MEC dosage) were studied. The experimental data were analyzed by ANOVA method and a well-predictive, second order polynomial model was developed using multiple regression analysis. Optimal hydrolysis conditions were found to be: hydrolysis time 3 h, hydromodule 2.25 l/kg and dosage of MEC 0.25%. The corresponding predicted value for protein recovery was 75.34%, 2 times higher compared to traditional long-term heating hydrolysis. The PH obtained is a low allergenic product with high antioxidant capacity

The article concerns on the problems of vascular comorbidity epidemiology and pathophysiological aspects of heart disease, which became a leading etiopathologic factor of cerebral infarctions and hemorrhages. The relationship between coronary artery disease (CAD), atrial fibrillation, hypertension and cerebral infarction types is emphasized.Aim. To analyze the role of comorbidity, attributable to cardio-vascular pathology in the initiation, course, clinical features and outcomes of cerebral infarction.Material and methods. We performed a prospective study, including 1072 patients with stroke, attributable to various cardiovascular pathology, evaluated the influence of vascular comorbidity of variable degree on the course and outcomes at an inpatient stage and at follow-up.Results. We demonstrated a negative influence of CAD, atrial fibrillation and postinfarction cardiosclerosis on the incidence of cerebral infarction, unfavorable course of the disease and functional outcomes at inpatient stage. The combination of vascular comorbidity resulted in an increased mortality in post-stroke period during 6 years of follow-up.Conclusion. Epidemiology of vascular comorbidity, its role in cerebrovascular accidents in patients with cardiac pathology justifies the need of active realization of contemporary multidisciplinary prevention programs, prolonged instrumental monitoring and implementation of energy deficiency correction therapy in comprehensive treatment programs
