TRANSFORMASI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN ORGANISASI DALAM MENGHADAPI PERSAINGAN BISNIS

Perubahan yang cepat dalam lingkungan  organisasi merupakan kekuatan eksternal yang mengakibatkan transformasi dalam sebuah organisasi. Pada dasarnya, tujuan utama dari transformasi tersebut adalah merubah struktur organisasi agar menjadi lebih fleksibel dan mampu bersaing, dengan tingkat structural yang lebih kecil, serta jumlah manajer dan karyawan yang lebih sedikit. Transformasi tersebut harus menyeluruh, bagi  para anggota organisasi agar tidak menghambat perubahan tersebut., sehingga organisasi harus mencari jalan untuk mengurangi hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Organisasi harus belajar keanekaragaman dari budaya dan nilai anggotanya, harus mengembangkan budaya organisasi sendiri melalui komunikasi yang baik dengan anggotanya. Rapid change in an organization is an external power that caused a transformation. PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) CABANG KUPANG

Pos Indonesia merupakan perusahaan Negara yang pertama kali bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman. Dalam penelitian akan diteliti pengaruh beban kerja dan Kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kupang. Apakah beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia ( Persero) Cabang Kupang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 126 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 56 orang karyawan. Adapun penetapan anggota sampel atau responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi sederhana nilai t hitung untuk beban kerja sebesar 4,984 sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah sebesar 2,005(df=nk=56-1-1=54) selain itu nilai signifiksnnya 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpa (α)0.05 karena nilai t hitung ≥ t table (4,984≥ 2,005) dan nilai signifikannya lebih kecil dari alpha (α) or ((2,005< 0,05), maka hipotesis pertama diterima artinya Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Model Summary, nilai koefisien Determinasi R Squer (R2) adalah sebesar 0,315). Hal ini berarti 31,5% variabel Y( Kepuasan Kerja) dipengaruhi oleh variabel X (Beban Kerja) sedangkan sisanya (68,5%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Disini tampak bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja namun pengaruhnya relatif lemah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja antara lain : gaji, rekan sekerja, atasan promosi lingkungan sekerja(Harianja 2002)

ANALISIS ALIRAN BARANG, ALIRAN UANG DAN ALIRAN INFORMASI PADA USAHA KECIL EMPING JAGUNG SIMA INDAH KELURAHAN SIKUMANA

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Industri Rumah Tangga Sima Indah Kelurahan Sikumana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aliran barang, aliran uang dan aliran informasi pada emping jagung di Industri Rumah Tangga Sima Indah Kelurahan Sikumana Kota Kupang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari industri emping jagung di kelurahan Sikumana yakni pimpinan Industri Rumah Tangga Sima Indah Kelurahan Sikumana dan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari beberapa referensi-referensi yang berkaitan dengan industri emping jagung.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif murni yakni; reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaku aliran bahan baku dan aliran informasi yaitu; Pemasok-Industri Rumah Tangga Sima Indah-Pengecer-Konsumen dan aliran barang, aliran uang dan aliran informasi belum berjalan kontinyu. Kesimpulan Pelaku aliran bahan baku dan aliran informasi pada emping jagung Industri Rumah Tangga Sima Indah di Kelurahan Sikumana yaitu: a) Pemasok, b) Industri, c) Pengecer dan  d) Konsumen. Mekanisme rantai pasok terkait dengan aliran barang dan aliran keuangan pada rantai pasok emping jagung Industri Rumah Tangga Sima Indah di Kelurahan Sikumana sudah berjalan dengan lancar namun aliran informasi pada pelaku rantai pasok yakni Pemasok dan Industri belum berjalan dengan lancar. ANALISIS LAYOUT PROSES PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN AIR MINUM DALAM KEMASAN CV. MATAHARI DI KABUPATEN BELU

Layout is an important decision that determines the efficiency of a long-term operation, which will be the basis for determining operating costs, if the decision is not made correctly in determining the layout it can hamper the production process. Besides that, it can lead to waste of costs. CV. Matahari is one of the industries producing drinking water in glass and gallon packaging under the brand MTH. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of layout, effectiveness and efficiency used by CV. Matahari. This study uses the From To Chart method, Activity Relationship Chart and Activity Relationship Diagram. The object observed in this study, namely the production process of bottled drinking water from CV. Matahari. The type of layout used by CV. Matahari is the product layout. The results of the analysis of these three methods were obtained, the distance from the borehole to the finished product is 547 meters with a movement time of 1141 seconds, and the total cost of moving the material is Rp. 2965 after being analyzed so that you get a change in layout with a distance of 542 meters, with a time of 1010.83 seconds, at a cost of Rp. 2642, so as to save costs, shorten distances and save time. ANALISIS SISTEM ANTRIAN DALAM OPTIMALISASI LAYANAN DI SUPERMARKET HYPERSTORE

The purpose of this study is to determine the average customer arrival level and average service level at the Hyperstore Supermarket and analyze the queuing system by optimizing the number of cashiers that must be set at the Hyperstore Supermarket. The results showed that the queuing model used at the Hyperstore Supermarket is Multi Channel Single Phase by applying the First Come First Serve (FCFS) queuing discipline. The average service level at the Hyperstore Supermarket is 146 people/hour. The current number of lines opened at the Hyperstore Supermarket is 6 cashiers. However, 6 cashier lines are excess even though 3 cashier lines are sufficient. Queue system analysis shows that the optimal number of cashier lines which is 1 cashier line open at 3:00 pm to 4:00, 2 cashier lines open at 16:00 to 19:00 and 3 cashiers lines opened at 19:00 to 20:00 Keywords: Queue Theory, Multiple Line Queue Model, Cashier, Service Optimizatio

PERSEPSI NASABAH TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN INTERNET BANKING

ABSTRACT Usage Internet banking is one of the services of banking non-cash productsprovided by the management of banking services as a means of payment usingthe Internet network to process transactions.The core problem in this research is1) how the customer perception of information technology on internet bankingusage? 2) how are the risks faced by customers on the use of internetbanking?The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative byusing Likert scale and weighting from distributed questionnaires. The resultsprove that Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) has applied various advances ininformation technology to provide BNI customers various benefits when usinginternet banking services. Customers enjoy the elements of speed, the element ofconvenience, security elements and elements of convenience in transactions usinginternet banking. The results of research also shows that the application oftechnology does not cover the level of risk experienced by customers when usinginternet banking servicesBased on the results of research can be concluded thatthe perception of BNI customers to technology on the use of internet banking sothat researchers suggest to BNI to do a lot of promotion to introduce internetbanking more lua among society. OPTIMALISASI PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU BAGI KELANCARAN PROSES PRODUKSI PADA TOKO ROTI DWI JAYA BAKERY KUPANG

This research will focus on the controlling of raw materials supply to expedite the production process.This study aims to determine and analyze the optimization of raw material supplies in the Dwi JayaBakery Kupang. The method used in this study is the EOQ (economic order quantity), Safety Stock,Re-order Point methods. The instruments used in this study were interviews, literature studies, anddocumentation. The results showed that, in ordering raw materials, Dwi Jaya Bakery still usesconventional calculations where by predicting the amount of raw materials replenishment if there isonly a small amount of supplies, and also has not applied safety stock and ROP optimally, so thatsometimes raw materials in the warehouse were lack of inventory, it indirectly affect profits from DwiJaya Bakery and which results in delays in ordering so that it can disrupt the production process.
