    The study aims to understand and clarifity: “TherInfluence of WorktEnvirontment on Performance” done to employees Hotel Aria Gajayana Malang. The purpose of this research to discribe the Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment and Employee Performance, and explaining the influence of variables Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance partially or simultaneously.The population in this research is 126 employees Hotel Aria Gajayana Malang. Sampling using purposive sampling is 56 people. The method used is Explanatory Research using questioner as a means of data collection. Data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test) assisted with SPSS 21 for windows. Descriptive analysis showed that the mean of respondents agree with Physical Work Environment and the Non-Physical Working Environment is quite good and Employee Performance increases. The results of multipledlinear regressiontanalysis showed that the PhysicalaWorking Environmentland the Non-Physical WorkingtEnvironment has a significantlinfluence on employeexperformance

    The objectives of research are to understaind the influence variable of leadership style and work motivation in partial and simultaneous to performance employee. Type of this research is Explanatory Research to approach quantitative and questionnaire method. The repondent of this research is the employee of PT. victory International Futures Malang. Technical data analysis by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The Results of this reaseach is showed to indicated presence significant influence by the simultaneous between variable of the influence leadership stye and variable of work motivation with variable of employee performance.     The role of leadership in a company largely determines the success of a company. Leadership style is one factor that can affect the performance of employees. One effort that can be done to improve the performance of employees is by providing job satisfaction to employees since acquiring a high satisfaction of employees can be expected to improve its performance. Test results on the path of this study showed that transformational leadership style significantly influence employee job satisfaction it can be seen from the path coefficient (β = 0.746) with a probability value of 0.000 t (0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, transformational leadership style significantly influence employee performance it can be seen from the path coefficient (β = 0.436) with a probability value of 0.001 t (0.001 <0.05). Then the employee satisfaction significantly influence employee performance it is seen from the path coefficient (β = 0.448) with a probability value of 0.001 t (0.001 <0.05). From the test results there is an indirect effect between transformational leadership style on employee performance through employee satisfaction in the amount of 0334. This shows that that the Transformational Leadership Style good will significantly improve along with the high-performance Employee Job Satisfaction

    Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja (Studi pada Karyawan Perusahaan Daerah (Pd) Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (Bpr) Bank Daerah Lamongan)

    The provision of financial compensation and work motivation need to be considered by the company because it can increase the performance of employees.This research aims to (1) determine a significant influence between financial compensation to employee performance (2) determine the significant impact between work motivation on employee performance (3) determine the significant impact between financial compensation and work motivation on employee performance Perusahaan Daerah (PD) Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Bank Daerah Lamongan). Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, then from this result can be concluded as follows, first, there is a significant impact between financial compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) with beta coefficient value of 0.378 and significance value t of (0,005) <α = 0.05. Second, there is a significant impact between work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with beta coefficient value of 0.419 and significance value t of (0,005) <α = 0.05. Third, employee performance (Y) influenced by free variable, that is financial compensation l (X1) and performance (X2) with the coefficient determination value (R ) that is 0,545 it means that financial compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) 54,5% the impact on employee performance (Y) while the 45,5% employee performance (Y) will be influenced by other variables that are not described in this research. Kеywords: Compensation, Motivation, Performance АBSTRАK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah (PD) Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Bank Daerah Lamongan). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompensasi finansial (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0.378 dan nilai signifikansi t (0,005) <α = 0.05. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0.419 dan nilai signifikansi t (0,005) <α = 0.05. Ketiga, variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebasnya, yaitu kompensasi finansial (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) dengan nilai koefisien determinaasi (R ) sebesar 0,545 artinya bahwa kompensasi finansial (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) 54,5% berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sedangkan sisanya 45,5% variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.     This research was performed on the basis of the critical importance of human resource management for companies or enterprises, both government and privates in achieving its intended purpose. Therefore it has to be a priority for all companies or enterprises, including PT PLN (Persero) to stimulate employee motivation and providing a pleasant and supportive working environment for employees for the progress and success of the company. This study focuses on human resources in relation to the work motivation, discipline, and performance of employees. The results of this study showed that motivation significantly affect the discipline and also the performance of employees. The pattern relationships of the influence of work motivation towards discipline and employee performance showed a positive correlation. Similarly, employee discipline shows a very significant influence on the performance with a positive pattern of the relations. These findings reinforce the importance of human resource management in a company. High work motivation elevates the employee discipline and performance and at the same time high discipline supports the employee performance improvement

    This research aim to explain the impact of the understanding of cultural differences toward the leadership style at PT Bo Kyung, the understanding of cultural differences toward the employees performance at PT Bo Kyung, and the impact of leadership style toward employees performance at PT Bo Kyung. This research used explanatory research method with quantitative approach. In this research, understanding cultural differences roles as independent variable, leadership styles as intervening variable, and employees performance as dependent variable. The primary data takes from questionaires answer result and the secondary data based from the company's documents. This research used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this research shows that the understanding cultural differences has a significant impact on the leadership style, the understnading culture differences also has a significant impact toward employees performances, anf the leadership style has a significant impact toward employees performance

    Pengaruh Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jatim Selatan Malang)

    The development of business in the era of globalization is leading to higher levels of competition, not least in the service sector. Companies need to empower human resources aimed at improving the performance of each individual and company performance will also increase. One of them through the implementation of reward and punishment. PT Telkom Indonesia Witel South Jatim Malang realized to maximize the performance of the employee, the company must implement a system of reward and punishment. Results of testing the hypothesis known Sig. F ≤ α (0,000 ≤ 0.05) showed no significant effect of variables simultaneously Reward Employees and Punishment Employees the Employee Performance. It can also be known sig. t ≤ α (0,000 ≤ 0.05) showed no significant effect partially of variable Reward Employees and Punishment Employees the Employee Performance. Adjusted R square of 0.574 or 57.4%. This means that the variable Reward Employees and Punishment Employees contributed to employee performance variable of 57.4%, while the remaining 42.6% variable Employee Performance will be influenced by other variables that not addressed in this study, the ability, motivation, training, and work environment. This suggests that significant performance improvement

    The research entitled "The Influence of Working Ability and Motivation to Job Performance" conducted on employess in PR.Sejahtera Abadi Malang aims to explain at influence of variables Working Ability Employees and Motivation Employees simultaneously and partially to Job Performance Employees. The research method used is explanatory research, by using questionnaire as to collect data from 71 employees in PR.Sejahtera Abadi Malang. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression using SPSS for windows. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously and partially Working Ability Employees and Motivation Employees has a significant influence on Job Performance Employees. This is shown by the results obtained using simultaneous test of significance F value of 0,000 is less than α of 0,05 (0,000 <0,05). This is shown by the results obtained using partially test of significance t value of 0,000 is less than α of 0,05 (0,001 <0,05). Partially results Motivation variables has the highest beta coefficient of 0,481

    Companies in the competition need to pay attention, factors from outside and inside. It's mean that human resource factor. Human resources are important to note because it can maintain the company's continuity. In practice employeneed to be given motivation because to continue to be productive for the company. Another factor is job satisfaction because with employee satisfaction will feel appreciated for his efforts in developing the company. Quantitative approach taken in this study by taking the number of samples of 100 people who are employees of Giant Mall Olympic garden Malang. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that partially and simultan Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Mean while, descriptive analysis shows with the motivation of work and job satisfaction that is at a strong level, there is a strong employee performance as well.
